Let's just say you're anywhere near that, any work you take four weeks off a year, two for holiday, two for vacation, 48 weeks in a year, you would generate 1,152 leads for the year. Now, if you only wanted to sell 36 homes, and I say only kind of jokingly, in our market, if you sell 36 homes at a million-dollar price point, you're doing 40-ish million dollars in volume, you're making a million dollars in GCI if you ask if you have a good commission, worst case you're making eight or nine hundred dollars in GCI. If you convert only 3% of those leads, you would sell 36 homes, make it almost a million dollars in GCI.
