During GLP-1 medication treatment, weight loss may include significant lean mass (muscle) loss alongside fat loss, which can slow metabolism; to optimize results, individuals should focus on adequate protein intake (at least 100g daily), consistent resistance training, and proper hydration with electrolytes to preserve muscle mass while continuing to lose body fat.

One step forward one day at a time. [singing] This is the journey.
This is mine.
If you're still standing, [singing] you're doing just fine.
Welcome [singing] to my journey.
One step forward one day at a time. [singing] This is the journey.
This is mine.
If you're still standing, [singing] you're doing just fine.
Welcome to my journey.
Good afternoon, everybody. Happy Monday, May 11th, 2026.
It's great to see everybody today.
I uh another edition of our song from Hard Rain, Annette, or The Boss Way, as we know her in YouTube.
So, thank you again for that, hard drink.
Hope everybody's having a good afternoon. It's I guess the end of the work day for some and uh getting there for others. So, let's see who we got in here today.
Uh let's see.
Hey Darian, here in the cloudy bushes.
Thanks for coming, buddy. Hey Paula Harden, good to have you tonight.
I uh am trying the dual screen again, so I won't have the actual words on the screen of everybody, but that's okay.
I uh Denise Walker, I am here, too. Good evening, Paula and Darian. Thanks for coming. Hello Traveling T. Good evening to you. Hello doses of ashwagandha.
Good evening. Thanks for coming. Hello Janet Dyer. Good evening to you.
Uh let's see who else we got here. Oh, Mr. RE, Houston, Texas.
Good to see you, man.
Hello Mia, waving at us there. Thank you.
And let's see if there's anybody else.
Hello Candace, mom of three boys. Thanks for coming today. I appreciate you.
All right. Well, I'm Grant Campbell with Faithful GLP-1 Journey and I got with us this beautiful lady behind me.
You're sweet.
>> [laughter] >> And what's your name?
My name is Christie Campbell.
>> [laughter] >> Just in case they don't know you.
>> [sighs and gasps] >> Hello Nancy. Good evening, lovely people. Good to see you. Hello Zombie John. Good to see you again, buddy.
Thanks for catching the the live today.
Well, Christie, everybody's wondering, I'm sure, how you are feeling after your first week of uh your 2.5 milligrams.
>> it going?
Um so far everything seems to be okay.
Um I mentioned the other day when we were hiking maybe three of the five five days seven days, I don't know. I've had um I had headaches. Um but they seem to be easing up, so that's really good. Um sometimes I feel a little bit nauseous, but I think it just depends on what I've eaten. Um you know, have the rumble-ies and the tumble-ies, so but other than that, I really feel great, honestly.
Oh, good.
>> I think it has helped a little bit with the food noise.
Um not being as as loud. I mean, I still feel like I feel it, but I feel like it's easier to tame it.
It's gotten easier to tame it.
Good.
Well, that's not bad after only your first week. Um we went ahead and took our shots together today uh this morning.
Um so that's why she's not taking it right now, but uh we we we >> Pinch fat this morning. Yeah, she pinched the pinched the belly fat this morning.
And I actually went back to my stomach for the first time in about a month. I had been doing my hips uh rotating my hips for a little while, but last week I had more than ever bubble up on me, so I said, "Well, I think I'm going to go back to the stomach this week, so uh kind of change it up some."
Everybody's speaking to each other.
Oh, there's Jerlene King. Thanks for coming, Jerlene.
Got the pretty purple hearts there.
Nice.
Well, um before we go any further, um you know, Mr. TT Trucker's taught me this, that you always have to have your disclaimer in these, that uh uh we are not medical professionals. We are just here to tell you our story uh as we are on our GLP-1 medication.
Um and so please see your doctor for any changes you plan on making in your own life before making uh any changes for sure.
All right.
Uh and one other little thing I want to get taken care of is uh of course we are on uh Christie is on compound with WeightCare, and that's joinweightcare.com/faithful.
If y'all would uh Check it out.
>> want to check that out and uh uh even if you're not planning on doing anything, uh just feel free to still click and check out all they have to offer.
Um again, that's joinweightcare.com/faithful.
Thank you very much.
All right.
Yep, it never hurts to just click and check it out and see what it's all about. Exactly. Exactly.
Um and let's see.
Darian's speaking everybody, and hey Jen, she's saying hey uh Grant and the faithfuls. I like that. The faithfuls.
>> cool, yeah. Uh leaving grocery store starting to drive. Well, be careful driving, Jen, and appreciate you having us on your Bluetooth listening there.
>> [sighs and gasps] >> Well, Zombie John's birthday is tomorrow. Well, happy birthday, John.
Hope you have a great day tomorrow.
Mia says, "I've had a horrible headache since yesterday. I'm trying to get my hydration because first thing I've been taught is my head hurt is if my head hurts, am I hydrated? Then is it the caffeine related? Okay." Yeah, that's Those are definitely good points. I've been trying to stay hydrated this past few um few weeks anyway, just with lots of different activities I've been doing and and been trying to cognitively stay hydrated because you know, used to be I'd go all day and be like I didn't haven't drunk any water today.
So, yes, that's definitely a good thing to remember. Absolutely.
Absolutely.
Can you add that website to the chat?
Um, Thank you, Darian. That's about and if you could put that on there again, Darian, with that faithful on the end.
So, it'd be joinweightcare.com/faithful.
And or you can put the code in.
Yeah.
Yeah, I I like that idea, Mia. Jen had a We'll have to think about that. I like that. That's cool. Yeah, it is.
Definitely.
All right.
So, uh anything else you want to tell everybody before you head back down? Uh that's pretty much it. That's all I can think of. Um, um I have been kind of tired, but I don't think it's really the GLP-1 related. I think it's more so that hey, it's the end of the school year and you need to get to bed earlier because you got a lot of stuff going on.
Um but it could be. I mean, I'm not ruling that out. So, um so I'm trying to get more rest, but um that's pretty much where I'm at so far.
I think um just going to keep pressing on and um the main thing that sticks out to me is the headache, but I think it could be hydration, too.
But overall, I feel good. Don't really feel anything different or out of the norm. Well, one thing that I know has been a little different for me for sure and and new for her was the vial and you know, after last week's update doing the dose on the camera.
We we've spoken to JC Jane Jan and and also watch some other videos on some other pointers on on you know. Putting air into the vial first and then bringing it out to help with that vacuum and and the air bubbles and then if you do have air bubbles as Tuan was saying even last week as well. You try to leave it in the vial. So if you push it in you're not wasting medication.
>> And too when you you know if you have the vial it.
After I gave the first my first injection I looked at it and I thought oh my goodness it doesn't look like it's a whole lot. But but it it's just enough. It's just enough and honestly I was trying to put it in the refrigerator and I dropped it. I dropped it in the floor and I was like oh no.
But but it was okay. It was fine. Put back in the fridge and it's still there.
Yeah.
So.
Dose two down today her week two and my week 67 today week 67 so.
Let's see.
Thank you for doing that there and I appreciate that.
Hey look here. How you doing man? How's the gaming been today?
Seen you live earlier a little bit just didn't have time to chat today.
25 years old happy early birthday John happy early birthday.
Yes. Paula and Mia you're both in our prayers you know.
Paula got a hold of some raw hamburger yesterday and is not feeling well.
We are praying that she gets over that quickly.
Thank you for hitting the like everybody appreciate that.
Paula's son is on Zepbound and is finally losing weight. So how long has he been on Zepbound Paula? I'm sure you've said but I forget.
That's great that he's starting to see some results. Awesome.
Uh, May is saying thanks to Paula. I appreciate it more than words can express. Absolutely.
All right. Well, um I appreciate you coming up here, honey.
All right. Almost skedaddle. All right.
>> Um Christian's coming home and so I'm going to get on back downstairs, but I'll be in the bushes, as they say.
Um, do you have any questions or anything like that? All right.
Thank you.
>> Mhm. You want to hand me that?
Thank you. You're welcome.
All right.
Well, the other part I wanted to kind of go over uh, sorry John to hear that about your stomach issues. Hope you feel better, too.
Uh, the other part I was going to go over today is um my I actually had another Evolt body scan on the 3rd. So, that's been a week ago.
But, with everything with her new stuff yes- last week, I was decided to wait till this week to kind of go over it.
Uh, so that would be for the month of April that this scan would be kind of comparing from April 6th to May 3rd.
And so, let's see if we can get that up here.
>> [clears throat] >> So, any other questions y'all might have, just go ahead and drop them in the chat while we're getting transitioned here.
Okay.
There we go.
So, as I said, this scan is from May 3rd, so it spanned from April 6th to May 3rd.
And I have some good news here that I actually went down another pound to 219.
So, and I've stayed right around that ever since the scan. And so, I have 4 lb to go now. 4 lb.
Um So, I I I'm very happy about that.
Um but again, if it takes me a while to get that 4 lb, I'm happy with it cuz I'm feeling great.
Of course, my chatty says this is solid, but the composition matters more.
So, Sorry.
A big thumb there. Here we go.
So, my lean body mass actually went down 5 lb. You lost some lean mass, uh which is expected during fat loss, especially on GLP-1.
Uh so, you know, that that probably didn't go the right way there, but I did still lose some body fat, 1.8 lb of body fat lost. So, that's good.
And my body fat percent has went down from 16.6 to 16.3.
Slight improvement. Oh, why does that keep happening?
Okay.
Key insight. So, I lost 1.85 1.8 lb of fat and 5 lb of lean mass. That means a good portion of your weight loss came from muscle plus water, not just fat.
So, this is the number one thing to adjust moving forward. Uh my skeletal muscle mass went down 2.7 lbs.
I had a slight drop in protein some slight drop in mineral, whatever that minerals.
I could try to leave this on this screen, it'd be great.
Okay.
These all confirm lean tissue lean tissue loss trend.
Uh the good news is my visceral fat uh actually went down from 84 to 83.
And my subcutaneous fat went down from 32.6 to 31.1.
Fat loss is happening, just not as efficiently as it could be. Okay, Channing. Well, we're getting there.
So, my hydration. In April, you know, I've been doing really good during the month of March with my water. And then in April, apparently I didn't do as well cuz in my body water went down from 136 to 132.
And my intracellular fluid went down as well.
Some water loss common with uh but may also contribute to lean mass. So, uh ever since May, the 1st of May, I've started doing a challenge with uh Kim J Sweet Healthy Life. Um uh for the month of May to try to get my water back up. And my challenge to myself is water. She's just helping us to keep on track with whatever challenge we we chose.
Um so, that was mine. So, I've been doing really well. [snorts] I think we've been on about a week now. Um but um so, hopefully my scan the 1st of June will show some improvement there.
So, yeah, my metabolism went down a little bit because of some of the muscle loss and and all that, too.
Um Another reason in April I had some muscle loss is my trainer was gone for a few weeks and I cannot blame him um because I should have been making up for it myself, but I did not. So, that just goes to show you how much he keeps me on track.
Overall, still balanced left, right, upper, lower, so that's good.
But, lean mass slightly down across arms, legs, torso. Fat mass decreased in most regions, which is good.
And it suggested my caloric intake there.
Um I I'm I don't do that much. Uh I probably do about 1,800 calories a day myself.
>> [sighs and gasps] >> And my protein target, that's a little beefy. Um I try to get at least get you know, the the 100 100 g a day at least.
So, I'm making progress, losing weight, losing fat, staying balanced, but I was I lost too much lean mass and my metabolism slowed, so May is the month I got to get back on track here.
Um but overall, I'm I'm happy to see the 219, whether it was more of the the muscle and water loss, you know.
Uh yeah, resistance training is critical.
Yeah, I know it.
So, anyhow, of course it's saying my hydration, electrolytes will help with muscle retention, scan accuracy, and performance. Final verdict, this is good product progress, but not optimized yet.
If I adjust my protein, lifting, and hydration, my next can scan should show continued fat loss, muscle maintainer, hopefully increased in metabolism, hopefully preserved.
So, there's that. I want to be as open as possible with y'all. So, just because it's not the best scan in the world, I still want to share my my results with y'all.
All right.
Let me get y'all's chat back on the screen here. Hold on 1 second.
There [snorts] you are.
All right.
>> [snorts] >> I'll know problems, zombie John.
Okay, so your son's been on Zepbound for 3 months, Paula. That's That's awesome.
[snorts] So, 12 shots down. Nice.
Yeah, Mia says, "Uh Paula, I had a hamburger experience myself that led to not eating for several years after eating a raw egg."
That'll do it.
That'll do it.
Sometimes just that one experience will get you off meat for a while.
Uh Jerline's saying, "Hope Paula feels better soon."
And then Mia or Paula's saying to Mia, "Sorry to hear that. I'm concerned about that as well."
>> [gasps and sighs] >> All right. Nancy, [clears throat] I think Christie might have seen your answer here or question, but we'll see here. Christie, your fatigue is possibly a combination of the job and shot. My fatigue was crazy when I started 2.5 mg.
Now on 10 and rarely get fatigue. It gets better. Just have Grant make dinner and go take a nap.
Yeah, there you go. Uh make dinner, probably not. Uh get dinner, yeah.
>> [laughter] [snorts] >> And then Mia says, "As far as body scans go, there are free ones out. I found a place in town that does them for free thanks to Traces of Dawn's Life. Oh, nice.
Yeah, my my scan is at my gym. So, they it's included with the membership that I have.
Uh Paula says, "Nancy, I'm on 15 mg and still have fatigue. Electrolytes help a lot. Yes."
And then Nancy's asking, "Can anyone recommend a decent, reasonable calorie, high protein, fiber bread?
Tomato season is coming and I love a good tomato sandwich."
Well, let's see what others I don't uh you know, I've heard of some breads, but let's see if anybody else says anything.
Uh thank you, Paula. I appreciate the congratulations on on the good numbers at least there.
And then Christie says, "Nancy, I bet it's the same with me. I agree with you there. Grant can make dinner and I'll laugh."
>> [laughter] >> And then Darian's answering Nancy's bread question, "There are a few options out there. Keto breads generally are high protein fiber.
Sola makes bagels and breads, and Hero makes breads and bagels, too." So, there we go.
Thank you, Jerlene, for that compliment there on the on the numbers there.
Hey, it's the Metabolic Midwife. Hey, Barb.
Hey y'all, water loss is transient, very normal. Okay.
Uh very appreciate that.
Janet Dyer, "Does anyone have trouble sleeping on their shots?"
Okay.
Oh, look, it's Pam Monjero, Journey with Pam. Hello. Hi, Grant. I'm ninja listening while a little while at work. I got you.
Uh I figure you're on your last class of the day if I remember right.
And then Darian was asking if I'm in a severe chloric deficit. I don't feel like I'm in a severe. I'm doing at least 1,800 calories.
Ever since I started these scans at the gym, they really recommend high chloric intake and I uh you know, I've even asked the doctor about that and that 2,500 calories a day looks a bit much.
Hello Kindy K All Day. Thanks for coming in.
Appreciate you.
And I will not be on the panel tonight that will be on Kindy K's channel. I have a revival starting at 7:00, so uh but make sure y'all still join the panel discussion on Kindy K All Day's channel at 6:15 p.m. Eastern.
Mia says, "Nancy, I saw a brand of flour called fit flour. Yeah.
To make high-protein, high-fiber bread if you can do oat fiber.
Some can't because it spikes blood sugar if not paired correctly."
Okay, there's another possibility.
And then Nancy's thanking Darian. "I'm in a tiny town with a tiny Walmart and the selection is limited. I will look online for those. Yeah." Amazon's a big place to find a lot of these things.
Yes, Kindy K. I get one every month at the beginning of the month at the gym I go to that's included with the membership I have.
Uh it's just basically a more fancy human body pod that they have available.
It's nothing like a DEXA scan, but uh it's a good good thing to have just to kind of keep track of my of my um progress since I've been doing it for a while now. I hope to get a DEXA scan one day, but I'm going to have to go out of town for that cuz West Virginia does not have DEXA scans for the purpose I need it for. So And then Barbara's Barbs, sorry, opinion.
You You still walking, moving, eating, pooping, and peeing, you're perfect.
>> [laughter] >> Good point, Barb. Good point. And all that's happening, you know, my fiber I get with my Metamucil gummies and my greens gummies and and what I eat and all has kept me moving and that's always a great thing. Christie started taking the same things I am, at least with the Metamucil, and that seems to be helping her.
And let's see, I think I saw another question there.
Jen is asking, do you need us to keep you on track when trainer is off or out of town? Send me his leave schedule. Not a bad idea, Jen. Uh next time I know that he's going to be gone, I will definitely send you one at least and others that are willing.
Um This time I didn't really even know ahead of time he was going to be gone, either. I was actually getting ready to go to a training and he uh thankfully remembered to text me say, "Hey, remember I'm gone." I'm like, "Oh, okay."
Well, hello 60 plus and Sophie. Good to see you. I've connected with her through Candy Case's channel and she's uh got a great channel. Y'all should check her out as well, but I appreciate you joining me here today.
Um I guess her name's Q. Is that how you say that?
All right, Mr. RE. Good job obtaining a body composition baseline at the beginning of your Manjaro journey, Grant.
I regret not taking that step. I established blood urine baseline data, however, missed the body scan.
I didn't do it exactly at the beginning.
I have done it since October, November, December, January, February, March. So, 7 months.
>> [snorts] >> But, of course, I've been on the medication since January for 67 weeks now. So, you know, not quite, but I did do it at the beginning of my resistance training journey. So, that helped.
Mia says it's very hard when your town doesn't have the options. Yeah, I know how that is. Buying Hero Bread online is an option, too, Nancy. Yeah.
Um I'm in a small town, too. So, I don't always have all these options, either.
Um Darian says, "Here is also a place called Royo, and they make very and they make various low-carb bread options. Royo. Okay.
Cool.
No problem, Marie. I appreciate you watching the data along with me.
Candy K saying, "Metabolic mid-what?" I like how you think. Too many analytics for my brain. I just ask myself, "Do you feel better?" Yes, keep going. Yeah.
>> [gasps and sighs] >> Very good point.
And Nancy says, "Mia, thank you. I actually make my own oat flour. Cool.
I could check it out and maybe even do something from scratch.
Definitely not Mother Nature here, though. I'll probably buy. LOL." There you go.
I'm glad your fatigue's getting better, Candy K. Great.
Cuz you're on week 9 or 10, aren't you?
Uh my visceral fat level was 83, if that makes sense.
Shawnee, um let me go back up here.
That may just be the scan's way.
My visceral fat level was nine, and my visceral visceral fat area was 83.
So, that may make sense to you, hopefully.
Uh yes, that is awesome for your son, Paula. Very true, RE.
Dave's Killer Bread is another bread that Metabolic Melly Life suggests.
Okay, so we got several options there, Nancy. And I'll have to refer back to my own video to get some good options here cuz um Christie likes deli meat a lot and you know, we need to find a good bread to to eat that with. Um she does wraps a lot though, too. Even in the air fryer. And Christie, you can correct me if I'm wrong here, but uh she uses some wraps that are very low calorie and in the air fryer makes them crunchy and changes it up.
Mater sandwich for the win. Yeah, Candy K. Yeah. I I don't like them personally, but Nancy sure does.
Um Thank you, RE. He was frustrated, but I encouraged him to keep hanging in there.
Yes, that is key.
And you know, I've mentioned this in in weeks past, but Barb made a good point.
Just because you're not seeing the pounds come off doesn't mean it's not helping you on the inside. So, just keep that in mind.
Candy K had a BLT last week and just ate two slices of whole grain bread. Very good.
Old dairy and had in Montrachet insomnia. Oh my.
Um Maybe I can blame me staying up late on that, Jen, playing games. I don't know.
Probably not.
>> [gasps and sighs] >> Uh I bread, do none of y'all eat bread?
Of course we eat bread. Yes, I actually had some Cheddar's croissants on Sunday after Mother's Day lunch. So, yeah, I still eat bread. Just try to moderate it.
You still got to have carbs.
Um Mia says if your town is limited, there is lupin flour, which is high protein fiber to make your own.
I've also seen a lot of ground meats used as crust or bread wrap with some flour added to it.
Mhm.
Interesting.
Uh Paula says whoever asked about sleeping, um magnesium before bed helps me.
Check with your doctor, though. Yes, definitely check with your doctor.
But that's a good suggestion. And now my See, I like StreamYard better when it comes to the chat.
>> [sighs] >> So, I don't know.
Hopefully this dual stream is helping today.
Um Uh da da da da da da da da da da da da Okay.
Nancy says, "Kindy Kay, you know it. I grew up on a small farm, tomato sandwiches for dinner all summer." There you go.
And then meta midwife is asking, "Kindy Kay, can you put your link up so we can find you, please?" Okay.
Um Darian, if you don't mind sharing the link to tonight, if you haven't already, I would appreciate it. It's actually on my community post, too, as well there, Barb.
Uh let's see. Hey, Life of VV. Good afternoon to you. Good evening.
I always think of uh that Jim Carrey movie. What was it called?
Truman Show. Good morning, good afternoon, and good night.
Um Okay.
All right, Jan is saying, "Oroweat whole grains, 12 grains and seeds bread, 24 oz of nutrient-dense, 100% whole grain, 100 to 110 calorie per slice, 4 g of fiber, and 5 g of protein per slice.
Wow.
Oro wheat, whole grains.
Okay.
Great to know. I like to say I'm going to have to watch this back to get all these suggestions.
Only bread I can do since starting GLP-1. Okay.
Uh good suggestions for bread. Going to check those out. Absolutely.
Uh RE Zaskin, Darym, is the insomnia persistent or intermittent? It comes and goes for me at at uh those escalation.
I'm currently at 12.5 Mounjaro.
Uh and then Barb says, "I'm glad you know me well enough that I can be lovingly snarky and honest with you.
Others might be cringing, but you know me well, Greg." Yeah, absolutely, Barb.
>> [laughter] >> It's what makes it fun.
Uh let's see. Jen says, "As a type 1, this bread barely causes blood sugar spikes.
Also, it contains barley, which has similar digestive slowing effects of GLP. Interesting.
Wow. I've learned a lot just with that there.
Um Let's see. I might could actually share the link this way cuz um I'm actually in the YouTube studio here.
But Darym may have already done it.
But uh anyhow, I appreciate all this chat. It's great today, guys. A lot of good information, for sure.
Uh let's see.
All [snorts] right.
Here we are.
So, here's the link to the panel tonight.
All right.
Our Darian says RE was persistent, but it's not intermittent. I was tracking to see if it was based on shot location, but I get it in all shot locations. And he's asking how 12 and 1/2 mg is treating him.
Interesting. Again, another example how this treats everybody a little differently.
Uh let's see.
And Nancy thanking Jen there.
And [snorts] this visceral fat in range between 1 and 10 is ideal. You're doing great. Thank you, Barb. I I wasn't sure on that number, so thank you. Coach Maureen, how you doing?
>> [laughter] >> Good to see you, coach.
How's your workouts going?
Hopefully well. I know Mia was doing with you and Sandra James was, too.
Actually, between 5 and 10 is ideal.
Mine is 3 and my doctor told me to eat.
Oh, so you're a little low. Got you.
Um Jen says, "I eat bread, Barb, and I had a caramel walnut brownie for Mother's Day.
Nice. And I had rice yesterday. Lots.
Lost a pound, too. Hey, how about that?
Cool.
Then Shani said that made sense on the visceral fat. I saw the 80-something and said that couldn't be true. Oh, 9 is more like it. Yeah, I think it like I said that 80 is part of that evil scan, how they're measuring something.
Uh yes, Jen eats carbs. Yes.
And then hopefully you got answered here, Denise, but which Dave's Killer Bread do you like, Barb?
Barb, my DEXA scan DEXA scan guy said my visceral fat need to be 1 lb.
Interesting.
And how were the BGL blood glucoses, Jane? Yeah.
All right, going back into the bushes, going to see a patient. All right, well, thanks for coming by, Shawnee.
Be careful as you see your next patient there.
Mia, I don't do the protein one, okay.
Uh Oh, yeah. Christie's wraps are called the Mission wraps. They are tiny little wraps and they're good for a snack.
Uh hello, Tracy's 1's Life. How are you?
I don't know how many minutes I'm behind here. Sorry, guys.
Um but trying to get it all in here.
Great to see you.
I like the wraps in the air fryer idea.
Yeah, she loves that air fryer. We use it for a lot of things.
I tell you, it's a lot better than the old fry daddy that mama used to have at home >> [laughter] >> years ago. She don't have one anymore.
Uh Paula, when there are pounds, that's a good one. But when there is no percent or pounds with it, the number alone is 5 to 10. Got you.
And then Candy K, Paula, the early girls are ready in Tennessee. All right.
Then Christie's mentioned on those Mission wraps, there are zero carbs, 7 g of fiber, 25 calories per wrap. The wraps in the air fryer make them crispy like a big chip, yeah.
Then Barb, time in range, 70 to 150.
Wow, that's not bad, Jen. Not bad at all.
Uh Darian, so far so good, 3 months in on 12 and 1/2. Good to hear, Ari. Good to hear.
We should all open a GLP-1 Deli. Hey, that's a great idea. We'll base it out of Orlando near Barb where we can get the most business.
Christy, I will have to try wraps in air fryer. Yeah, Denise, that's that's a good idea.
Barb, is 3.45 good or bad then? I'm a bit confused. She'll answer you there.
Hello John, how you doing, man?
Over at Tubers. Yeah, I forget the Tubers chat at the same time here, but uh I try to catch him on the other days. I think he's all right with that, hopefully.
All right, saying hi to each other. And thank you, Darien, for putting that up, too.
Thank you for putting that link up for me.
All right, hello, hello, hello. Barb, for specifics, all I need is a 29 bolus units of carb. Okay.
Good.
And then hello, hello, hello. What time is the panel? 6:15 p.m. Eastern on Candy Cane's channel. So, there's your link to it there a couple times.
As I already mentioned, I won't be on it tonight, but others will be, so please keep supporting them and I appreciate it.
Uh A GLP-1 Deli that has sauces that fit our macros. There you go. That's a good idea, Mia.
Then Jen says a secret chicken or turkey mushroom barley soup with collard greens. If you're trying to balance your carbs and GLP, get protein, collagen, and poop. Go forth and make content.
Now, remember to tag me.
>> [laughter] >> Yes, tag her if you decide to do that.
Please do.
Um Metabolic Midwife, do Paula, do you have the paper in front of you to see what was measured exactly? Dexa measures cubic centimeters or square centimeters.
Interesting.
And Paula says, "After my Dexa scan, I was depressed. The guy seemed to like seemed to think I wasn't doing well.
Really? So, I checked with chat GPT and chat said I have a lot to be proud of.
Dexa scan guy is on my list."
Chat GPT is my bud. Oh, there you go.
I I don't know how much the Dexa scan scanners know how to interpret.
Hopefully, they they do. But, anyhow.
Um And Jen says, "Hi all to those that didn't receive my greetings earlier."
Yes.
Uh Zombie John, I used to have a girlfriend, but unfortunately me and my ex good I'm I'm sorry to hear that, John. Sorry to hear that, buddy. You hang in there.
Uh Paula says, "I am with you there. The Dexa guy sees you for a second. Chat GPT knows you better." Yeah.
Yeah. Exactly, Barbie. We're going exactly where I was thinking.
Glad all is well, Twan. Glad to hear it.
>> [gasps] >> Panel starts at 5:15 Eastern Central, so 6:15 Eastern. I'll drop the StreamYard link at the start if anyone wants to join. Yeah, feel free to join up there with me.
And Barbie just says 3.34 lb.
Interesting. Oh, and Candy Cane put all the time zones. Thank you.
Um all right, Zombie John.
I'm sorry to hear that, buddy. You hang in there.

Oh, I'm sorry, Twan. I have a church revival tonight, so um it's at 7:00. I I couldn't quite squeeze both in, so I'm sorry.
Um "My ex-girlfriend was trying to pressure me." Okay, well, buddy, it sounds like it was a good move, buddy, but you you hang in there, okay?
Uh Let's see.
"All profiles are are the profile pics are small and vertical." That's a good point, Twan. So, yeah, that's Barb used to be health and a cos, now men and bug midwife.
I think it's a great name and describes her her uh her history and and and journey in the past, how she uh was a midwife for so many years, so so cool. So cool.
Well, guys, if there's no other questions, I it's been a great great interaction and and chat here with some good bread suggestions and and talking about scan numbers and everything, so hopefully everybody's had a good uh 45 minutes here. I know I have.
Um So, I will uh let y'all get going so you can get ready for everything else going on tonight. I know Anchor Moments will probably be on at 8:00 p.m. Eastern, so don't miss her. Uh Gina and Jeff now that they're back home doing lives again.
