[00:00:00]There are structural inflationary pressures that come and I've spoken about this in the past around the time that I gave the speech here actually I think the process of de-globalization some forms of fragmentation mean one of the benefits of globalization there many challenges but one of the benefits was it was structurally disinflationary and the reverse is also proving to be true the fragmentation that comes with that in many cases for good reason there's been more resilient you're paying an insurance premium to become more resilient but that has to be ultimately paid and is passed through so there's a structural element to that in and of itself just in terms of the changing of the level of integration first point
