So, I'm a graphic designer. I spend a lot of time looking at the computer and like yourself, researching, doing interviews and whatnot. And so, it's been nice to have him around. For sure.

So, my project is called Symbolic Studies, and like I just mentioned, I'm a graphic designer. I've been a lifelong artist and I've been doing design work for man, it's crazy to admit actually since I was 16 and I've been basically refining my eye and working on visuals for different clients. I used to do a lot of stuff for the music industry. I was really plugged into the hardcore and punk rock and metal scene in central California. And over time while doing design work, I got really interested in symbolism. I think I bought my first graphic or excuse me I bought my first symbolic dictionary probably around 2006 2007 and it was kind of love at first sight and so ever since then I started acquiring more and more books on symbolism and I started getting a good lay of the land with what authors were worth reading what symbols were worth looking into. I'll just say the bull actually was one of my first sort of deep dive rabbit holes with animals because it's really pervasive across world mythology and there's a number of cultures that basically consider the bull to be sort of their first animal or first creature like the first primordial creature. I would say even the bull is right up there with the serpent with how much symbolism is connected to it, right? And at some point I realized if I'm going to be a good symbolist, then I should know a lot about the zodiac. And so I really steeped myself in the symbolism of the zodiac. And that's basically how my channel came about is I started putting out information about each sign during the sign itself. And so, uh, basically year round, I'm putting out videos and posts about all of this esoteric stuff that I'm finding out with the signs. And so, it's been a fun ride, man. But, uh, yeah, that's pretty much sort of my project in a nutshell.
>> Yeah, man. Well, I especially love because me, I know me and you, last time we talked, we kind of got into uh the stars and astrology and how that kind of ties to a lot of myths and legends. So, uh, I think it's fascinating to, uh, study these things out and see the symbolism and how they tie into a lot of these stories and and and actually, I mean, history, to be honest. I mean, >> Oh, yeah.
>> Uh, it it's amazing to to find all that connective tissue. And it's kind of like being colorb blind your whole life. And once you start seeing the colors, you're like, So, I love seeing in full color, bro. And, and you help me do that. So, thank you for what you do.
Oh yeah. Yeah, you got it. No, it's been a fun journey and basically I like helping people out with their symbolic journey and so I get messages all the time. I do private sessions with people, tarot readings, things like that. And uh it's cool to see people resonate with my work. So >> that's great.
>> Yeah. Awesome, man. Well, uh I had made the mistake. I know when we were talking kind of pre-roll, I had said uh you know the the bull imagery really fascinates me because it it's very predominant.
It's predominant in the Bible. It's predominant in uh the world history and mythologies and things like that. You see it everywhere. And you even made a comment this is something that's uh >> pretty much a neverending rabbit hole.
You could talk about this for you know like a marathon. You could do two or three day 24-hour show on this possibly.
>> Oh yeah, absolutely. In fact, the first presentation I ever gave was in person to a pretty limited audience, but it was all about bull symbolism. And if I'm not mistaken, what I opened it up with is a famous painting that's in the secret teachings of all ages, which is a well-known classic book on esotericism by Manley P. Hall. And the first image that he includes in that book is called a group of world religions. And essentially it's like seven or eight different depictions of bull mythology and how they relate to these different religious frameworks. And so up in the sky you'll see Taurus, you'll see the apis bull from ancient Egypt. You'll see Mithris slaying the bull. You'll see a bull breaking the egg of the year it's called sometimes. you'll see a number of different things going on there. And he's basically saying that the bull is sort of the connective tissue between these religions. It was so important for him that he included it as the first plate or illustration in the book. And um he basically talks about the symbolism of the bull and how it was so revered and important to uh some of these groups and cultures. And so the fact that this is the first thing you learn in this book, I'm not sure if you've ever uh looked into that book at all, but the first thing in there relates to bull symbolism, it's pretty amazing because this book is like a classic sort of work and it's just like a tomb of esoteric information. And so um that really gave me a huge clue as to just how prominent bull symbolism is.
And funny enough, I was reading this when I was in India. And so in India, of course, they have the sacred cow. And so I was seeing the bull and the cow everywhere. And of course, they get to do what they want there. And so they get to walk in the middle of the street and all of the cars have to go around the cow or they can just lay in the middle of the street and everybody sort of maneuvers around them. And so that kind of is a little clue as well with how significant the bull is. And so what I've seen is that it really was the central animal for a lot of these groups. And like I was saying, it's considered to be the first primordial creature for some of these uh cultures.
Even in Norse mythology, they have an early myth about this cow called Adumla.
And uh there's four rivers of milk that emanate from her tits, basically from her udder. And um you know that's a pretty significant myth in their worldview. But the bull was highly highly revered. Sort of the major arc that I see personally is that the bull has been revered. There's all these cosmic divine heavenly connections. You know the idea of a heavenly bull, a cosmic bowl, something along these lines. And then at some point it seems like it really flipped and sort of the script was sort of inverted. And so the bull at one point and the cow was put on this pedestal and then it seems like over time there was sort of this inversion that happened and then the bull became a sacrificial animal. And so that's what you see in the cult of Mithris, right? Slaying the cosmic bull.
And there's a number of other storylines that kind of go along with that. But it does seem as though it went uh from sort of one pole to another like that. And some people say that this is indicative of the passing of the age of Taurus and that during the age of Taurus, the bull was revered and put up on this pedestal.
And then once the age has passed, uh, then the bull became a sacrificial creature. You know, that's just one theory out there. And that's something that once I kind of found this and that connective tissue that I actually kind of started looking at because I I noticed that pattern which I mean I guess I subconsciously did but you know when someone brings it up and shines the light for you then you start seeing all the other ones basically. But I was like, "Okay, then that might explain all of the, you know, the bull imagery of the Bible." And then you see the ram, >> they start sacrificing, you know, the rams, the rams that's caught in the thicket as the substitute for the sacrifice. And then >> later on a Zazil, the the escape goat, you know, and the whole thing with Satan attached to Capricorn, which you know, uh kind of sucks cuz uh I didn't know it at the time. Uh I'm a Capricorn. And one of my first tattoos as a teenager, I got that uh that Latin that 76 >> on me and a little goat head. So it's like Yeah. I'm walking around with a a big Satan head on my chest now. Yeah. So good times.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Oh, I I have tattoos I regret as well. So anyone who gets tattoos, that's usually uh the thing at some point. But yeah, you know, it's interesting because all of the animals you just mentioned are in the zodiac. So we've got the bull with Taurus. And I will say with Taurus, too, Taurus is a fascinating sign. And what seems to be the case is that because it's ruled by Venus and so Venus is very feminine in nature. And so it seems as though with Taurus that in earlier times it was viewed as being the feminine cow. And then as the ages progressed it became more of the masculine sort of aggressive bull. And this is the case with a lot of myths in my opinion that there are a number of cases where the primordial ancient version actually was more feminine and then the modern version is more masculine. Um so you have the >> you think that is a signal to the transition of like you know the matriarchal society to the patriarchal one.
>> Oh sure yeah absolutely. No that's completely related. If if my personal opinion on that is that it seems as though humanity has gone through a huge shift symbolically in that I think that we live in a very solar world today and I produce content on astrology. So you know that's part of my sort of thing and I have a huge huge love for astrology but it's a solarbased system. So, you know, the zodiac, zodiac means uh a circle of animals, right? And so, the circle of animals literally we're talking about the ecliptic, which is the path of the sun. And so, it's a solar-based system. So, you're looking at the constellations that the sun passes in front of uh from our perspective, right?
And to me, I think we live in a very solarized modern world, but the ancient world, I would say, actually had a reverence for what I call polar symbolism. And so, my favorite authors, like I mentioned this guy, Ray Renee Ganon all the time. And in my opinion, I think he is the quintessential sort of uh cream of the crop symbolist. Um, I've learned more from him than any other author that I've ever come across. And so I would say he's kind of my spiritual teacher with symbolism in a lot of ways.
And he really bridges the gap uh with symbolism and metaphysics. So what is the purpose of symbolism? He really gets into that and it's really to preserve ancient truths, metaphysical truths, spiritual truths, right? And he talks about that whole entire dynamic. Um so people had this polar perspective and even in the Bible as an example they say that these pagan cults would worship poles and uh there is a a pole called the Asher pole.
>> Yeah.
>> And so literally this relates to literally poles sometimes this tradition the polar tradition is called the mystic pole tradition.
>> U but people had more of a reverence for the fixed stars. There was more of a acknowledgement of the feminine you know in a healthy way I would say. And so, uh, this relates to sort of what you were saying with matriarchal societies and whatnot. And so, people went from a polar perspective to now a solar perspective. And so, a lot of people never get to this point. I'll just say that the polar symbolism dynamic is really, really significant. And I'll say that if people watch my social media posts, I don't get into it that that often, but u I get into it more in more of my long form content. But this pole dynamic, this relates right back to the bull. By the way, this pole dynamic is referring to what's been called the world axis or the axis mundi. And it's this idea that there is a bridge between heaven and earth. In Norse mythology, they might refer to it as a world tree, which uh they call Ddrasil. Um in other pantheons, it's a column or it's a pillar. I would say that when people had standing stones like in Europe, the standing stone is a symbolic pole. Um, and so this world axis dynamic, this axis mundi was of supreme importance in the ancient world. And it's this idea that there is a central bridge between all that is above with all that is below. And so when Mercury goes to uh the different domains, he travels, you know, to these different places. He's using this central bridge. And so this idea of this bridge between heaven and earth is really really significant. Um it's even interestingly enough related to the bull. The bull was imagined to be at the top of this axis in the ancient world for some cultures. And so there's some cultures like in the Vic world where the bull was in the center of the wheel because the center of the wheel of heaven is this exact same axis. So, this is why we call Polaris, the North Star, the pole star because we're talking about this. Yep. We're talking about this pole. We're talking about this central bridge. And so, during polar times, uh, primordial times, the north star was of supreme importance. And there's a lot of north star symbolism with the bull as well. And there's a lot of northern sky symbolism that associates uh with the bull. So, the bull was considered to be the center of the wheel of heaven. And so this is really important because what you find out actually is that every leader, every lord or emperor in my opinion based on my research, they are embodying this central axis because they're giving people orientation the same way the center of a wheel, the axis of a wheel, axle of a wheel gives the whole entire wheel a point of pivot pretty much.
>> And so look no further than the pope.
The pope, the full title of the pope is pontifffects maximus, which means the ultimate bridge builder. And so it's this central bridge that I'm referring to, the bridge between heaven and earth.
And so the pope has the cross keys, right? The golden and silver key. And so symbolically, you could say these are the gates to heaven and hell or something along these lines. Uh I did a whole entire presentation on this, but uh the pope card in the tarot actually corresponds with Taurus. So the hierofphant card which is the uh the fifth card in the major arcana.
>> This is really interesting because Roman numeral five is a V. And so the most prominent sort of um feature of the Taurus constellation is a massive V. And so >> is it this one that the heropant?
>> Yep, that's him. Yeah, exactly.
>> Okay. Because what he really represents is whenever you see two pillars, right?
A lot of people like to talk about twin pillar symbolism. You see it all over the tarot. They were in front of Solomon's temple. You go to a synagogue, they're probably going to have twin pillars. Um, Freemasonic lodges, they make use of the twin pillars. This is really fresh on my mind right now as well because we're in Gemini season and Gemini, the the glyph is the twin pillars. And so he's sitting between these twin pillars. And so whenever you see twin pillars, it's basically a doorway or symbolic portal. The other thing that's being communicated though, if you look at the cobalistic tree of life, that there are actually three pillars. There's two side pillars and then a central pillar. The central pillar extends above and below the other two pillars. And so the two side pillars, one represents the masculine, the other one represents the feminine.
So then what's to be said about this central pillar? The central pillar actually symbolically represents this central axis that I'm talking about.
It's uh related to this world axis symbolism. So another way of saying it would be one pillar or column is masculine, the other column is feminine.
The central column is polar. So one is lunar, one is solar, one is polar.
That's kind of one of the secrets behind it. And the Freemasons, they acknowledge polar symbolism as well. It's it's deeply embedded in their work, but they talk about it openly. And so he basically represents that central pillar, which again is the bridge between heaven and earth. And that's what he represents too is he represents that uh mediator, you know, between the people and God, if you will, right? So, do you think that was quite literal like at some point in time that you know Taurus was the actual pole star sitting up there at one point? I know a lot of people uh theorize when they look at like megalithic architecture and things like that that they think uh they point to Draco. They think that Draco was a north star at one time by the the architecture.
>> Right. Right. Yeah. So there's basically two main camps with this and one camp is that the the procession of the equinoxes occurs and that we go through these great ages and as these great ages progress the pole star also progresses and so you're right a lot of people say that Draco was once um directly north and one of its stars was uh the pole star the former pole star and so if you take that mentality when we refer to the north star or pole star. It's actually just a title. And so it's just like the title of a king and how you can be the king or the lord or the emperor, but it's just temporary in your life and there's going to be another lord or emperor or king after you, right? Um there's other people who basically think that the pole star even with the procession of the equinox is that the pole star always stays stationary. And when you look at the symbolism of the pole star, that's actually what it represents. it represents an eternal quality. They say that it's immutable and that it's basically what can be referred to as uh the unmoved mover or the prime mover. And so the basic idea is that the one who is stationary and immutable and still causes the wheel to turn essentially. And so you will see Buddha meditating in the middle of a wheel as an example. They say that he gained enlightenment in front of a tree.
That tree is that symbolic axle or the symbolic axis. And so I think this is a beautiful metaphor in life as well. You know, we're kind of all like our own wheel. The outside of the wheel, the circumference of the wheel relates to action. It's the least balanced part of the wheel because it's always moving.
The outside of the wheel is more so related to worldly things, material things, physical things. It's also the most divided part of the wheel. So just imagine like a pie chart, right? You have a pie chart and you have the different wedges of the pie. So the outside of the wheel, the circumference relates to division and multiplicity and things like that. The internal part of the wheel is actually the most unified balanced part of the wheel. Symbolically though the center of the wheel the axle of the wheel is stationary and relates to stillness. Uh but upon relating to stillness and this central location and this stationary dynamic it actually symbolically causes the whole entire wheel to turn. And so um so the the bull has been related to that central point pretty much. It's like the center of the monad or something like that as well.
>> Uh the bull relates to stability. It is such a big creature that uh it's hard to get going you know just like I was saying in India they stay put and then it's like once it's decided to stay put it's going to stay there you know and once it's going too just like in bull fighting once it's actually going you know you can be standing in front of it and all you have to do is just do a a side step you know and the bull will just continue moving forward it it can't change course that quickly just like a a big boat or just like a a big vehicle or something like that, you know, once it's heading in a direction, it takes a long time for the boat to turn or a train or something, right? Once it's going, it's really going and then it has momentum behind it, but then it takes a lot of force for it to actually stop. And so the bull kind of relates to this idea.
And so, uh, what I found is that especially in the ancient Eastern world, that the bull actually carried a lot of qualities that related to the polestar.
Um ju just to jump ahead real quick, there's a book that I have by this woman called um the ISIS thesis and her name is Judy K. King and she apparently decoded and translated some of these uh hieroglyphs in ancient Egypt that had yet to be uh translated. And basically one of the passages that she's published is that the ancient Egyptians at one point in time referred to and it may have just been one sect and I know ancient Egypt like it's a whole entire weave. There's like so much history there. So much happened. But she was saying that these people viewed the northern sky as the horn of a great bull and they believe that their souls go to the north upon death. and it exited the horn uh of this great bull. Now, this is really interesting because we actually have an electromagnetic grid around Earth. And what it looks like, it looks like a Taurus field, if you know what that is. So, a Taurus field kind of looks like a donut, right? There's an opening up top and there's an opening down below. The center of the Taurus field is called a hyperola. And so this is no different than when I refer to that central world tree, right? It would be in the center of this Taurus field.
And so there's an opening at the north, which is why we have the Aurora Borealis uh effect with this is the the northern lights, right?
>> And so they believe that the souls of man exited uh towards the north and went basically towards the north star essentially. Um, this is interesting as well because a lot of cultures basically believe that our souls go to the north upon death. That the uh north star is the location of the stairway to heaven, right? This idea of Jacob's ladder or what have you. That it's actually uh it's going to the north. And there's stuff in Freemasonry that backs this up.
This is a whole entire study, right? In the Eastern world, there's a lot of references to this as well. And so, uh, so I just think that's kind of interesting that they refer to it as a horn, not a ladder, not a stairway, but but the horn of a bull. And then we also have that Taurus dynamic. So the Taurus field is so fascinating. The sacred geometry behind the Taurus field is really, really incredible. You know, it's this idea that everything emanates from the center and then also returns back to that same center. And so I can't help but think that this idea of a bull of heaven relates to just the naming convention of this shape being called the Taurus field, which obviously phonetically Taurus sounds exactly like Taurus, like the bull, right?

>> Oh, yeah, sure.
And one thing I wanted to throw at you.

>> But, uh, I've been studying, uh, working on my second book and I'm getting into, uh, Serpent Seed, uh, the ancient, uh, dragon court. and uh like the dees and the Maravvenians and kind of what they believed and stuff and >> uh they're the ones that say they got the divine right to rule and I was going through um Nicholas Dare's book the dragon legacy and uh a lot you know a lot of stuff in there is speculative but uh one of the things he had mentioned that I uh recently come across it talked about the uh the bull head imagery and methas and things like that >> but It was saying that symbolically, but of course I mean you can say symbolically this is that or you but you can pretty much make about anything anything you want it to be if you frame it right. But he was saying >> that it could be u a fertility symbol.
And he said because he said they seen it as >> basically they would put like golden balls or something onto the horns. So it looked like the the ovaries in the Philippian tubes or whatever, however you say that. And then that the uh the nose uh was the uh let me think. I think he was saying that it was the vulva, the nose and mouth area. And he said that when they would do these bull sacrifices that they would bathe in this blood >> and it was to symbolize the uh the dragon princess's menstrual flow, the source of life.
>> And that uh the reason why those friian caps were red was because of the blood stains from >> these rituals when they would bathe in in the the blood. But I didn't know if you had ever come across anything like that or heard something similar.
>> Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. In fact, if I'm not mistaken, um, this is referred to as the Toro bullium. And that's interesting that you mentioned the caps being red because I've obviously I've noticed that, you know, but the way they would do it, what I was just reading because of Taurus season not too long ago that they would create these grates that sat on the floor and underneath the floor there was this uh small room basically and the initiate or the participant would go underneath uh into this smaller floor, excuse me, smaller room and then they would bring the bull over the grates and then they would slit the th throat of the bull and then the blood would come down. So literally it's like you know almost rain coming down from the heavens or something along those lines. But the feminine aspect definitely makes sense to me. Like I was saying Taurus is ruled by Venus in India at least the cow was referred to as the second mother of mankind. And so we get so much from the cow that the feminine symbolism to me makes a lot of sense as sort of this um lifegiver in many ways, right? So obviously we get milk and then from there we have, you know, yogurt and butter and things like that and then uh leather as well, you know, beef of course and then the cow or bull also working the fields as well. There's a ton of stuff going on there. Uh but the feminine symbolism though is definitely there. It's definitely present. Just to continue this weave real quick. I mentioned the hierofphant in the version of the card that you brought up the the most well-known version of it probably the uh the writerweight version. You will actually see on those two pillars, if you were to zoom in to the top of the pillar, you're going to see a symbolic uh womb essentially, right? And so I was saying that the most prominent aspect of the constellation is this V. V for Venus. This is a very feminine sign, right? It's a downward triangle. The downward triangle when we're talking about the elements, the alchemical symbols for the elements. This represents water. And then if you add a line through that downward triangle, it represents earth. These are the two feminine elements. air and uh fire are considered to be the masculine elements, right?
>> And so you see these two symbolic wombs up there. Um if I hadn't mentioned it, uh V for vagina as well, right? Um >> yeah, you can see it. Plain as day, I pulled it up, which I I could probably zoom it up a little better.
>> Right. Right. Yeah. No, there it is. And so what's interesting as well, this weave of the five and the V also, fascinatingly enough, Venus from the perspective of Earth over the course of eight years creates a perfect five-pointed star. Sometimes they call this the Venus rose or they call this the the kiss of Venus or the Venus pentagram, something along these lines.
But the five-pointed star relates to V symbolism because of its uh nature to the number five and just the sacred geometry encoded in the five-pointed star. Really significant. So, you know, when we're talking about the five, you can't not bring up the fifth element, which would be spirit or ether. And so, we have the four base elements, air, water, fire, earth. And then the fifth element would be uh spirit or ether itself, which we refer to it as the fifth element, but in actuality it's like the first element. It's all of the other elements came out of spirit. That that's kind of what people uh have said symbolically. And so the five-pointed star, arguably, I wouldn't say exclusively, but arguably the five-pointed star when you see it in the esoteric world, oftent times it's a direct reference to Venus. uh that's what it represents because of this uh five-pedal nature that it creates. Um so it's it's a beautiful thing to kind of just uh hold in your mind's eye. And uh this is interesting because the number five and the five-pointed star symbolically the way I put it, it really is something that exists between the physical and the spirit realm. Um this is pretty much what esotericists have alluded to for a really really long time.
Even uh in ancient Egypt they have uh the opening to their underworld. They used a five-pointed star to indicate their opening. So literally it's like a threshold symbol. It exists between the physical domain and the spiritual domain. That that's kind of how I perceive it. And then all the sacred geometry behind it, the golden mean or golden ratio uh basically represents this as well, I would say.
>> Yeah. And that's funny you bring that up because that's something else that Dare talked about and he uh pulled up uh imagery of this, you know, pentagram and he, you know, he showed it inverted, you know, was the uh the goat, >> but he said a lot of thing something a lot of people don't pay attention to >> is right either in between the eyes or right above the head, in between the horns is a flame.
>> Yes.
>> And he said it's supposed to be like the flame of enlightenment. He said, "But with the dragon court, you know, and the uh the divine feminine, you know, and the menstrual flow, all that kind of stuff we talked about with the bull uh with the Mithras cult, he said uh but if you turn it around uh straight up and down instead of inverted, uh it is the the goddess." He said that the um >> uh the top of the point is the head. uh the the ears which was the two side points now become arms and then the torso and then the the bottom two points are the two legs which you know inverted is the horns >> and he said so now that fire or flame is right in between the legs he said so it's showing uh the alchemical starfire basically that this is the the the fire the enlightenment uh the the the lifegiving force of nature.
>> Right. Right. Yeah. Exactly. That's what I was going to say. The starfire in in his work, does he make reference to uh this dragon being feminine in nature?
Like it's a dark mother symbol. Have you come across that by chance?
>> Yeah. He said that uh that you know Tiiamat, the original chaos dragon was was the the dragon mother >> and produced Lilith and then through Lilith uh the other dragon princesses and he talks about you know this uh matriarchal society that the women >> chose the kings because uh it was all in the family basically that they go back to the Anunnaki and how they talk about they made this subhuman race to be the overlords of humanity. that that is them. They are this subhuman race and you know with a biblical lens that's that's the >> Nephilim.
>> And >> he says that uh that uh they stem from there and then went on and basically they interbred to try to keep the bloodline pure. But uh the women chose the next dragon kings and it had to be young virgin females of this bloodline.
They were the dragon princesses. And uh at the time of their, you know, monthly flow, they would willingly give themselves to the the king or the next one in line. and by drinking her menstrual flow and secretions uh kind of like what the Hindus and stuff talk about you know the essence uh that it was so highly uh uh rich in melatonin and some of these other chemicals that for this specific breed of humans these overlords basically uh it fueled them and it made them smarter gave them special powers of foresight you know and all these top things, but how basically it was all about the the female, you know, once again the the divine feminine basically.
>> Right. Right. Yes. Exactly. No, that makes a ton of sense. For sure. Um Yeah.
I think it's interesting. Excuse me as you're saying that as well, like the image of the Holy Grail and and the Grail sort of symbolically being a womb as well and it holding the blood of Christ. And then in the tarot at least, you know, in the more esoteric decks, you will have a depiction on the strength card. In some decks, it's referred to as the lust card. And you will have the [ __ ] of Babylon, and she's holding the holy grail or this chalice of filth essentially, right? And so, there's a ton of symbolism with that too that you can really, really unpack.
But just the grail itself is a feminine symbol. The cup itself, the chalice is a feminine symbol. So it receives. So the masculine is more so a projective sort of symbol. The feminine is more so receptive. Um so you would have to look up like a um you know like the the Alistister Crowley version to get the the [ __ ] of Babylon sort of setup. So and a lot of the people >> that kind of uh followed him they they kind of kept with that tradition uh from the Thoth deck.
But the the chalice in and of itself >> uh it looks like it's it look it's really tiny on my end. I think it's the third one though.
>> Yep, that's it. So it's like a symbolic grail right there.
Let's see.
Yep, that's the one.
Okay. So, yeah, she's riding what looks like a a lion, but with a serpent's tail.
>> Mhm.
>> One, two.
>> It's only showing three, but I assume it's four faces.
>> It actually um what what does the book of Revelation say? Seven. Seven headed beasts. Something like Is that right?
>> Yeah. The beast or >> Yeah.
you'll you'll see uh if you count it's very abstract so uh I can't blame anybody for not picking it up right away and it looks pretty small too but um there should be seven faces there because they're basically emulating the the beast of revelation >> okay gotcha and yeah that's something that I had made connections too with with reading you know and studying like I was telling you about on that subject >> um >> like uh Dracula you know they say he was part of the dragon court and that there was this solommonic school like this mystery school and the people of the dragon court that were selected to go to this and graduated they said that they had they were quote unquote they had ridden the dragon.
>> Mhm. So with that and the the divine feminine and then uh those that you know ingested the starfire uh there was many different ways they could do it but one way was to put it in a a chalice or a dish and consume it. And when you get into the original languages of Revelation, you get into the Greek where it talks about this [ __ ] of Babylon.
She is riding this dragon and >> uh she's depicted wearing the the purple uh garments that signals royalty and holding this chalice. But it says that the chalice in the English a lot of the English versions it says uh uh the cup is filled with her uh uh abominations, >> right?
>> But when you get into the Greek, it says porna.
>> So I was like see that's what I was saying. And I was like, so you know, if we look at it uh through the eyes of the ancient, you know, second temple period, you know, Christian uh if they knew about these rituals, you know, the drinking of menstrual blood and women's secretions, uh through this cup, you know, the that was very pornic to them. So, I think that maybe this whole family bloodline and this whole uh esoteric ritual type thing that was going on, this whole thing is what the author was talking about because here's this divine feminine who is riding the dragon. So she went through the esoteric school Solomonic schools of the mysteries and she's holding this cup full of her porna her her secretions you know crowning the next king you know giving her power to the to the next ruler basically.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Right. Very interesting. Um, you know that card, the uh strength or lust card is uh it corresponds with the Hebrew letter Tet or Teth, which means serpent. And it's kind of interesting because this card corresponds with Leo.
And so you often see a woman with a lion. You'll find that actually throughout history seemingly there's like countless examples of virgins having relationships with a lion having a um dynamic sort of interplay with lion symbolism. And then you'll see that lions have a fondness for virgins as well. Well, the virgin is uh part of the zodiac with Virgo. Virgo means the virgin or the maiden. And this relates very strongly to queen symbolism. And so basically there's so many ways to unpack this, but what we refer to as the queen actually has a lot of symbolic overlap with uh what we refer to as the virgin or the maiden. And a lot of queens have had relationships with lions. And you can see lions, you know, basically flanking a queen as she's sitting on her throne. You can see all of these different examples of queens throughout history. Yeah. Nana has two of them in chains depicted.
>> Exactly. Yes. Exactly. Right. And so this is really interesting because you know the lion has been referred to as the beast of the jungle, right? Or um you know uh the the beast of beasts, something along these lines. And there is so much symbolic overlap between serpent, lion or feline and dragons.
So much so that they're almost interchangeable. And so that's where my research has led me is that the lion, the serpent, and the dragon are nearly synonymous. So depending on the myth, they may use a lion, but if you substitute it in your mind with a serpent, it makes a ton of sense. It's like all right there. And what's kind of intriguing about this as well is that there's so much overlap between felines, lions, and serpents as well, just in their nature. So in the cases of each, you can find felines and serpents that have slit pupils, right? Uh they both have fangs. They both hiss and even how they strike as well, the way a lion, you know, will strike something. Very similar to how a serpent strikes something. And then you have the tail of the lion or you have the tail of the of the feline. Very serpentine in nature.
So there's a long long history of basically associating all three of these creatures together. And I think even in the east uh they pretty much uh looked at them synonymously as well. So when I think of a dragon, you're saying dragon, there's stuff in my mind that I'm kind of getting pinged with uh as it relates to the serpent, which that makes perfect sense, right? And then there's things that I'm being pinged with as well that relates to uh you know uh the feline and and sort of uh the line connection here with everything.
>> But uh this idea of riding a beast as well you know uh one way of interpreting it would be that uh you are conquering if you're looking at it from an inner symbolic dynamic which a lot of times that's how I perceive symbolism is how does this relate to my inner landscape?
How can I use this on a practical level?
Right?
um riding a beast or conquering the beast is like conquering your demons basically. So that's kind of part of the tradition of the card as well. Um but it reminds me very much of the demiurge as well, right? So isn't it interesting that the demiurge is a um a lionheaded serpent and then the demiurge his biggest flaw in the gnostic uh side of things that he didn't know that there was a god above him which was his mother Sophia. And so he thought he was the supreme deity but that was his biggest oversight is that actually uh there's someone above him. He's not at the very top of the pecking order that actually woman his mother uh which when you read the Gnostic creation story it's completely encoding virgin symbolism as well like a virgin universe and that's related to Virgo as well. She's considered to be the queen of heaven and also the queen of earth which reminds me of t- actually right >> tiam gets slid open and then we're living supposedly within her that uh all that is above and below is is the body of te you know I know that that's at least one interpretation >> oh yeah uh since we had brought up anana um I had just kind of read those stories and stuff kind of you know literally until I kind of got exposed to some of this stuff. But I did find it strange that in the story of the u epic of Gilgamesh, >> him and Inkyoo uh they just got back and had a successful quest and Anana uh throws herself at Gilgamesh once, you know, wants to lay with him and make her, you know, her or his wife and he turns her down and she gets pissed off and she goes back to her father and quests the the bull of heaven to come down and to kill Gilgamesh.
And uh the two of them basically tag team uh defeat the bull of heaven and then kind of like insult to injury as Anana standing up on the walls of Urick, you know, raising hell uh Inkyoo takes the the bloody thigh and slaps Anana with it. Um, what is, you know, your interpretation of that story? What do you think that that story is trying to tell us there besides, you know, uh, angry women need to be hit with a bloody thigh?
>> Right.
>> I'm kidding. I'm kidding.
>> I'm so glad you brought this up because this is such a powerful weave and it made me all sorts of giddy when I was just like looking into it for the first time. Uh, what I can do is I can highlight the thigh of the bull and what that sort of represents, what's going on there. Interestingly enough, thigh symbolism is way deeper than people realize. It was it's deeper than what I realized when I first started getting into symbolism. I was like, "Wait a second." I'm like, "I'm seeing a thigh here. I'm seeing a thigh there." I had no idea. There's saints that have like wounds on their thigh. There's deer king. I forgot about that. He had a wounded thigh.
>> Yeah, exactly. There there there's a number of things going on there.
>> Yeah. With the thigh and it's just it's amazing. Um, one of my favorite constellations is Ursa Major, which is the Big Dipper. The dippers, the Big Dipper and the Little Dipper carry so much esoteric symbolic information, it'll make your head spin.
>> And so, I've made it a point to really focus on that. And that's one of my deep deep weaves that I can talk about, you know, at length. And so Ursa Major is the thigh of the bull. I'm like, that's interesting. Why the thigh of the bull?
Sometimes it's referred to as the thigh of set as well. Um, but in ancient Egypt, you actually have this bull's thigh being used in certain rituals. And so, uh, there's this ritual called the opening of the mouth ceremony. and they will present a bull's thigh to like the lips or mouth of a pharaoh. And so there's all this bull's thigh mouth symbolism sometimes. And when they're using that, they're actually using it as a substitute for Ursa Major. They're basically referencing directly the Big Dipper.
>> And sometimes they will use another tool called the ads tool, which is a woodworking tool, and it kind of looks like the number seven. It's a dz.
and they will use this tool in the exact same way for the opening of the mouth ceremony. And so the mouth in question, they're using the the pharaoh's mouth as sort of a metaphor for the mouth at the north. So it's a afterlife ritual. You know, it's ensuring um you know, basically a um a proper sort of passage, you know, to the afterlife like what I was talking about earlier. And so why the thigh of a bull? Why the leg of a bull? Well, onelegged symbolism, funny enough, actually relates to this world axis. You know, one leg is basically like an axis. And so, Mercury, Hermes, sometimes you will see him on one leg.
Uh there's a lot of um stuff going on with that. But whenever you see someone on one leg, they are symbolically embodying the axis. And so, a ballerina, if she's trolling around >> Yep. Exactly. The whirling dervishes, you know, like Yes, exactly. Shiva is a really great example. Uh the one leg actually represents like a point of pivot. There's other myths too where a person loses a foot or they lose a leg or something like that. And so what it's doing is it's encoding not not two like two pillars but like one pillar like the central pillar, right? The uh the polar axis that I'm referring to. So the bull's thigh actually symbolically relates to that. What's interesting too in ancient Egypt there's these reliefs where the um the goddess her name is uh terowette and she is basically like a hippopotamus goddess and she has a cord around the thigh of a bull basically and so it's like a cord around the world tree pretty much is what it represents.
It's like a cord around this central bridge or central axis. So, that's what I've come across is that when you're referring to the thigh of a bull, that is probably what's being um you know, encoded uh in my estimation is that it's it's a world axis symbol. But I'll say I'm incredibly biased because I think all symbolism goes back to this basically that this old primordial myth of this world axis world tree dynamic it's everywhere because you know I'm of the opinion that um like I'm I'm interested in perennialism. So the perennial philosophy if people have never heard of it it's the idea that there is a primordial tradition that all other traditions spawned out of. So all modern traditions actually came out of this older tradition. Um there's another group of people that call themselves traditionalists and basically that's one of the core tenants in traditionalism is perennialism. The idea that no matter what branch of this spiritual world tree you're talking about, no matter what spiritual framework you're talking about, if you follow sort of uh its origins, it actually goes back to a central trunk. it goes back to a central tree. So it's like everything emanated from the center returns back to that same center. All spiritual faiths actually have a relationship with this original uh uh tradition. And the original tradition like I was saying is very polar in nature. So the pole symbolism, the axis symbolism, uh I sometimes refer to it as axial symbolism. Uh it all goes back to that in my opinion.
Sorry, you caught me leaning over trying to console my my dog. She's over here scratching her ear, man. And it's like d >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You got it.
>> Uh yeah, she's a uh a Shiu Bashan mix and they keep ear issues because how their ears are made. So, she's constantly >> digging around her ear. We'll get medicine and >> it'll clear her up for a little while, then it it comes right back. It's awful.
I'm so at the same time I'm so uh glad that I'm not a dog, but then at the same time it's like ah you feel like the helpless parent. What do you do?
>> Yeah.
>> Oh, I totally get it, man.
>> So, uh now w with that story and Anana getting, you know, getting the bull of heaven to try to go after and kill him and then her getting knocked off the wall, >> you know, by by the thigh. Uh what do you think that that's trying to say there specifically a guess?
>> Right. Right. You know, it's interesting actually. Um I So right now actually, funny enough, I'm interested and I'm posting content about brick symbolism of all things, baking bricks and building walls as an example, right? Um, and there's a lot of symbolism associated with Gemini with this. In ancient Babylon, apparently Gemini season was referred to as the brick mold. Now, when we're talking about walls and we're talking about Gemini, it reminds me of the story of Romulus and Remis. And so, these are the hero twins of Rome. And so, this is where we get Rome from. Romulus kills Remis. So, what you'll find in a lot of hero twin stories is that one twin, the evil twin will kill the good twin, right? And what I've decoded over time, took me a long time to get to this one, is that a lot of hero twin stories, I think we talked about Cain and Abel last time if I'm not mistaken, but uh Cain and Abel are very similar as well. Cain obviously would be the evil brother and then Abel would be the positive uh brother. you know, uh, Abel's offerings were accepted by God and Cain's weren't.
What's really being encoded with a lot of these hero twin stories is that one twin, the twin of light, uh, the good twin, actually represents nomadic society and nomadic symbolism. And so, being able to freely travel and going on these, uh, nomadic uh, migrations. The other twin, the evil twin, actually represents a sedentary agrarian society, meaning that they are stationary and they set up shop. So, they're going to build villages, they're going to farm, things like that. Cain was the a tiller of the land, right? Abel was a keeper of his flock. And so, nomadic societies always had their animals with them.
That's one of their most precious sort of items is is when they go on these migrations, they can take, you know, uh their flock with them. Cain is a tiller of the land, meaning that he's staying put, right? So, even symbolically, too, tilling land, it's like a land claim, you know, you're digging into the land.
It reminds me of sexual symbolism actually. Um, and so you're making a land >> fertility rituals around it also.
>> Yes. Yeah. Absolutely. 100%. So, it's interesting that the Gemini twins, funny enough, in the tarot, the sun card, you will oftent times see two young children in front of a brick wall. And so, it represents to me symbolically, it's very similar to Romulus and Remis, this story where Romulus and Reheis, they build the first wall in Rome, brick by brick. And they had two different ways of building this wall. Romulus being more of the agrarian settler, he actually uh would put the bricks into place one by one. So that would be so there's a wall there.
In older decks, you will see the two uh children, you know, in front of the wall. That's more of a modern sort of version, but the wall is still there, right?
>> Um so Romulus would put the bricks in place uh using his brute strength.
Reheis. One version of the story is that Remis actually played a flute to levitate the bricks into place. And this is interesting because nomadic peoples actually have a preference for oral traditions. They have a preference for music. They like to sing a lot. And so they're very audible basically. And the agrarian society actually prefers a very different kind of art. they prefer visuals. So, we live in an agrarian society and so we love movies, we love visual artwork, you know, we love music too, you know, but I would say that kind of uh a priority for a lot of people would be what's on the visual sort of side of things, right? We excel in architecture and uh sculpting and you know, all of these different types of things. And so Romulus and Reheis, they build this wall. Remis actually jumps over the wall, which is why Romulus kills him. And so I'm like, what what is this wall about? Why would uh why would jumping over the wall warrant Romulus to kill his brother?
>> Well, it's encoding the story of the nomad. The nomad wants to travel. The nomad wants to go on these migrations.
And every time an agrarian uh sets up a town or a city or builds a wall, it prevents the nomad from being able to freely travel.
>> So my understanding is that this earlier polar tradition was actually more nomadic in nature as well and that all of humanity was nomadic at one point and then eventually we became more and more and more agrarian. And so every single time there's a new city, that means that there's new boundaries. That means that there's new walls. This means you are preventing the nomad from uh living their life accordingly, the way they want to live their life.
>> And so you're basically choking them out. And so you're taking away their wilderness. You're taking away their land. What they used to travel through freely, now they maybe have to pay a toll or maybe they can't travel through that land or or what have you. And so this earlier >> tradition jungle.
>> Exactly. Yeah. Exactly. Exactly. And nomads I I've watched a lot of nomadic documentaries because they're still some of them actually exist. It's in a very sort of modified way. Um but they hate cities. They hate cities. They hate villages. They don't like city people.
They don't like any of this stuff.
Right.
>> Right. Yeah. Yeah. I know.
>> I'm just a good old country.
>> I'm becoming more and more like that.
>> Yeah. It's like the more I see all that kind of stuff, man, it's like, >> man, where's all the trees at? I want some trees and some wildlife, bro.
>> Exactly. Exactly. Right. 100%. You know, so it becomes a beast system. The city becomes a beast system. Every city becomes Babylon. You know, this is sort of the dynamic behind things, right? And so with this myth just to say one of the things that I think is interesting is you can make the case that this earlier ancient primordial tradition had a reverence for the feminine that as we became more solar in nature the feminine now is just swept under the rug and it's behind the scenes and it's not honored.
>> That's why she's knocked off the wall and she's knocked off the wall by the wild man. The one that's all about nature. It's like he's accepting the the domestication of himself basically.
>> Exactly. You got it, man. Yeah. Yeah.
So, that's my quick take on it.
>> Yeah. That that's the most sense I've ever been told or made of that story because to me, I was like there there has to be some kind of hidden esoteric meaning here. And honestly, that kind of makes sense with the flow of the story now that you've plugged that into my repertoire because >> Gilgamesh was the the wild man.
>> I'm sorry. No, I'll take that back.
Gilgamesh was the uh the city man, the king, the the civilizer. Yeah. Yeah.
>> And uh >> uh Inky >> uh Inky Doo, sorry, was the wild man.
>> And he lived out in the wild. And damn, >> there you go, man. the prostitute, the the the [ __ ] the the prostitute uh from the temple, >> the divine feminine threw that py poo all over him and got him sprung and then he followed her back to the city >> and they they started drinking and he had never drunk before and feeding him all these delicacies >> and basically civilized him >> and yeah, so then here comes comes a nana and they uh defeat the whirl bull and it's actually Inky-Doo that hits her with the the bloody thigh and knocks her off of the wall. So it's yeah it's kind of like you know them battling at first uh Gilgamesh and Inkyoo was like the civilized man versus wild primordial nature >> and civilization won and Inkyoo the wild man was domesticated basically. So I mean yeah your interpretation flows with the narrative of the story. Yeah, I'm glad it resonates. You know, um it's unlocked a lot for me personally, just this little dynamic of when you're thinking about brother stories, like really um major myths involving brothers or the twins, how much of this actually makes perfect sense. What's kind of wild because we're on this topic and it's on my mind right now, there is so much symbolism with this encoded in Freemasonry. And so, as an example, masonry, we're talking about bricks, we're talking about building walls, we're talking about building cities, you know, we're dealing with the twin pillars, very much like Gemini, reminiscent of Gemini.
>> We're also talking about the fact that they call each other brothers. We're also talking about the fact that they encode a lot of Kane and Abel symbolism as well, you know, and so um so this whole brick Gemini twin brother dynamic is encoded in Freemasonry in like numerous numerous ways including the fact it's kind of interesting that they have a reverence for the letter G.
Right? So the compass and square they put the G right in the middle. It's just interesting. I'm not saying that this is what they think, but it's kind of interesting that Gemini also starts, you know, with a G as well.
>> Um, and so I I get into a lot of this actually, funny enough, uh, we don't have to talk about it right now, but I'm pretty convinced the George Floyd situation that happened a handful of years ago, uh, I think six years ago now or five years ago, it encodes a lot of Gemini symbolism and brick symbolism as well. And so, um, it happened in Minneapolis. Minneapolis, which is a twin city. Uh, it happened during Gemini season. His father was a Freemason. He was part of a crew called the Brick Boys. He had a hat that said Brick Boys on it. Brick Boys of all things. And then brick has a a double meaning, right? Uh, with drugs >> and all the bricks they found at those protests around the same time.
>> That's it. Yep. Exactly. Exactly. So, when all these things were happening, I was like, "What are the freaking odds, man, that they're encoding all of this stuff. It's just completely wild." His most well-known photo, too, he's in front of a brick wall.
>> And his mural was painted on a brick wall.
>> There you go. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly.
>> Now, Wade said it best. My buddy Wade in the chat, he says, "No, let's go there."
I was I already soon as he mentioned it, I'm like, "No, we're going to go there."
>> Oh, right on. All right. Well, let me throw this out there, too. So, when everything happened, I started noticing all these patterns with this. And what's interesting is that this NBA player, I'm I'm not an NBA guy, but this NBA player named Stephen Jackson started coming out of the woodwork and talking about his brother, uh, Floyd, not literal brother, but his his homie.
>> Yeah.
>> And he basically was saying he said it multiple times. He said, "Oh, he was like my brother. He was my twin." And I was like, wait a second, that's interesting. We're in Gemini season and he's saying that George Floyd is his twin. Um, so then in this context, Stephen Jackson would be the good twin.
He was successful. He was in the NBA.
You know, it's a really, really big deal. And then George Floyd obviously was uh of the streets. And so this is the perfect sort of contrast between the good twin and then the evil twin sort of dynamic. And then of course we know that a lot of the story line revolves around I can't breathe. And so it's interesting that when you're talking about Gemini, you're also talking about the lungs.
You're talking about air. You know, Gemini is an air sign. And so most people when they lay out the zodiac on the human body, they associate the lungs with Gemini. And this relates to communication as well. Gemini having a lot to do with communication. Mercury, which rules Gemini, has communication.
Um, it's funny actually, just another quick one. The major arcana tarot correspondence for Gemini is the lovers.
And the Hebrew letter that associates with the lovers is Zen or Zane, which literally means sword. And sword is an anagram for words. And our words can cut like swords. And there's a whole entire thing with with sword symbolism and communication and and um you know all that kind of stuff.
>> Oh yeah. Even the Bible says you know the the word is a double-edged sword.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Exactly.
Exactly. Um so even the sword, what the sword does, it's a symbol of division.
And so it'll take the one what's whole and then it'll divide it into two. And so what a lot of people don't realize when you're dealing with two symbolism, um, you're actually dealing with the first number of division, you're talking about the first number that's been split. Symbolically, personally, the way I tend to look at everything, there can only be one one. There is no secondary one. On a metaphysical level, there's only one. So all numbers actually are part of the one. So you could say that the number two is actually the one divided in half or uh the two parts of the one. The number three is the three parts of the one. And so the number two is the first number of division. And so it actually represents conflict. It actually represents aggression because if you have one, you can't have two things waring against each other. You have to have two things. And so now if you have two, you actually have these two factions which can uh butt heads if you will. And what's interesting about that, I'm even using my hands. The other body part that people associate with Gemini would be the arms. So now you're dealing with the left hand path and you're dealing with the right hand path.
You're dealing with the the angel on one side, you're dealing with the devil on the other side. Right.
>> Right.
>> And so it's reveal.
>> I've never shown >> Oh yeah. What's going on here? Oh.
>> Uh, I'll show you mine if you guys show me yours.
>> See, I got, >> you know, man, I I can't make it out. I mean, it's a little low resolution on my end, but >> Yeah, it's a red uh bird, but it's got horns.
>> And then on the other side, >> I have a blue angel bird >> with a golden halo. So, the whole cartoon of the the battle of the consciousness, you know, good and evil on the shoulder there.
>> That's it. That's it. So consider this.

>> Right. Right. So consider this.
We now have again uh the symbolism, the correspondence with Gemini and the arms.
That makes perfect sense. Right. And so with my arms, with my hands, they can come together. We can create things. We can do things. There's um you know uh productivity to be had with having two hands, of course. But the story of the Gemini twins just like Romulus and Remis. The symbolism is that the twins or the brothers came from a singular hole. They came from a sometimes it said that they came from an egg like a cosmic egg or something like that. In the Greek version, they literally were birthed from a a swan. Her name's Lita and she was impregnated by Zeus in disguise.
Excuse me. Zeus was a swan. Turned himself into a swan. uh to make love to Lita and she gave birth to an egg and the uh the twins Caster and Pollock uh came from that egg. So the symbolism is that the two came from the one that that's pretty much at the end of the day like the most important part of that.
And so the Gemini twins just like Romulus and Remis they are able to be productive for a certain period of time.
they're able to get along for a certain period of time and then something flips, right? That uh there's friction. And this happens in relationships as well.
The two people come together and for a long time or for a period of time, they get along, they do things, maybe they have children together, maybe they create a business together, any number of things. And then sometimes that relationship, the friction that was good to begin with, this uh push and pull dynamic that was great to begin with, now becomes a problem. And then uh it becomes detrimental basically. And so I say all of this because with my two hands, left-hand path, right hand path coming together to do things. Well, there's also the budding of the heads that can occur from these two energies now conflicting with each other. And so I just think it's interesting that we have words like army. arm e as in like arms or we have the armed forces. It's also interesting too, the second amendment number two, just like the Gemini twins, the right to bear arms.
That's right.
>> You know, so there's actually a lot of Gemini symbolism when it comes to like waring and and things like that.
>> Oh yeah. Yeah. It takes two to tango.
That's the old saying, right?
>> Yeah. Exactly. Exactly. You can fight with yourself, but I mean, you probably end up in a padded room if you did.
>> Right. Right.
>> What was that? Uh ah shoot.
Uh it was an old movie back in the 90s.
It was um Ace Ventura. You remember?

But uh I guess you know we're kind of starting to wind the train down. um through your studies, what did you find that totally like come out of left field? You you never imagine seeing the bull there or that type of imagery.
>> Uh what was the the big uh mindblow moment in your studies that you found that you never would have dreamed in a million years that this was related to the to the bull? because if it were you, it's probably earthshattering to people like us that's not taking the deep dive.
>> Right. Right. Um, you know, there's a few that come to mind actually right off the bat. I'm going to write all three of them down. Maybe uh we can cover a couple of them, but um I'll go with this.
>> Thank you, Pam. She's got it up there, guys.
>> Beautiful. Um, man, it's so random. It's so funny because this was a sort of slow burn. It took me a little while to realize that this was the deal. So, I talked earlier about Taurus having a very prominent V as part of its constellation. And so, there's two zodiac constellations that have really prominent V's. Uh Pisces, uh there's a big V. It's the two fish kind of leaping from a a single stream, but Taurus has the most prominent. It's a very clear V. And so anyone who's a sky watcher, anyone who looks up there, um, will will know that Taurus has this huge V. Now the V itself, there's two stars on the V. One star is named Ain, and that means I in Hebrew.
Very interesting because it just is a direct reference to it being one of the bull's eyes. Now, that is sort of the lesser star that represents the eye of the bull. The greater star that's way more prominent, has way more lore associated with it is called Al Deberon.
Al Deberon or Eldaron. And it's a major major star. And so there's this system that the Persians had where they had this idea or concept of four royal stars. And each of the fixed signs has a royal star. Now, the fixed signs are interesting because when you're talking about the four living creatures, which is sometimes referred to as the tetrammorphs or the tetrammorph, uh you're talking about these four signs.
You're talking about the bull, you're talking about uh the lion, you're talking about uh Scorpio, which is depicted as an eagle, and then you're also talking about Aquarius, which is depicted usually as an angel. And so, all of these constellations have a massive, massive royal star in them.
very significant star. And so the one for Taurus is Al Deberon, the eye of the bull. And what people have said for a long time is that I I think actually the sort of flip that I was talking about earlier with something being revered and then feared or something that was uh hold held in high regard and then inverted. That happened to Al Deberon that Al Deberon for a long time was a very very respected star. And when you see it just with your naked eye, you don't need special >> Ryan aiming at it. I never noticed that.
>> Yeah, there there's a lot there's a there's it's a whole deep dive with a demo.
>> Aiming at the bull's eye, pun intended.
>> Well, what's interesting as well is Sagittarius is a centaur. And so centaur, the tar in centaur actually is a reference to the bull. And centaur means bull killer. So arguably Sagittarius is also aiming at the bullseye. Right now this star once again was really really held in high regard and then it flipped and so now people associate it a lot of times with the gateway to hell. This is a newer modern system that doesn't really um it references the old system I'm talking about with the world axis. I would say this new modern system is something of a distortion, but I think it's still worth knowing and understanding for different reasons. So people say that when you're looking towards Al Deberon, you're looking away from the center of the galaxy. So you're looking at the galactic anticenter. So they say that that's the pathway to hell. That's the gateway to hell. And some people say that the opposite star, the opposite royal star is Antaras, which is the heart of the scorpion. And they say that that actually is the gateway to heaven.
So what what really happened? Quick tangent.
>> Yeah, that's backward from the ancients because I remember uh Dr. Greg Little was telling me that, you know, he he found that at their mounds and different things like that that they would bring the bodies and stuff and do their rituals and and burn them and the smoke would go up into the heavens. But they would do it. I think he said during the time of year that Scorpio was below the horizon because they were afraid that the uh the the sting or the pinchers of the scorpion would grab the soul and keep it from from making it to heaven.
But the ogie >> uh I can't remember the the three stars of Orion's belt was the bottom of the wrist >> and that the portal to heaven was in the center. It was the eye in the middle of the hand. H very interesting. Yeah. Um you know this fits as well with uh a lot of cultures have this idea that their stairway to heaven is towards the pletes which is the seven stars uh an asterism within Taurus. And so yeah so you're right there's there's a flip that has gone on there for sure.
>> Um and so the heart of the scorpion and terraas was considered to be the gateway to heaven. The uh gateway to hell being El Deberon. Some people like to say that these are the golden and silver gates.
The silver gate, if I'm not mistaken, being Al Deberon, the golden gate being some people have even um said that the crossed keys, the silver and golden key that we were talking about earlier with the pope or the hierofphant that it's referencing these two gates, right?
>> Yeah. It's at the bottom of the card. I noticed that earlier.
>> Yep. Yep. And that's the official insignia of the pope as well, right? The those two keys. And so we're talking about bull's eyee symbolism. And so when we're talking about a bull's eye, we all know that we're talking about like a concentric ringed sort of design, right?
One major circle in the middle, one ring outside of it, perhaps a second, and perhaps a third. And so what kind of blew my mind to get to your question is the fact that Target uses a bullseye as their symbol and they actually call it the bullseye as well like internally.
The to in target is a reference to Taurus the bull. T a r. And so uh the to so it's basically like to get to what the bull's eye. The same way centaur is also the bull killer. Now the part that blew my mind is that al deberon just with your naked eye it's well known for being extremely red. In fact they even compare it to Mars. They say that there's a lot of Mars symbolism associated with Al Deberon. And so I'm like, that's crazy. Target is called target. Just the word itself. There's a bull reference there that most people, you know, obviously most people don't u look into this stuff the same way you or I might. Uh but tar again being to and then it's famously red. Their branding is famously red and so it just reminds me of Al Deberon. And then literally they have a dog and they put the bull's eye on top of their mascot, their dog.
And of all breeds, they have a dog that's a bull terrier. And so to me, that is just that's too much for uh for it to be a coincidence in my opinion.
The fact that they use a bull terrier of all breeds to indicate that to me is pretty wild. So I think target symbolism, funny enough, you would never know esoterically has like a ton of bull Torah symbolism associated with it.
>> And one thing too, uh, I hate to keep harping on the same stuff, but I keep getting new little revelations as you're talking and I want to confirm them with you or at least pick your brain on it.
>> The the story of the epic Gilgamesh we had mentioned, right?
Gilgamesh was known as the mighty hunter. Orion is the mighty hunter.
>> And I never realized because I'm not real big into, you know, the the constellations and the study of the the heavens. I I think it's fascinating to talk about it and read about it, but far as like me looking up and I can't I can't see the stuff. I just don't have the imagination for it, I guess. But I never realized how close Let me pull my cursor over here. So, here is Orion, the mighty hunter, you know, arguably in this story we're talking about, Gilgamesh.
Here is the bull of heaven >> that Anana sends down to try to kill him, but ultimately he is slain by the mighty hunter.
And I didn't realize that they were this close together.
>> Yeah. Yep. So if Anana was maybe depicted as Venus or uh the constellation Virgo, are are they anywhere close to these cluster of constellations?
>> Um not necessarily no. Uh Venus >> has its own transit, >> right? So it's a wandering star compared to uh these are called fixed stars. And so Venus can be seen all over the place, you know, depending on, you know, what lifetime you're living in and depending on what time of year and all that stuff.
>> Virgo is uh on the other side of the ecliptic, uh, for the most part. So, >> okay. Not even.
>> Yeah. So, they're not really close to each other.
>> But I I'll I'll tell you this. What this reminds me of is it kind of comes full circle a little bit because you messaged me originally about Mithris. Um, >> when you see the classic depiction of Mithris slaying the bull, it's known as the Torctton scene, you will oftent times, in fact, I think all the time, I don't know if I've ever seen it where it's not there. You will see a scorpion pinching the testicles of the bull as it's being slayed. And that's really interesting to me because the scorpion constellation when the scorpion rises the bull is falling. That's the symbolism because they're on the exact opposing side of the ecliptic. So when the bull is falling, the scorpion is rising. And Scorpio on a astrological level actually corresponds with the genitals as well. And so that's a a well-known correspondence, you know, that people have had for a good while.
So, scorpion and the genitals.
>> Yep. Yep.
>> How did that association ever kind of get made?
>> Um, you know, it's um it actually makes a lot of sense. Uh, Scorpio has a lot to do with both sex and death. Sex, death, and transformation. And so, >> I know Scorpios are really sexual creatures.
>> Oh, yeah.
>> So, I've been told. I mean, >> yeah. No, you're you're not wrong.
Definitely. Um, and so it's interesting that when um when we're in Scorpio season, so we just passed the fall equinox. And so between the beginning of spring and fall, this is referred to as the day side of the zodiac. And so this is known as the light side of the zodiac. So everything from Aries to Libra. once we hit Libra and then we enter into uh what's referred to as the night side of the zodiac or the dark side of the zodiac. So, Scorpio is right after Libra and so we are officially in it's like the first whole sign in a way because I think uh Libra kind of encodes some of this like intermediary sort of symbolism. It's a balance, right? So, it's like in between these two pans, you know, in a way. Interestingly, uh, Libra, Scorpio, and Virgo, what I've heard, what I've read multiple times is that it was actually one large constellation at one point. And then, kind of like a sword, Libra was introduced. It divided this major constellation into three smaller constellations. And so, with Virgo, you have a sign whose glyph looks like an M.
I don't know if you've ever seen it before, but it's like an M, and it kind of looks like a seed or a fish kind of um, you know, embedded into it.
Yep. And then on the other side of Libra, you have another mglyph in Scorpio. And so these are actually two feminine signs. They're on opposing sides of the scales of Libra. Uh Virgo would be sort of a more uh pure light feminine sign. And then you have Scorpio, which is more of a darker feminine sign. It's it's a little pixelated, so I can't read it. All I see is genitals.
>> That's all I see is genitals all over my screen. Now, Jack said, "Corpion and the genitals, easy circumcision."
>> Hey, man. I I It's actually funny he says that because circumcision symbolism I'm like steeped in right now. Um and so it opens up a whole sort of uh can of worms, you know, but uh yes, absolutely. And also genital mutilation just in general for women as well. In fact, there were some tribes where they would perform a genital mutilation ritual on a woman on the cli uh clitoris and they would refer to the blood as the uh venom or poison of the of the scorpion, you know. So, there's a lot of symbolism with that. When you look into folk traditions, uh a lot of folk traditions encode this exact same dynamic. So I I bring up the underworld dynamic because uh symbolically it's like our genitals are kind of part of the underworld, right? So it's uh it's hidden, you know, it's uh sacred and so it's uh it's associated with that sort of side of things.
>> And so a lot of the signs on the dark side of the zodiac definitely there's like more mystery and and sort of things like that kind of going on. Um you know, nature's receding in the fall. Uh leaves are falling, right? Winter, of course, there's like a lot of under uh world symbolism associated with winter and things like that. Um but yeah, I was just going to say, so these two glyphs, the mglyphs on each side of Libra, being in balance basically, uh to me is really really interesting. Um what were we talking about right before all this? I I something you said was I feel like I was on some sort of thread here with things and now it kind of got away from me. Oh, I was just asking, you know, like what was the biggest mind-blow moment you had found? And you was talking about the the bullseye and that sort of thing. And then I I probably threw you off with the scorpion because you said, "Believe it or not, in some of the depictions, the uh the sting stinger of the scorpion is pinching the the genitals of the the world bull."
>> I I know where I was at. So Orion, the great hunter, if I'm not mistaken, uh Orion gets stung by a scorpion as well.
And so it's kind of ironic that this great hunter actually, if I'm not mistaken, gets taken down or goes through this major trial because uh they're stung by a scorpion. this tiny little scorpion taking down the great hunter because it's so close to Taurus that it's the same dynamic basically um that when the scorpion is rising in the heavens then Orion and Taurus are both falling and what do you know both of their uh myths uh the lore behind each of those constellations actually has this relationship with the scorpion actually um doing something to them uh stinging them or what have you.
Similarly too, centaur or excuse me, Sagittarius is right next to Scorpio.
And so when Sagittarius is rising, it's the same dynamic again with uh with bull symbolism. And as I already said, Sagittarius is the centaur. He's the bull killer. So Sagittarius and Scorpio rising, it makes sense that both Taurus and Orion being on the same side of the uh the ecliptic basically that they would both have this similar sort of dynamic. So all four signs encode a very similar sort of thing that when uh these guys are rising the other ones are falling.
>> And you had talked about the the the two polar gates or the rainbow bridge earlier and you said that the the bull's eye was like the the golden gate and that the scorpion was the silver gate.
Was that right? Am I tracking?
Yeah, it's it might be reversed, but uh definitely in today's world, uh the the Taurus gate is is the gateway to hell and then the Scorpio gate would be the gateway to heaven >> because that ties into the epic of Gilgamesh, too. Now that I've kind of plugged in this, I'm I'm remembering some of this stuff. uh when he's seeking out uh Utnapisham to uh get eternal life, he has to go to basically Avalon, you know, this this island, you know, where the the gods live. And to get there at one point he has to go to this mountain and pass through this mountain to make it to the other side where this waterway is to catch a ferry boat ride, you know, across the, you know, the Egyptian dwat, you know, and different things like that, the abyss.
>> Um, >> but at the the gate of the mountain are two uh scorpion king like uh guardians, >> right? So, it depicts them as like guardians to the gate of the other world. So, I mean, that kind of ties into what you're you're talking about here. So, >> uh I'm uh trying to add some some credence to all your knowledge bombs that you've been dropping here tonight.
It it checks out.
>> Right on, man. Yeah. No, uh that makes sense, uh for sure. And I've I've heard that before. Um, conversely too, I I can't remember what pantheon, but upon death, you encounter like a scorpion queen on the other side. Essentially, the great beyond has like a scorpion queen sort of figure or what have you.
The other thing as it relates to the genitals is that uh you know the yoni being the sort of actual real gateway portal here you know so there's symbolism with that as well that uh the genitals of a woman actually is how we get to this domain and >> it's the gateway to life.
>> Yep. Yep. Yeah. Exactly. So um yeah it's a it's a very very powerful weave. In fact, Scorpio, I would say honestly, it might be one of the deepest, if not the deepest sign in astrology. A lot of people have said that, and I'm inclined to think that there's something to that.
So much so that it's the only sign that has like a well-known tradition of having three emanations. The scorpion is just one version of the sign. Uh so there's the scorpion, there's the serpent, and then also there's the eagle. And so it actually represents all three. And when you look at the constellation, it kind of looks serpentine and it kind of looks bird-like as well. And so also the phoenix, the phoenix relates to the Scorpio uh constellation as well. So people have used all three of these in tandem. So that's why the tetramorph when you see the four living creatures uh you see an eagle. That's Scorpio. And then it's interesting as well because we live in the United States. A lot of countries have this major thing with eagle symbolism. And so we have the eagle holding 13 arrows, you know, um a branch with like 13 leaves, 13 berries, things like that.
>> 13 colonies, >> 13 colonies, 13 stripes, right? So the number 13 in the tarot is the death card. As I said, Scorpio relates to sex and death. And uh it relates also to uh Scorpio. The death card is ruled by Scorpio. Um and then also the letter sting, you know, the scripture says.
Yeah.
>> Yeah. Yeah. The 13th letter is also M.
And the glyph for Scorpio is the letter M.
>> Oh, yeah. So, there there's a ton of stuff going on there.
>> And there used to be 13 zodiacs. I think I've heard that somewhere, too. That one was taken away.
>> Yeah, I' i've looked into that quite a bit, actually.
>> Oh, fucus. Is that right?
>> Fucus. Yep. Yep. Yeah, you got it. Yeah, he's the serpent handler.
You know where a fucus is?
>> Right above Scorpio. It's right above Scorpio. In fact, ofucus oftent times has a foot on the back of the scorpion when you when you look into it. And so really of fucus exists right in between Scorpio and Sagittarius.
And uh my personal opinion, it's a fascinating sign. It's or it's a fascinating constellation rather. But the idea that it's a uh 13th sign, what I found at least is that it's that's actually a fairly modern uh construction >> that you won't find ancient u works at all that make reference to a 13th sign being of fucus.
>> Uh if I'm not mistaken, really the late 1800s, early 1900s is when the fucus 13th sign thing really started taking off. And so if people want to roll with it being a 13th sign, go for it. Um I have personally I don't have any issue with that but uh historically if you're more of a traditional sort of person with these types of things it's actually it's um in my estimation it's actually not considered a 13th sign but it's still very very fascinating and there's actually a deep deep symbolic weave with it that I I do think is worth you knowing and acknowledging.
>> So I still have respect for it.
