[00:00:12]I'm really sorry you feel that way. Hey bud, look man, I'm sorry I made you feel that way the other day when we were talking about those things that were bothering you. Um I'm really sorry what I said made you feel that way. I I I didn't know that that was the case.

[00:00:34]Hey there, friends. Warren here. How are you guys doing? So, that was two apologies. Or I I I should ask this.

[00:00:46]Which one of those was an apology?

[00:00:52]The first one or the second one?

[00:00:57]And I'm sure you've guessed it by now, the second one, right? And those subtle, how often have we been guilty of that?

[00:01:06]Instead of making the apology about the person we're apologizing to, we deflect and either make it about us or not them at all or nothing to do with the subject at all. And I just wanted to remind us of that. That the next time we apologize or the next time we're making an attempt at apologizing, make it about them because at the end of the day, it is about them and they're the ones we offended. And just like I said, as subtle as that difference was in my two examples, we do it too often.

[00:01:44]And um just a quick reminder while I was outside because I had a conversation with someone the other day and it it came up and we were talking about apologies and how those work and I thought ah there is a nugget in that and so I thought I'd share it with you. But yeah, next time make it about them because they are who we offended at the end of the day. All right, so until our next conversation, you be good out there.
