This transformation is also attracting investors. With [music] its close proximity to Nairobi CBD, Pangani is quickly becoming a hotspot for real estate development. It looks so nice, so amazing. I just can't imagine how it is right now.

[00:19:10]It's a uh what I can say is uh they just needs to take care of uh the drainage system, uh the main roads, yeah, the neighborhood cleanliness so that it can able to be a very better neighborhood in the future. So this is just a nice, nice area to live.

[00:19:29]If you consider to stay in a very nice area in Nairobi, I think Pangani is one of the beautiful area you can come and and live, yeah. Look at how it beautiful it looks like, yeah.
