[00:00:06]Well, Goldman Sachs has just announced that it's going to relocate thousands of people from New York City to other cheaper places like Dallas or Salt Lake.

[00:00:22]This is a big deal. The headquarters still remains in New York City, but the soul of the company appears to be moving to Dallas. But Goldman Sachs is not alone. Well, JP Morgan Chase and Charles Schwab have also moved a lot of positions from New York to Dallas. This is not all. If you take a look at the last five to six years, how many jobs has the state of New York lost? It's coming into thousands. I have a small infographic that details all the stuff and this must really really put the scanner on top of this guy who thinks that he's a socialist. But god damn it, your tax base is going going gone.

[00:01:07]What are you going to get? Nothing. See, socialism works only if there is other people's capital to spend. the other people's capital is moving and moving fast to red states. This is what is the thing that Mandani and all the other progressives bleeding heart ws whatever you want to call them these people don't seem to understand the basics and their chief honcho two of them Obama and uh the guy who Bernie Sanders they just don't seem to get their head understand all of them are independently wealthy it's just that when it comes to people they want socialism for them anyway I have a small infographic for you that explains means the whole movement of capital, labor and even middle class families from New York away to other states and this is going to really shock you. [00:02:11]We getting it from the Internal Revenue Service. It reveals a historic wealth migration from New York away to states in the sunb belt. For example, North Carolina, Florida, Texas, what have you.

[00:02:24]We have all the details. The corporate flight between 2020 and 2024. A staggering 892 companies escaped from New York State.

[00:02:34]They took roughly 47 billion in income and economic value with them stripping the state of a massive tax revenues.

[00:02:43]Then where did they go? Well, we have a small graph here for you. Companies and wealth flooded into businessfriendly sunbilt states. Florida got 341 companies, Texas 187 companies and North Carolina 129 companies. The flight was not just billionaires. The middle class professionals, small business owners, young families, they've all moved from New York away. Why are they fleeing crushing tax burden? New York holds some of the highest state local taxes in the United States, strict regulations, hostile environments for small business scaling, and the quality of life, growing concerns over public safety, and general affordability. Let's look at what happened in the last five or six years. First, COVID hit. Everybody was forced indoors and if you are living in a multi-storied house in Manhattan or someplace like that, it was very scary.

[00:03:42]People were not even willing to step out of their flats, leave alone walk on the streets. So that the economy took a big hit. But payment protection plan and other things kind of saved them a little bit. But when Biden took office, this fellow and his fellow Democrats, they just flooded New York with illegal immigrants. So much so that the first set of people were all put up in five-star hotels. Even as the business was trying to pick up in the New York City, there was no place for the visitors to stay because every hotel worth anything was housing illegal immigrants. And this was paid by you and I, the US taxpayer.

[00:04:22]So all these things and now this woke socialist lumpin mamdani as the mayor everything is going to hell in a hand basket. I'm sorry to say this and I predict that the state of New York is going to turn red and people are thinking that you know they are going to come get a majority in the midterms. I think not. Just looking at the amount of beating that the state of New York and the city of New York are taking, you can tell that this is not an easy one. Their tax base is just going to vanish. It's like the ground just fell from under your feet. What are you going to do, Mamani? You can't print your own money.

You got something in your hand and you ruined it and you think you want to take the entire country of United States and ruin it too. AOC, you got a thought coming. You need to first become a little bit more mature and not shriek when you are making speeches in Congress. Anyway, that's a matter for a different day and a different time. Right now, New York is in a world of hurt. Let's see how they come out of this. I don't think they can in my opinion because it's not six years. It's not like a you know one quarter or immediately after Mandani came everybody left. People have been planning out because the cost benefit analysis just is not working out.
