This is a sobering exercise in medical pragmatism that prioritizes survival data over the common fear of pharmaceutical side effects. It effectively transforms a high-risk diagnosis into a rational, actionable plan for longevity.

Picked up my Stalins 20 mg todayAdded:
Hey, how's it going everybody? Sarah Soda Tam.
Well, I just left the CVS here. Got my candy.
That advantage plan, I'm sorry, disadvantage plan.
Paid 100%.
Not an expensive drug anyway, but you know, I could have had a five or a $10 co-ay. Not for me.
I got uh Rou Vastatan.
You can say that three times fast.
R O S U V A S T A T I N. Now there should be a law against that. Rositatin uh calcium 20 mgram tabs. Take one tablet by mouth every day. Every day.
Hey, the rest of your life. Oh, that's all they are. Look at this little bitty thing. Look at that. Here.
Like candy.
So, I talked to the pharmacist in there.
He said, "Ah, don't worry about it.
You're good. You might cramp up some."
But so anyway, uh all kidding aside, you guys do know the ones that are anti and you go back and look at my videos. I was anti. I'm still anti. I don't want to take anything if I don't need it.
However, if I've got a a crack in my RV slab, I don't call out a construction company to come out there and tear it all apart and rebuild it. But if I got the San Andreas fault opening up underneath me and the next time I ride over, my whole rig is going to fall down into the abyss and I'm going to do something. So, you guys do know that my veins have a verified, not a blood test, a verified. Now, it was a year ago. Hell, it could be less.
No, calcium plaque does not go away.
That's right. It's still there. The score was 1,500.
Perfect score is one, two, three.
Anything over 400 is like you've already had a heart attack. Well, that's what 1500 is. So, um it looks like I need to uh here's another analogy.
I got a black tank in my RV. If I see it at 10%, I don't panic and pull over and look for some uh black tank um what do you call it?
What do you call that where you dump your sewage? One of them things and hook it up. I'm not panicking, but if I see a red light flashing and I'm worried about a hose or a tank bursting while I'm going down the road, I got to do something.
So, Apparently, this one I've got, the Rosa Staten, is one of the better ones. It's a better poison than the other ones, according to this guy. But, um, yeah.
And and AI says, "Look, at your age, on average, you got about another 16 years to live, hopefully more."
So, you know, with a 1500 score uh calcium thing, you don't want to cut that short three to five years or even the next they say when you get a score like that, you could have a heart attack within 3 to 5 years. Hell, I got that test done a year ago and who knows how long I've had that. I'm probably due today.
So, uh, you know, when my tires get bald, when the engine starts knocking, when things need to be repaired, the air conditioner doesn't work, you got to do something.
And if you get the body aches and pains, then you quit and you go to a lower dosage or you quit altogether.
And the studies show two things. You can look at videos that say you're going to die. You're going to forget your name tomorrow. And then you got other videos out there that have done tests that people are saying the same thing, taking a uh a placebo.
So, but actually more study. There's way more gain according to the pharmacist and the videos that I'm watching than uh disadvantage. There's more pro.
If I had, you know, a lower calcium score, whatever, nah, I wouldn't be taking these things. But man, my pipes, they got some junk in there. I gotta I gotta stick around, man. I got some more videos to make. So, we're going to try it and see if it reduces the uh the number and if the body aches and pains, which only affects certain amount of people, not everybody, then I'll either quit them or stop. But you're going to know all that within 30 days. You're not going to die in 30 days. You're not going to get dementia in 30 days. None of these things that some people are warning you about are going to happen in the next six weeks.
So, on we go. Next up. So, by the way, the magnesium sulfite, whatever I'm on that I bought yesterday, I didn't get up till 9:00 a.m. Now, I did get up at 3. My mind was busy thinking about uh statins and Stalins and then well I can't turn here. What's going on?
Yeah, I can turn. Um so I got up at 3. I didn't get out of bed though. Then I got up at 4 4:30. It was almost 5 and I got up. I made coffee, drank coffee. I felt so damn tired.
And normally I don't feel tired like that even if I get up at 4. It was the magnesium sulfate.
So it made me want to sleep some more.
So I slept till 9:00 a.m. Even though my mind was busy, I kind of was cognizant that I was laying there, but I didn't want to get up. So that stuff definitely got some sleeping juice in it. And I'm going to hopefully that will um blend in with my blood and my system over the next few days or a week.
Uh, otherwise I'm going have to cut that back from 240 milligrams because I don't feel groggy or hung over. I feel fresh now. So, it's a probably a better than a ambient.
So, anyway, and the next thing is I hate to even mention it because I just wanted to do it without saying anything, but I I don't think I can do it. I I started talking to the guy at the beach yesterday about the fasting. He said he fasted for three days. And the first day is the hardest. How about the first hour? I'm starving to death.
And I wanted to do a three-day fast.
Now, that's a little ambitious, I guess.
But all I had was the peanuts yesterday in the evening, which bloated me. And then I went to bed. So, I've already fasted several hours. I've had nothing to eat this morning. I've just drank coffee. And now I'm thinking, you better get busy doing something or you're going to just want to eat some hamburgers and eggs and peanuts or something because I'm damn hungry.
Maybe I'll do this fasting some other time. This is ridiculous. What the heck?
Oh my gosh.
All right. So, I think I'm going to load the ebike up and uh go to the beach. Maybe a different beach. I don't know. I got a cabana coming. I ordered the, you know, the cool cabana. They want $230 for that thing plus tax anywhere.
Well, only on their site. Nobody else sells them. They won't discount it. They call that a discount. So Vivore came through for me, baby. Vivore for $90 right through Target. And so if it isn't any good, I'll return it. But if it's like that uh uh cabana thing, that screened in room that I got from them, which is every bit as good as the uh whatever they call the the other one that was $300.
This is a third of the price. This is half of what a cool cabana cost. I'll give you a review on it. I got the 8 by8 the large. It even has a side curtain, stakes, and a little shovel for the sand. You get none of that with Cool Cabana. The side curtain, one side curtain.
So anyway, let me take my uh my drugs in the house and figure out what I'm going to do and we'll crush it.
