i turned an AI website into a $50k/mo business.. (here's how)追加:
I turned a simple AI website into a $50,000 a month cash cow. And again, before I kind of get into this video, I do want to go ahead and show you some actual evidence so you know I'm not completely full of crap. Now, here is our Stripe dashboard. We're currently sitting at $50,000 in MR, meaning monthly reoccurring revenue, meaning this comes every single month. And again, if we head over to our net volume, you can see we're sitting at about $45,000 every single month in pure profit. Now, there are a little bit of expenses that do go into this business model, some of which I'm going to be talking about today. But again, it's still like 95% margins. And again, if we go ahead and check our ARR, this is where it's actually mindboggling. And I really can't believe it was this easy to get to half a million. But again, this is annual reoccurring revenue, meaning we're paid this revenue every single year, no matter what, presuming our clients don't leave. And before we get into anything, guys, if you do want to go ahead and join my Discord server, that's discomind.
Again, no stress at all. It's a completely free networking environment and we have a ton of other people that are all doing this exact same business model. So, it's honestly really cool to just network with other people. So, what is the actual business I'm doing? What's the main offer? Now, the main offer is very, very simple. Let me just like run you through this. For example, roofers near me. We literally just cold call every single local business that doesn't have a website. So, you can see here on Google, it literally just like shows you which companies have websites and which ones don't. But in a nutshell, this business model is quite literally right here. Right choice roofing services.
they have no website listed. So, we'd call these guys and say, "Yo, I just drafted you guys up a website. When do you have some free time? I'd love to book in a call and kind of show it to you." And then we'll literally just sell that website to them at 19727 a month.
And it just sells itself. Now, you might be saying, "What website? What the [ __ ] are you even talking about?" Let's say, for example, I wanted to sell to roofers. I'd look up framer roofing template and I'd head to any of these templates, some of which are literally completely free. Like, here we go.
Roofing frame website template.
Completely free to do. You can literally go ahead and click on use for free. I'm not sponsored by Framer. This is quite literally how we do it. And it's a drag and drop software. So, we can click on use for free and it will just add that Framer template to our account. And what I'm able to do is like, let's say, for example, I head back to that page where I look up roofing near me. Let's say I wanted to work with Tomcat Roofing Pty Ltd. I'd literally head over to Framer, go ahead and grab their name, and essentially just paste it directly into Framer, and then go ahead and just like set up everything. So, have their phone number there again, make the contact us form work, and then just offer this website to them. And again, I mean, look at this website. There is no reason why it doesn't look professional. I mean, this is miles and miles better than anything you'll see on the market right now. And again, when we're showing this to these local businesses, they're absolutely blown away with the quality in which we're able to give them. And at face value, it seems like we're giving them a ton of intrinsic value. But realistically, we're able to just replicate this exact same template at essentially mass scale. But again, there are obviously a few other things we do offer to them. So, in a nutshell, the entire like sort of offer itself, it ranges anywhere from 197 to 3.97 a month. Now, I have seen some people manage to sell this to businesses at 3.97 a month. We've always kind of stuck around that 297 a month range. The only time you really want to be getting higher than that is if you're selling to a niche that has a super high AOV. Now, AOV means average order value. So, just to kind of clear your head with this, if you're working with, let's say, roofers or plumbers, their average order value, so how much their typical client pays them per job can be in the thousands.
Whereas, if you're working with someone like car detailing, it might only be $100 or a few hundred. So, be a little bit wary about that when you are working and choosing a price point because you really want to be on that lower end for those lower-end niches and on that higher end for those higherend niches.
Now, what are we actually giving them?
Pretty simplistic. Again, website ownership and optimization. This is pretty interesting. We actually don't give them the website. We just host it for them. That way, they kind of rely on us a little bit and it makes them not want to churn. Now, I'll talk a little bit more about churn in a sec cuz again, I'm sure that if you guys haven't done this business model before, you're like, "What the hell is a churn?" Don't worry, I get into more information about that specifically. But again, one thing we do is of course host the website, we optimize it, we give them the domain ownership. So again, because we're reaching out to these companies that don't necessarily have websites, chances are they have no domain as well. So for example, that Tomcat one, Tom Cat Roofing Oz, let's say we wanted to close them and they had no domain. We literally purchase the domain on their behalf. And again, this is very easy to do. You can just go here, Tomcat Roofing, buy the domain for like five bucks a year. And then we can link that domain directly to the website itself.
That way we're kind of adding another layer of churn optimization. And so they're actually not canceling because they kind of rely on us. I mean, if they stop working with us, they stop getting access to the domain cuz we buy on our own end. Now, yes, it may seem a little bit scummy, but this is literally just what's worked for us. Another thing is contact us forms. What you can actually do on Frame specifically is if you go to this little plug-in section, you can type in anything. So, for example, like contact us, there's a ton of like completely free to use contact us forms like right here, contact form by Smart Target. Click on open plugin. Go ahead and add this form directly into obviously the frame template you're working on. And there's a bunch of other plugins you can add like for example you can add AI live chats, Google reviews, everything along those lines. And again, you can add this to your frame of template. And the reason why we add contact us forms and all these other features is again we can use it as an upsell. So we can be like look do you guys have any way of sort of capturing leads after opening hours because again the reason why we're calling businesses that have no websites is because they really don't have a way to actually get access to these clients that are finding them from Google that are finding them after they're closed. So again, we can add this contact us form and say, "Look, even if we can just bring you one extra client a month that's filling out this form and, you know, getting access to you after you've kind of closed for the day and you don't have access to your phone." That's amazing to them. They can close if they're doing roofing or plumbing, one sale a month is literally upwards of $3,000 and they're only paying you $1.97 a month. Now, another thing we like to offer is AI Live Chat.
Again, heading over to Framer. If you click on the plug-in section and type in AI live chat, there's a ton of different AI live chat plugins you can use from like live chat and AI ask dolphin, it quite literally trains based on the website itself that you add it to. And again, there's like a whole support workspace. You can do everything directly inside of Framer. And again, the best part is once you have that one template, like for example, if I go over to my Framer dashboard really quick, you'll be able to see that like let's say for example, I had a perfectly done template that I've already kind of organized. I've dragged and dropped it.
I've got it to where I kind of want it to be. Every time I sign a new client, I can click on these three dots and literally just press on duplicate and remake this website for an infinite number of clients and sell it an indefinite amount of times. And again, it might seem too good to be true, but this is quite literally what I've done to scale to this $50,000 a month point.
Now, another thing we really do love to offer to these guys is, of course, Google reviews. Now, I can't get into too much information on exactly how we do this. I'm sure a lot of you guys understand why because YouTube is owned by Google, so I can't really talk freely about this. If you do want to go ahead and join my Discord server, just disc/mastermind.
I'll talk a little bit more about that if you do want to ask me a question. And another massive thing we do is of course remove negative Google reviews. This is very, very easy to do. Once again, a little bit of a similar situation with the Google review section. Can't talk too much about it, but again, it is a massive thing in terms of selling for us. And guys, before we go any further, if you do want to work directly with myself in actually scaling your own AI agency, you can check out start offering.com. Guys, don't feel obliged to this. I really don't care. But essentially, if you don't have at least 20 clients paying you1.97 a month by the end of the 90-day program, you get a complete money back guarantee, no questions asked. Now, again, guys, because of the offer, we're obviously not working with that many people. But again, if you do think you're qualified, if you are motivated to actually work on an offer like this, go ahead and check out start offering.com. It'll be linked down below, fill out this form, book a completely free call with my team, and if you do seem like a good fit, we will be in touch. Now, how do you actually host the websites and create them? I've already kind of spoken a little bit about this, but again, I'm sure a lot of you guys are thinking, "Well, Blake, you're just trying to sell us some bullshit." No. Like, I can guarantee you Frame is what I use to do this myself.
But again, the way Frame works is it's not completely free. It's free to an extent. So, when you actually do sign a client, you can still make the demo website for them. So, before they even close, you can make them a fake website just to like show them how it all looks and then you can kind of close them after that. But the way Framer works is when you click on publish, you can link a custom domain, but you do need a plan to actually link one of these. Now the plans on Framer are quite cheap to be honest. Like I use Tai dollars cuz it actually makes it cheaper. But for example, $2.42 a month. THB242 USD, it's like $7 a month. And you're charging these companies $1.97 to 297 a month. You're still sitting at literally like 97% margins. And aside from that and like a $5 a year domain, so like 50 cents a month for the domain, you're really sitting at about 100% profit margins, which is why I love this business model so [ __ ] much. Now, this is a massive thing. You might be saying, "Well, how do I even get clients?" Again, I kind of gave you a little bit of an idea on how to do this, but you want to find all of the websites in your specific subniche. Now, don't feel like you have to do roofing.
There's so many different subniches. You can do plumbing, roofing, scaffolding, HVAC, air conditionings, uh, car detailing, just to name a few, locksmith, pet control, whatever it might be, right? But what you want to essentially do, and the same meta kind of applies to all of these different niches, you want to find the companies that have no website. You want to add them to a simple Google document and just go through chronologically cold calling every single one. Now, one of the biggest mistakes I see people making in this business model specifically is when you do cold call, you don't want to be like, "Hey, can I charge you 197 a month?" That's not what you want to do.
What you want to do, and this is the same thing that I've done to get to this point, is literally just say, "I've already made you the website. It's completely done. I'd love to show it to you if you have like 5 or 10 minutes over the next few days." And then you want to ideally get them in a Google Meet or a Zoom call and then close the website to them directly. Now, you don't want to make a demo website until they've obviously agreed to the call.
But again, making the demo website is like 5 minutes of work. you're just rebranding a template that you already specifically have. And again, you want to just cold call all of these businesses. But again, one of the biggest questions I see people asking me in my Discord server is like, how do you scale past just cold calling? Should I do cold messaging, which is when you like message all the phone numbers? No, that's not converting it unless you can do it at like mass scale, but again, it's just way too expensive. So, if you are starting out, that's one of the beautiest things of this business model is doesn't really require any capital to actually start. If you're motivated, if you can kind of overcome that fear of rejection, and again, you are going to get rejected. like please do not think going into this that if you cold call 20 people you're even going to get like one sale. That might not be the case. But again, if you do cold call 100 people, chances are you'll probably book in about five actual calls and you might close two to even three clients. And again, keep in mind if you're closing three clients at $297 a month, that is still $900 in monthly reoccurring revenue added to your specific business.
So again, don't think that when you do just close one client, that's that's done. You just got that money. That's all that's going to happen. you will get that money potentially for the next one to even two to even 3 years consistently every single month. So again, think of it as something much more long-term than the usual business model you obviously see. And again, the biggest thing, please, please, please do not start getting into meta ads, Facebook ads, all of these really, really advanced things until you've gotten to that 10k monthly reoccurring revenue range because again, until that point, you're really not going to have a grasp on the business model as a whole. And let alone the capital to actually invest in these advertisements and to be running at a positive rorowaz. And to really get this scaling, you do need to have a decent understanding of how the business model works. So again, I'd kind of limit yourself to sort of that 5 to even $10,000 a month range. And again, when we were first starting out, we had a 50% churn rate before we even got to 10K.
So, what that means is 50% of our clients were leaving every single month, which again means we're kind of on like an endless rabbit kind of wheel where we have to be bringing in more clients than we're losing every month. But just for reference, as of right now, we're more at like a 5% churn rate. And I'll kind of talk a little bit more about how we've gotten that so low in today's video. But again, please, please, please kind of optimize everything before you really start getting into that big dogs league and trying out meta ads. even for like migrating past one niche. I see so many people that are doing like, "Yo, I want to start with roofing and plumbing and and scaffolding and landscaping and all this shit." Start with one specific niche. Every time you're going to kind of close these guys on calls, there's going to be different objections. And objection means kind of a thing that that person might bring up that is trying to say, "No, I don't want to buy it." So, you have to kind of objection handle, which means handling objections is kind of getting to know your specific subniche. So, if you're doing roofing, the people in roofing are going to have different objections than the people in plumbing. So if you're kind of migrating between all these different subniches at the very very start, you're going to get overwhelmed. You're not going to become the best at your specific niche and it's simply going to backfire on you. So again, I would highly, highly, highly recommend becoming an expert in your specific subniche and even getting to five or even $10,000 a month before you really start expanding past that. Now, churn optimization, this is obviously what you guys are waiting for. Now, there is no point scaling if you're stuck at 50% churn. This is pretty apparent, right? But again, if you need to be bringing in more than you're losing every single month, it's not a profitable business. Like, as of right now, we could stop selling anything or stop doing any work for any of our clients, like literally right now. And I guarantee you, we're sitting at about 600K ARR, meaning annual reoccurring revenue. I'm pretty confident that that would not drop below like 450K, even if we didn't do anything for a year. But again, if we had a 50% churn rate, that would be down to essentially nothing by the end of it. Now, there's a few ways to kind of do this. The first thing, domain ownership. This is something that nobody else is going to share with you.
This is obviously what I was talking about prior by owning the domain itself and this is a massive massive thing for us. I mean if we didn't do this I guarantee you our churn wouldn't be as good as it is today. So owning the domain and making them depend on you for that domain. While it might seem a little bit scummy it is realistically the best way to optimize your churn. Now another thing and this is a massive mistake everybody makes when they're first starting out is when you first sign your first couple clients, you're going to be enticed and you're going to really feel like you have to be in communication with them. This is not what we do. We talk and this is like being completely truthful. I would honestly say once every three months to each client if that right you don't want to be giving these guys updates every single week, every single day, every single month like, "Yo, how's everything going? Do you want us to do anything?"
Do not oversell. The biggest thing is you wanted to kind of act as if it's a subscription model. So like Netflix, Hulu, they don't even remember it's going, but they still subscribe every single month. And if you're notifying them all the [ __ ] time and just reminding them, reminding them they're purchasing something from you, it's just common nature and it's just human nature that is going to obviously tick them off a little bit and they are going to be far more likely to cancel. So again, I'm not saying completely ghost the clients once you sign them. That's not at all what I'm saying. But what I'm saying is please, please, please do not oversell.
Don't message them every single day giving them updates. Let it kind of cruise. And again, if they come to you and they ask for something, obviously respond. And another massive thing that this kind of funnels into is do not sell to people that want 100 changes. I don't care what it is you're offering. Maybe if you're starting, you have a little bit of an argument for this, but I've turned down people before. Like you might have a client that's asking for 75 changes every week to the website. Those are the type of people you don't want to work with. You want to work with those guys that have zero clue of social media and you're simply taking the headache off their shoulders and they're really quite chill about it. They don't need too much from you and they're just happy with the leads you bring them. Now, how do I actually find leads at mass scale?
This is again obviously a plug cuz it is literally my software, but recently I did build up a software called Tangi.ai.
This is quite literally an AI software that finds you leads that have no website. So, the way this works is if I go to lead search on Teni, I can choose my subniche. Let's say roofing for example, and then my suburb. I obviously live in Australia, so I'm going to choose something that is near me. So again, Krenella, I can click on generate leads. And what Teni will do is scrape all of Google and find me a ton of local businesses that have no website or a very, very slow website. So it makes it really, really easy to actually find clients to sell to. And again, you could probably scrape like 700 leads in less than an hour with Teni. Whereas if you're scrolling on Google, it's going to be insanely slow. But as you can see here, it essentially ranks all the local businesses, gives me their phone number, and ranks them out of 100 on how likely they are to actually close. So again, this one here, no website, I can go ahead and save that lead. So you essentially want to save all the leads that are ranked 90 out of 100 because again, they're just going to be easier to close. And once you do save all of those leads, you can head over to the tracking CRM. This is a completely custom CRM in Tangi where every single lead you save, you can drag them into called, interested, followed up, or even closed at obviously whatever price you end up closing them for. And the next thing is, of course, website generation.
Let's say you have one of these leads.
Now, as I was saying before, you never want to close on the phone call. You want to get them on a follow-up call.
Once they actually agree to that follow-up call, that's when you want to make them a demo site that you can actually kind of blow their mind with.
When they actually call you, you can screen share, say, "Look, I already made it. Here it is." Now, the way you want to do this is, let's say, for example, this guy here that I just found, Big Blue Roofing PTD, he managed to agree to do a demo call. All I want to do is click on Teni, go to the roofing template, and click on generate demo site. And within a few seconds, my software is literally going to generate you an entirely finished website in seconds. Big Blue Roofing PTD has their phone number, has everything done. I can obviously go ahead and open this in a brand new tab. It's got a contact us form, it's got Google reviews, it's got absolutely everything all in one place, ready to actually present to these clients. And again, there's so much more you can do with this software like script generation to actually generate the cold call scripts if you are quite new at this templates where you have all of the frame templates directly in one place, even tutorials. And again, guys, no stress at all. If you do want to go ahead and check out teni.ai, use the promo code video. It'll give you a 10% off discount for the first two people to use it. Again, no stress at all. It's just something that's honestly improved my workflow so much and it's absolutely popping off right now. Now, last thing I want to leave you guys with, do not offer a demo until they agree to the call. So again, until they've actually until you have them on your calendar link, like, look, I have a call with this guy tomorrow. Do not build the demo until they've actually agreed to do the call. So don't make a demo for every single person you cold call because again, 99% of the time, they're not even going to be willing to buy the site from you. And again, guys, if you do want to work directly with myself in scaling an agency, you get complete access to Teni.
As I said before, if you don't have 20 clients at 197 a month, by the end of the program, you get a complete money back guarantee, no questions asked. And if you do want to join my Discord server, disc/mastermind.
Thank you guys so much for watching.
Have a great day. I hope you learned something
