So, when people hear black American living in Southeast Asia, what do you think they misunderstand?
I think a lot of the probably the misconceptions. I mean, it depends on where they're coming from. If if it's from, you know, black people thinking when we come over here, how we misconceive or just the people that are already here misconceive, but I think as far as our people are concerned, you get a lot of like, "What the hell are you doing? Why are you leaving the USA?"
All right, you know, I've had even people say, "Oh, they're going to harvest your organs over there."
Just really kind of wild stuff. So, you you you just get it's all over the gamut, but basically it's just like, "Why in the world would you do that? Why are you going to you're going to move to a culture that you didn't grow up in per se, you know, cuz our idea of Asian culture in the USA is not really what's here. It It is the real deal over here from the food on down, right? So, you know, it is it it's kind of all over the gamut, but you know, and as far as the people here, they might think, "Oh, you're not like in this movie I saw, you know, with the brothers and this and that, you know, like you you ain't got saggy pants or, you know, you don't talk that certain way. If you talk differently, you know, we have a lot of different dialects out of our community. So, you know, so it's But, to say all of that, when you get here, you kind of you could fall into a comfortable niche, you know, you're not you you're not necessarily walking around feeling like you're a stereotype, but
