The Rise And Fall Of KASPA 🚀

[00:00:36]So, Kaspa is in a little bit of a downtrend right now at 0.03335, down 1.76% uh for the past 24 hours. Now, I plugged it into um CoinMarketCap's AI, which I just started utilizing, and I love this. And this is going to kind of give us some uh context on why Kaspa is down a little bit now. It's not a a large downtrend here, but it is hovering on the 0.33 3-cent line in general, and it's possible it could go down to as low as 2 cents. Not saying it will, but it is kind of dancing on that lower 3-cent line. So, it's possible if this continues in a downtrend, we could kind of see it at 2 cents a little bit.

[00:01:32]Uh but let's read a little bit here on what CoinMarketCap's AI has to tell us.

[00:01:39]So, it says Kaspa is down 4.63% to 0.0333 in 24 hours. So, when I plugged this in, it was at uh 33 instead of 35.

[00:01:52]Underperforming a broader market decline, primarily driven by a sector-wide rotation away from all coins amid institutional selling pressure.

[00:02:03]The primary reason is that sector rotation pres- pressure as capital shifts away from riskier all coins toward safer assets or cash, amplified by negative ETF flows and rising treasury yields. Secondary reasons are technical breakdown below key moving averages and a 33% spike in selling volume, confirming bearish momentum. And in third place here, there is some near-term market outlook, meaning if Bitcoin finds support above $74,000, Kaspa may consolidate between 0 uh 32 and 034. A break below risks a test of 0.0310.

[00:02:51]Now, we're going to do a little bit of a deep dive into this as well. So, in terms of the sector rotation and macro pressure, uh the broader crypto market fell 1.92% with Bitcoin down 1.88%.

[00:03:05]So, Kaspa's sharper decline reflects a risk-off rotation where capital exits higher beta higher beta all coins first.

[00:03:16]This is fueled by institutional profit-taking. A US spot Bitcoin ETFs saw six consecutive days of outflows totaling 1.6 billion.

[00:03:27]So, what this means basically is Kaspa is moving as a high beta all coin magnifying losses when market sentiment sours. So, again, this kind of emphasizes its correlation to Bitcoin and all coins, which is why I always say it will become an all coin uh down the line. It kind of is it now like sort of in a way, but it's definitely following in the footsteps of those larger altcoins and layer ones like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, Sui, Cardano, etc., etc. Um the technical breakdown and volume confirmation uh in terms of that, it basically says Casper broke below its 7-day and 30-day simple moving averages, a sign of near-term weakness. The 24-hour trading volume surged 33% to 15.65 million dollars, confirming the sell-off was driven by heightened activity, not just drift. So, what that means is the price action and volume confirm a bearish shift in short-term momentum. So, and then it goes on also to talk about uh near-term market outlook, um basically saying the trend is bearish until key resistant levels are reclaimed. Um so, Casper's drop is a combination of macro-driven altcoin rotation and confirmed technical selling. The key to a reversal is a stabilization in broader market sentiment. So, uh monitor Bitcoin ETF flow data.

[00:05:02]Um that's something to keep an eye on.

[00:05:05]Watch it for signs of institutional buying returning, which would be the first step toward altcoin recovery. Now, in terms of community sentiment, 561.

[00:05:17]2K followers, 595.8K votes, 89% bullish, 11% bearish. Not terrible.

[00:05:28]The past 24 hours, it's now down 1.53%.

[00:05:32]Uh very volatile chart for the week with a low of uh 0.032, and we've got a high of around 0.035. That's down 2.16%.

[00:05:45]Very, very volatile. Very volatile.

[00:05:48]Uh one month of you is down 1.99% also on the a little bit volatile as well.

[00:05:55]Uh low of 0.032 and we've got a high of around uh 4 cents.

[00:06:03]Down for the year 69.74%.

[00:06:07]Then of course, we have the all-time view.

[00:06:12]So, it's kind of rejecting the 4-cent range.

[00:06:18]But I you know, I I I have faith in this long-term.

[00:06:22]It will get there.

[00:06:24]Um the last significant pumping happened in July 2025 at 11 cents. And May 13th, 2025 at 12 cents, kind of emphasizing the summer being a really prominent time for these projects, especially altcoins.

[00:06:42]Uh historically as well. July 2024 and December 2024 are also very prominent times for Kaspa. The all-time high being reached on July 30th, 2024.

[00:06:56]And also uh the beginning of February when end of 2023, beginning of 2024, February 20 through February 2024 was a prime time for Kaspa as well when the name started to become more prominent. So, I think some tier one exchanges would kind of help uh in the bullish department. But remember, June is going to be a really prominent time in terms of the technology and uh behind Kaspa in the back end of things. Lots of updates coming on uh the technology and infrastructure for Kaspa. I included more details on that in in some of my past videos. I think in like the past two videos, uh I mentioned that and some more details on it. But I think June should be an interesting time for Kaspa. I'm not saying it's going to pump in June, uh but I'm just saying there are some prominent and important updates happening in terms of the technology for Kaspa. So, keep an eye on it.

[00:07:56]Um this is a project that I will always believe in. I think everyone should always hold Kaspa in their portfolios.

[00:08:05]This has been a time of rise and fall for Kaspa long-term with prominent highs and low lows, and it's been quite a journey for this project, uh but I have no doubt long-term this is going to become something really, really great.

[00:08:26]And uh yeah, I think it's just one that we need to hold and continue to hold and don't even think about selling it. Just forget about it and just let it do its thing in its own time. I stopped giving price predictions for Kaspa a long time ago because this is an unpredictable, I think, kind of project at this point.

[00:08:50]So, I can only give time frames where I think there might be some potential pumping or and like interesting times for Kaspa, uh but I'm not going to give like, you know, uh hard or, you know, fixed predictions anymore because it's just hard to time the market and it's hard to give predictions on these. So, um I mean, I can I will give you an idea of where I think it could go, but nothing is written in stone, right?
