That was one of the main reason cuz me go to my mother and me phone and me ask her. Me ask her like go to house, I go just be there. You think for just rent it out monthly?
Or every 6 months or almost for a year or whenever one mind take you understand. So now that's how you all listen to Don't do it.

Don't no nothing. Do you know want anybody living in your house, you don't want anybody to stay out for too long because when it's time to get them out of it, they don't want to leave.
When it's time for anything for repair or bills to pay, they don't want to pay.
So oh and then now media Canada means you people treat landlord over here or then demolish them house and everything like that. And when it miss you all people over here have all 6 months, 7 months, 8 months straight, them not pay the landlord and these men buying out these people have to pay a mortgage, you know my people.
So them people there have to pay a mortgage and honest long up in our people them house and don't even care.
Remember when landlord about the man go for bail if the man go for this, but the system is so different. You can't just throw them out all when them have family and a winter time That makes it all worse. You can't just go kick out the people them just like that. So Me watching that video now I want to show you in the beginning of the video me people just trigger my mind to say you know what this is why you continue saying no to people cuz a lot of people message me you know.

So a lot of people really are trying to say you know what I still need to get some money out of my house you know. So they might go the go that way and go the long term way right now cuz I see you selling to youtuber.
Open it up for them house cuz the Airbnb thing not work for them. So they might have go the long term way.
Remember now you know my people you have to go long term. Imagine now you have to pay 2 300,000 a month for you get it coming to the house.
And you rent it out there for 300,000 a month. And two months pass and the tenants them not give you no money. I know you still have to pay that thing.
You still have to pay the people them that mortgage you know.
You understand? You still have to pay them mortgage you know. And then people are always up in your house and they start to mess up. Nobody come and do me that man. Me I tell you something man outside of the gate every day me there in the yard I play loud music and tell them them leave up out of my house. No it can't go so.
It can't go so my people.
It cannot go so. So that's why you have to really look look upon them situation you know my people. You have a look on them scenario there. You really see what what I go work for you I will not go work for you.
Yes, you want to invest in the the housing market of Jamaica. Don't look on it for the the whole of the money thing where you can go make right it away. Take your time and you build up your house because I mean I tell you the Airbnb market is so so segregated.
Like everybody every three house down the road probably have a house or a room that I might probably rent out. So, you have to make your thing unique and the best thing for do if you really want to have you getting out of them things there, it's better you buy your house and you take your time. No, better you build your house and you take your time and build it up.
You understand? So, then at the day even if Airbnb you not really make no money off of your rental or anything like that you already spent the money building your house already. So, right off of your back you not have to worry about going to rent it out long-term and have people them could kill these people living in your house and don't want to move out of your house and I am not going to disrespect on top of it. You understand?
Put a legal light and illegal stuff on your house and all have illegal people in your house and all of them stuff there. A whole heap of people whole heap of videos that me watch all of them video one night time them. They left somebody in her house and then she go and she go back a foreign for a couple years and come back the whole house them take over. Even the old lady room where the lady lock up and say don't this my private room so no even that the people them going on and sleeping in her room and bed and her use her room and sheet and her room and clothes. Them people them there not for show you how disrespectful them people can. Let me tell you something in my people asleep people.

So 6 months pass, you start to say the the bills rent start getting a little weak and you have to say you know I'm going to come check up on the place and I'm going to tell you so you can't come because some of them people you know the way them evil us you know them will just damage all the place them all when them are leaving them, man.
Damage all your wall, damage all your place and every little thing just just to spite you.
Just to spite you, you know, to show you, you know.
Yeah, man.
This is so awesome landlord I have to go through it. I mean by now man you have the people them have to get back their money they know for go pay you back now.
Um home renovator them people for come back and fix up back the place them all everything like that. Um you know all there.
Just not really care about what what man you see how time is right now?
The best thing you can do my people have your house and if no money not coming you just lock it up.
Not even my wife or not even a friend for go in the yard just to go live.

Remember me tell you that home owner is strict. I mean I can't tell you tell you one thing me know why they strict still at the end of the day cuz they so we go through to build this place. You understand? Man said not even a friend for go in the house go stay.
For about 1 night it's cool but don't make it prolong because I'm going to go say yo but you just have the place running this empty and nobody not there at the house dog. Yo just let me go and chill out. No we all right, man. And then when it's time to get them out, just because you were trying to be so nice and friendly to them people.
And them same ones stick you up.
And cost you thousand, or not even thousand, probably millions of Jamaica.
Just renovate your place back over, probably them all capture your place and not even want to give it back up and all of them things. You know you have to go to police and lawyers and that. Bro, the amount of the stress mm.
Want to give people out their money, you know me in a cut. That's why people have to just stand firm.
People have got to stand firm.

Let me say, the worst thing is to take out a gated community if you're not planning to live there.
Don't take it out to say you're going to do business, like Airbnb, short-term rental, and I know if you have the market enough people to come and rent it out.
Because you don't want to don't there with that stress and burden upon your head. You understand? So that is that's that's like one of the main cause.
Why a lot of people just go rent it out by Airbnb. And like me say, you didn't a gated community or like a poor more estate.
About probably 300 people over this Airbnb.
All right, probably not so much, but at least about 160 people.
You understand? Caribbean estate, same thing.
Whole of a estate, if you drive good one house between two or three houses, so somebody are rent.
So the competition is very high. And like me say, the people them who are get the most money right now out of these Airbnb things, if you are influencer, or if you are play pay somebody proper money market the place properly. You understand? Because you can't You let me tell you something, you know, you can't just put your house by Airbnb and just think people just going to randomly start pop up, so you know. Yes, back in the old days that's how it was, but now the Airbnb them price gone so close so close to hotel price now the people them must start rather go hotel and the people them not have to clean or anything like that. They must rather go hotel, spend them week at the hotel or two weeks at hotel and call it a day.
Yes, them can cook or they can do my things them with that like to do with the Airbnb them still, but you understand me I try to say, but in a few them mindset it's a little bit better for some people. Some people still have to go Jamaica with them family and them want all that stuff there all a month.
How you get all that month rental out of Airbnb now? Now you have to charge all that $100 or $200 for a day now you have to get all that family now. That's $6,000 that you are getting a month me I tell you that straight you know my people. So yes, there is money to be make off Airbnb, but that's if you getting a clientele.
That's if you getting a clientele and if you not get the clientele now, that make you have to push your push your thing now to more a short-term rental now.
Until it start, you know what?
Short-term thing really not work and it's still a hard to get in a little bit of money now. So you know what me have to do me have to go put it through to a full-term rental.
You understand and you give them a 1 2 3 year lease on the property.
And at that now, at that now them when them take up too much arms up in your place and then your house and now them think them have talk for your property, you understand? And and I just say your your your your head have to get cheap.
And this your head have to get cheap because the money was good when it's coming in, but when the money stop now and dry up what me have to do now?
Just like how this lady want the people them out of her house so you see, people them oh you can't move me out because some of them know the law them. That's why a lot of people say listen, don't don't don't do it.
Don't do it unless people them only way me could have do that unless me live on the property and me there at Jamaica straight through.
Remember me tell you that cuz any little thing when me not like me have to tell you that tell her that I can't say anything look at thing when me no like me tell her right away.
And as soon as you and people catch up in a argument and fight a Jamaica and then they want come bring their family for go and beat you out of your own yard or their bad man gunman friend them or policeman or soldier man people them for come gang you. You got them scenario go on a yard me people. So you have to look out of your life for all of them crosses blood sucking [snorts] vampires out there you know man.

Boom we just have to go and rent out the house the yard man and get a lunch I 100,000 a few month or 200,000 a few month and and call it a day you know man cuz the whole house we are rent out and boom boom boom. You see what me I try to say? That go 2,000 a day where you get pay your rent is over here.
You you see it now? Me and me mommy I bridging mother she him she buy a few gate to come in. And that that that lady don't let nobody stay that house.
Me have to go start be like them. Me have Me and me mommy I bridging again when next bridging.
In fact I build one bigger than the house.

At the end of the day you know, but at the end of the day the long-term rental thing the hassle you have to go through with with them classy people there.
If it worth it for your mental, then you can go on and go do it you know.

Everybody are trying to turn out a one room. Everybody so your competition is just so high. So it will go lead you up to madness.
