[00:00:12]The SS Palo Alto was meant to carry cargo but cracked and failed. Its owners spent tons of money trying to fix it but it was doomed. Now, it just sits half sunken, a weird traffic landmark. The concrete giant never sailed yet it still commands the shore. That stranded ship is the concrete ship that got stranded forever.
