Why leaders are allowed to be disagreeable.

[00:00:00]So, can you tell me why it's like unacceptable for let's say a woman or a follower to be disagreeable in a relationship, but yet it's okay for the leader or captain to be disagreeable? Why it's more >> So, he has more of a right to be disagreeable than a follower?
