Leaders are permitted to be disagreeable because they bear ultimate accountability for outcomes and must prioritize long-term organizational stability over immediate follower preferences, unlike followers who can prioritize personal comfort without facing the consequences of poor decisions.

Why leaders are allowed to be disagreeable.Añadido:
So, can you tell me why it's like unacceptable for let's say a woman or a follower to be disagreeable in a relationship, but yet it's okay for the leader or captain to be disagreeable? Why it's more >> So, he has more of a right to be disagreeable than a follower?
>> Yes.
>> Because it's kind of like say the boss and the employee. The boss [clears throat] or the owner and the employee.
>> Okay.
>> If the owner makes a mistake, he's held accountable. If the employee makes a mistake, the owner's accountable.
>> Mhm.
>> So, in other words, the captain or the boss or the leader can be more disagreeable because he's going to directly face the consequences.
>> Mhm.
>> So, like it's easier for a leader to suggest something, but if the outcome doesn't come out the way that it's supposed to be, does he have really have skin in the game?
>> Mhm.
>> And another thing is a boss or leader can't listen to their followers and and employees so much because if it was up to the employees, they're like they want higher pay and lower work. And if they want higher pay and lower work, which is ideal for their employee, what is that going to do to the business? So, the boss has to be in charge of keeping the business afloat. The captain has in charge to keep the ship on course and >> To make sure the machine stays right.
>> because if he caters employees or the caters to the let's say the follower, they're going to think about more benefits that serve them >> Mhm.
>> and cost them less. And in the long run, it's not it's not a good outcome.
>> I agree.
