[00:00:02]Welcome back. In this update, we are going to check out Q& chart, see what's happening in the short term. And I'm actually thinking we are having some very very positive signs. But before we get into that good stuff real quick, as per usual, we are going to talk about fundamentals first. And in this update, I want to talk about this important article and maybe talk a little bit about what is quant strategy for software vendors. So, are you ready?

[00:00:28]Let's dive in and see what is going on.

[00:00:30]And in order to understand this whole situation a little bit better, I think we should start by talking about the bigger picture. You see, banks at the moment around the world are beginning to move their money into blockchains and this may sound great and you know what it is absolutely fantastic. However, there are some issues and the main one I would say comes down to the fact that not all of these banks are using the same blockchain. For example, one bank might be building on Ethereum, another maybe on a private permission chain and also some other governments are rolling out their own digital currency networks called what you know what CBDC's. Now the result here is going to be a fragmented system where trillions of dollars are being digitized. However, these networks cannot really reliably asse communicate with each other. So the majority of the money it's just going to basically sit there which is really not ideal because if you want such a scenario well basically a stick to your old system what's the point of migrating to blockchain if you don't want to make the process faster and guess what this is exactly the kind of problem that quant is positioning itself to soft you see their page in this scenario is directed at software vendors which in case you don't know these are basically companies that build and also sell banking software. Their pitch to them is very much straightforward. Basically, they are saying you can plug our technology into your product and your bank clients get seamless connectivity across all these different chains without even having to think about the complexity underneath. And this is what we call the OEM model where vendors embed Qu's infrastructure under the hood and offer the whole package as part of their own platform. Now you might say, well, okay, this is an stupid idea because quant with this is not really going to get a whole lot of recognition, right? Well, not really. You see, quant, sure, in this scenario is not going to get recognition, but here's the deal.

[00:02:32]It's not going to get recognition to you and me. Okay, for instance, quant is very much wellnown. In fact, you could argue this is basically the white label strategy which and basically quant is going to be the underlying infrastructure that connects anything and everything together. And these are actually the places where you're going to make a whole lot of money. So no, I do not believe this strategy is stupid. In my view, this is probably the proper way to make a good bit of money for quant which we all love to see as Q& investors. And also the proof isn't actually a concept anymore. You see this article also points to JP Morgan's Kex's platform which has already processed about $1.5 trillion in transactions and that number matters quite a bit because it signals that tokenized finance has crossed the line from experiment to reality and by that we are talking about real institutions, real money, real escape.

[00:03:34]Now, at the core of what Quant is offering is a product called Overledger, which in case you are a new viewer to the channel, basically Overledger is an API gateway that connects over 45 public and private blockchains from Bitcoin to Ethereum to enterprises networks like for example, Hyperledger Fabric and also emerging government CBDC systems. And you basically need to think of it as like a universal translator sitting between a bank and whatever type of blockchain that it counterparty happens to be using. Now what makes this technically fascinating is actually how overdger works compared to its competitor which is what you probably know it if you are a regular viewer. I think their main competitor is traditional blockchain bridges. You see regular bridges lock assets inside a smart contracts to move them between checks. This is going to create a lot of security vulnerabilities and history has shown those vulnerabilities getting exploited many many times and a lot of people losing good bits of money. Now, Quant here takes a different approach which is an API based overlay that connects networks at the messaging layer meaning institutions can settle crossber transactions without touching their existing banking infrastructure or maybe exposing assets to bridge related risk and this is really the key because if you're going to have some bridge related risk I promise you banks are not going to adopt your technology. So now that we understood what is quant pitch to software vendors, let's talk a little bit about why all this matters for Q& token specifically because well after all we are Q&T investors and all we care about is what's going to happen in the mid to long term to our investments. Now the most important thing to understanding here is that QT's value is directly tied here to actual usage.

[00:05:32]Meaning when enterprises buy licenses to use over ledger those licenses sure initially are going to be paid in fiat.

[00:05:40]However, then they are going to get converted to Q& token and those tokens are going to be locked into a smart contracts through the quant treasury and those are going to stay out of circulation for the entire duration of the license. Very very important to understand. So basically here is our equation. The more banks that plug into Overdger, you're going to have more and more Q&T getting pulled out of the circulation which could hopefully cause good bits of price appreciation for the token. And also when we talk about adoption, we are not talking about hypothetical adoption.

[00:06:20]Okay, very important to understand that in case you don't know the great British tokenized deposit project which is backed by UK finance and involving big names like for example HSBC Barclays and also Lloyds these guys are using over ledger as the core introbability layer with full production deployment expected around guess what mid 2026 basically just in about couple of months also quantet which is the architecture powering this initiative is already live so Again, these aren't really some pilot program sitting in a boardroom presentation, okay? These are running in live environments with major institutions behind them. Now, you see, I actually forgot to tell you this. When it comes to the tokconomics situation, you should also consider the fact that the total supply of QT is absolutely capped at about 14.8 million token, which is actually less than Bitcoin supply. But instead of securing a payments network, these tokens are powering the enterprisegrade financial infrastructure for some of the largest institutions in the world. And if institutional adoption scales meaningfully, which based on the things that we literally just talked about, I think we are going to see mass adoption here. Okay, the combination of number one rising loged supply and number two a hard cap or the total supply is going to in my view create conditions that are historically very much favorable for price action but again in the mid to longterm not necessarily shortterm what we are talking about I guarantee you this you're not going to see the effects of them maybe in the next couple of weeks maybe even in the next couple of months if you want to know what's happening in the coming days and weeks I think you're going to be way way better off getting help from the technical analysis side. And trust me, we're going to get to that in a minute. But let me talk about this OEM strategy that this article is pushing as my final point because I think this actually deserves quite a bit of attention. You see what Quant here is doing is embedding their technology into the platforms that banks already use and every software vendor that integrates over ledger is going to become a distribution channel. And this is essentially like a multiplier effect.

[00:08:36]And it's exactly precisely how serious infrastructure companies grow quietly at a scale. And when we talk about this scale, we should note that the World Economic Forum actually projects up to 10% of global GDP could be tokenized by 2027 and quant hey it's actually positioning itself as the plumbing that makes it all work together. So if they execute properly, I think we are going to see quite a lot of adoption actually which will lead to price appreciation for the token. Now that all being said, let's be honest and talk about I'm not going to say maybe some risk but let's just talk about some challenges. You see banks definitely move very much slowly and pilots unfortunately they don't always become full deployments and of course there are some other competitors but hey I'll be honest with you. I'm just trying to keep you on the ground. In my view, Quant is way way ahead of the game here and what they are offering is very much specifically tailored to what major banks and institutions want. And I guarantee you this, not a lot of other companies are offering the things at the level that Quant is offering. So overall, fundamental wise, I think we are fully 100% on the right direction.

[00:09:58]It's just a matter of time before we see the effects of all this on the price.

[00:10:03]Now, having said all this, let's go on the live chart and see what is happening in the short term and why did I say at the beginning of the video that I do think I have some positive news for you.

[00:10:14]Okay, here we are on the live chart and if you remember the last time that we talked about Guantan specifically, we were around okay this high in here and the idea was okay, this seems to be a correctionist Russia on the upside. This seems to be an impulse. So, let's consider having bare minimum another move down in order to take the loss. But we said hopefully that's just going to be it. Another small move down and then we can have yet another good good move on the upside. And if we get it, it will be a very very positive sign. And guess what? We did that to the tea. Now, why is having another move up in here a very positive development for quant? Well, that comes down to faves. And in case you are a new viewer to the channel, you should note that Elliot suggests if you want to be bullish on any chart and you want to say for example in here maybe this is like a decent support area, we're going to have our final low. Let's just even say some sort of a low then okay the minimum requirement for you to be able to say that is having off of the lows a 1 2 3 4 5. Now this specific scenario that we want to talk about is called an impulse. Rules for it are we should not have overlapping of the waves between our wave two and four. Add in any kind of five wave. This wave three should not be the smallest wave. And for the sub waves, we're going to have five wave up into one three and five.

[00:11:38]And for our corrections for wave two and four, we can consider different possibilities. Let's say in this scenario, ABC for four, wa swipe for wave two. Now based on this, let's go on the live chart and count some waves and see what do we have and why am I a bit optimistic than before in quad. You see this point is the recent major pivot slow in quant. And what do you have in here? A clearcut pitch. Perfect. 1 2 3 4 5 followed by a WXY down most likely in form of a double zigzag. And then yet another five wave up very strong move correction down. And now I can confidently tell you since in this face down in Q& we took this important slope.

[00:12:22]Yep. This is absolutely an ABC zigzag.

[00:12:26]No problem at all. And once again we are having yet another one of those beautiful 1 2 3 4 5 on the upside. So essentially I want to argue in quot on a higher degree you do have the subbase for a perfect impulse like this. Now here's a question for you. What's going to happen after a fivewave? Well, here's the thing. If you are a new viewer, you should know one way or the other, bullish or bearish, after a fivewave, you are going to have a bit of a move on the downside. Okay? So, if you want to justify the current phase down that we are having in Q& based on Elio waves, this is definitely the way to go about it. Also, if you want to justify this from the POV of classic DA meaning supports and resistances also you can do it since I just go on our own chart from Koin. There we go.

[00:13:18]As you can see, we are around a very very important cluster of I'm going to say right now resistance area from weekly and daily time frame at the same time. So this can be definitely another very important reason for why in quant we are getting this specific face on the downside. However, in my view at one point I'm actually going to argue hopefully soon we are going to get a break of this region. Why? Well for those of you who are new viewers I should explain it. For those of you who are regular viewers you are probably bored of hearing this by now. You see, in my opinion, the more times that you are touching a resistance area, chances of getting a break of it going to increase by the minute. And this setup is very similar to what we are having at the moment in Q& H time frame. Okay, let's do this. How many times are we touching this important resistance in the last couple of months? This can be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 times we touch it. Maybe even 11 times. And every single time, as you can see, we've got some sort of a reaction from this level. And it seems like that we don't really want to get like a massive move on the downside. And we are stubbornly staying under this important level. So I'm going to say in this space we are most likely and hopefully gathering the power for a huge huge breakout for quant in order to finally recollect this level. And by that I mean we go above it do a pullback and then get a continuation of the move up. So overall I'm optimistic but again let's just take everything step by step.

[00:14:59]Now let's go on the trading view chart because I want to talk about some things. Okay.

[00:15:06]Do we have some more optimistic signs in the short term? In my view most likely yes and it comes down to the shape of this moved down that we are having in terms of IOT because I'm thinking there's a very high chance in quant we are having an A B C flat which looks like this. This is our initial move down into a correction for B which we are going to get extremely close to this initial high maybe even in sometimes we are going to take it no problem at all and then we are going to have another move down into wave C and in most cases again we are going to take the low of our A leg however we're not really going to go like much more down than that now in terms of the sub waves this is really key we're going to have ABC into a ABC into B followed by a 1 2 3 4 five wave down 8 to so if we can find something like this from this side too about the current price action I think we can be a bit bullish and call for hopefully soon some good moves on the upside do we have the proper setups or not I think so yes let's go actually on 15inut chart so we can see the candles a bit better in my view we are having from here to about this point five down into a correction for B and then one two three four five down into wave C followed by I think this is absolutely clear. We are having ABC on the upside and pay attention in this phase up we got quite close to this important high around $765 and I believe this is an impulse down. Here is how I can argue that I can tell you this is a wave one followed by a correction for wave two at 1 2 3 4 5 down to about here into wave three correction for four.

[00:16:52]There we say maybe this is a triangular structure to about here maybe like an A B CDE E I think so it can actually be a triangle and then we are having yet another move down into wave five which for the sub waves of it maybe this is one two three and where is your wave four and five answer right now you don't really have it yet so I'm going to say maybe in the next couple of hours may basically in the next 12 to 24 hours we're going to have corrective movement or then yet another moved down into wave five in the short term and then let's hope that we are right and these are indeed the sub waves for an A B C flat structure meaning what's going to happen after it you know it we are going to have bare minimum in quantity yet another move on the upside now the reason I'm telling you bare minimum another move up is because I'm not really sure what is going to happen after we get this move on the upside are we going to for example get a rather strong move down in form of an impulse without a result of overlapping of the waves. Well, in that case, it's not necessarily going to be an optimistic sign. Or on the other hand, preferably, are we going to get a consolidation pattern and get yet another move up? If we get this, it will be an awesome sign indicating, yep, hopefully this is the beginning of a new uptrend in Q&A. But for now, again, let's not really talk about these parts of the price action.

[00:18:14]Let's just talk about what we are having right now. And based on what I'm seeing here, I'm expecting maybe one more teeny tiny move on the downside followed by hopefully, please God, make this happen.

[00:18:28]Yet another good move up in order to take minimum this important high. And I'm really hoping that at that point we're going to reclaim that important level, which the higher band of it is around well, let's just go on this chart. The higher band, as you can see, is around 8080 and a half dollars. If we manage to successfully recap this level, that is going to be like a really solid bullish confirmation. And I hope I explained everything well and you understood what is going on in Q& chart.
