S2 - Product Ideation: How to find real ideasAdded:
Jim Jim.
Uh, hope you are well. So, we're going to wait a bit that everyone's coming as usual. Um, and so yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Um I know no I tried to wake up this morning. It was complicated because I had to do the the presentation for today. Like hopefully I had a couple of things before too. So yeah.
All right. So let's wait like two two three minutes on some or something like this. Feel free to put the camera as well if you want. Uh always great to see face to be honest.
I don't like talking alone.
Buenos I can speak Spanish. I mean a little bit.
I will see you. Nice.
Tada.
Yes, it was a gift from Rosio I got in in Argentina. That's why um okay remove.
So no drawing today and I can see it. So if someone draw like someone has to say stop stop um because we don't want to have that.
Yeah.
Uh okay. So let's wait a bit again. I will just put a message. Yes. I forgot I'm stupid. Um Oh.
Oh jeez.
So in in uh in the session I think there is like different kind of profile like the profile with more learner and the profile with more advanced like who already kind of have an idea. Um so just let me send a message into Luma briefly.
Okay.
Okay.
So, send send text.
Finally.
Okay. Okay. Um, so I will wait like 100 people and then I can I can start itself. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. How are you feeling for the did you watch rewatch the session of yesterday?
Um maybe before starting I can um go through here. Um so the official start will be in yes less than 4 days.
Yes less than 4 days. Uh and you can see here the session of yesterday. So you just have to click and see uh same thing for uh today's session it will appear there etc etc. Okay. And then the acatan um do that of shell dots are there and um prices are here. So the is focused on Solana. So basically uh you will have to build something on Solana.
I mean if you want uh to win prices you can build whatever to be honest but um like depending on if you want prices or not resources are there etc etc. Anyway, uh you can still register for so feel free to select one.
For example, Kyu, uh it's almost gone. Um so yeah. All right. Um do you have any question before starting?
Your French accent is Yeah, I'm sorry for my French accent. Like I know I know every time it's funny to to hear someone French. Um maybe because I I don't know. Yes, it's an accent specific one.
Um but usually people say, "Hey, it's cute. It's cute." It's not cute at all to be honest. It's horrible. Um anyway, so uh today it's about project ideation. So yesterday we went through the workflow how to set up your environment and build like a project by coding this one. And so today is more like okay so right now how can I can I apply what I learned yesterday uh with my own project like um with my own idea um and it's always complicated to find the real one uh like something that can drive you um or something that you just want to build for fun. So today I will uh it's kind of like a tech TED talks let's say I don't know if you are familiar with TED talks um anyway okay so the role of Kinder the Aadon will be there's four four things for you like four goals itself goals I can hear myself don't don't do that anymore Um so the first thing is about learning new things like you want to just deep dive into a specific tech um and just yes being more familiar with it uh itself. The second one is like you have an idea um and you want to to build kind yes MVP to see if it's working having feedback around it etc etc and potentially um push it further and then um I would say the most well like not the most but uh what matters is also for networking because you can um network with mentor you can network with a eta And so believe me that it's the it can be the most important thing. You never know uh what can happen. Um it's what happened from my side. So be to be honest uh don't don't build alone like make sure to to be collaborative and talk with others um to get feedback etc etc too. All right. So that that is just like the main set the main set of the academ itself. So um it's a slide that sometimes I'm showing to to newcomers from from my community. So the back because people don't understand the flow like they think every time that just being at this stage you can get a job or whatever and some people are participating into a to get experience not only to build startup but like to also get in a job basically. Um so you have to keep in mind that there is a real process. It can it it can take time and so most of the people um are founder like builder founder first before landing into a real things um like a real things with a real startup or like a job a real job. So I just wanted to for you to have this in mind um because I always receive a lot of messages kind of day to be honest saying uh please uh if you have any recommendation if you find something um for me um like a job please tell me it's complicated like um you have to to gain some experience before so just wanted to I like that before starting.
Uh any question?
H you can start coding if you want.
That's fine. No reason.
Okay. So I will start with the the case of building for fun. Um because some of you are just here because they want uh to learn new things to to learn from each other to network with people uh and just like build for fun the vibe uh because we always like academ vibes. So I will start with this case um so actually um it's like Solana provides a couple of um resources where you can find the ID. So I will go through it.
So for example, Norrisa will send um the presentation at the end. Don't ask me.
Um okay. So here for example, it's the community, the Solana community who puts some ideas that you can build that can be intermediate, advanced, easy. So I would say on your case if it's your first just go for easy thing. Um and then later you can uh you can of course um upgrade I mean uh but just start without specific pressure um and go through um the different category. If for example you like games just go to games and and take a look at what you can build suggestion that I um are paniz like yes I don't know the time in English u suggested sorry consumer app uh usually consumer app is the most easy thing let's say um because you can uh visualize pretty well what to build itself um mobile it's something I would say if right now your application is not mobile it's uh it can be complicated to really on board people so uh think about that that um building something u mobile oriented uh is can be game changer for UX experience uh blinks is more about mini apps um so I know couple of people especially from de pack are already familiar with mini apps on forecaster basic stuff. So, uh I mean you can take a look at blinks. It can the same thing.
Um and normally it's available on Twitter too if I'm not wrong. So, uh here I will let you uh just uh going through uh all the scan of ids that you can you can find. Yes, it was sure that someone asked for a link um AI or this thing etc etc. I mean you can just go through it um easily.
Then I want to present one that is more related to AI agent itself because today um the thing is you can build for human or you can build for agent and maybe agent will be more using crypto than human uh later in the future. So um it's really it's really different in kind of main sets because usually people are building agents just for infrastructure side like doing stuff in infrastructure or really for building an agent that will generate revenue very very fast um etc. So you don't have specific attach to to that. It's just an agent that making profit etc. Um so I that's why I put the the two the two things. Um so you can take a look at this website um and find some ideas that are really popular to Solana ecosystem itself. Um so there's different kind of one. I mean that depend also of your which kind of things you you want to do. For example, ZK ZKL it will be more related to u privacy stuff etc. Uh social trading so you you know social blah blah blah. So just take a look at it. Uh LinkedIn for AI agents something that can be fun and maybe um well um understandable by you.
So yeah um this couple of ID um here as well.
It's um so it just find ID and something cool is that this colossum copilot so it's where you can find all the past submission and ask to an agent for example um like I think they put example here uh it's wait I'm a mobile mobile developer Sorry.
Um, what can I build etc. Okay, this one is a bit advanced because it's someone who already have traction. But basically, you can just say, "Hi, mobile developer. I like doing that. Uh, which kind of um projects have been built before around that and how can I get started?" Basically you you can just say that um and then uh you will have more idea on how to sculpt your ID uh and also how to build it itself. So very useful one very useful um tool that you can use and actually um I think all Solana builders are using it to be honest because it's about all the previous academ projects around uh four years maybe three four years um and some of this project are no startup.
So you can have a real um overview. You can also yes ask for example um if if someone is building uh like yeah imagine you want to build something like a prediction markets you can ask for a benchmarks that mean like competitive analysis um to them like to the to the tool itself to to the agents and it will give you an overview an overview of what is existing um and how you can probably improve things on your own. Uh so yeah just wanted to share a bit of uh tool that you can use to find ideas uh into the ecosystem.
Um another thing to do um is to study past winners. So even if it's like here you can also maybe take a look quickly um of on them especially uh it can be around the ID which kind of ID they they finally got um you know that's the the acon that we are doing is really like there is no specific um real track uh for Solana I mean you can build all these things uh it's it's very up to you uh up to your um to your vibe. Um so yeah, just just take a look at it. Uh mobile like what's win before basically you know mobile there is some every time. Yes, I'm not surprised and testing to see a bit the user flow can be useful.
So yeah, let me just send you D Um I will go through the framework after no just I want to present resources first.
Um agent acadon same. So here you can see it's more agentic related. So you can see the past project that have been built and this one are also including into the coliseum coilot. So you can fetch this one. no risk. Um but yeah, I I feel that try to check yes how many people uh really like it the project um etc will be will be useful for for you I guess.
So just sending sending you that too.
Yeah, I I always say that um you you should know how to navigate into the ecosystem to really make it.
Basically, uh on my side, I'm more into the ecosystem first, but um I mean, I've been really involved since six years into the ecosystem. Um and so I know perfectly of the stack like like where where I should find a specific resources. I know where is it.
Um so it's very useful to to build fast and so actually having the right resources um will give you like save you a lot of time. Um Solana mobile winner so you can also go through that. So this one this link is not related to Solana itself. However, as I mentioned there's interesting crypto things uh crypto usage. Um, so I don't know, let's say you want to build something around D5, uh, you can probably check, um, let's say yes, no chain link.
So maybe yes, um, chain link can be something useful to use for the 2, for example, as a rale. So you can you can take a look at the past winners of this kind of projects and most important thing uh it's about checking the GitHub.
So what's mater is that you can um take a look at how the implementation has been done take inspiration or even one of the best things sometimes people do is just picking like taking a project and um understanding oh how they build that from A to Zed. Um so can be useful for you to build another uh project kinder similar but not the same one of course. Um and also all these projects most of them never been continuated. So that's mean you can um get a real inspiration. Uh [ __ ] I will just up this. You can take a real inspiration and see which one has attraction. Kinder does this.
No, I never said I never say that. Uh of course like it's it's about um different kind of um application like it can be in defi it can be in social it can be related to infrastructure it can be related to gaming uh mobile all the things uh consumer of course um no like you are free you are free you are free okay so um just Yes. Uh I I'm still I'm still here like bit for fun.
So just pick up an idea that you can be interesting to to build um in and um and go ahead uh and just like do a simple things uh to start like something that will be not broken like don't be super ambitious uh if it's your first academ just do things that can um that can work and you will be super satisfied around it. Um so yeah um think about your favorite app. Uh I often see things like uh Airbnb uh like split bills all this kind of things like tree count um like basic app that you you can use daily on your side and then you can replicate it on chain um but yeah um make sure the onchain future is making sense that's all web two and web three notifications. So what does it mean is that um you have um uh you have like social login for example I I creating a wallet and so this one um is just because I put my email address like I log in with Google for example and then web authentification is about connecting directly uh with a real wallet. So um this um like project like privy who is providing both at the same time. So when you are um creating like just uh for the first time you are interacting with the app and then you want to login. So directly they will ask if you want to login with your uh email or if you want to login uh with your wallet or your yes your your wallet if you have one already. So um just to let you know private is a good tool for for on boarding people. So having one smart contract um so which is more related to uh Solana itself. Um we we not called that smart contract but programs um in on Solana. So there is different kind of framework that you can use. It's everything.
Well, let me just share with you um everything you can you can see that here. Like for example, to be qualified, you should create a Solana program writing in Rust in any framework that you want this one. Um and to be to be honest, if you don't have a smart contract, that's that's fine. Just you will not have you will not be eligible for for for this. But I mean up to you.
Um just just wanted to highlight that.
And tomorrow we have a session where you will be able to v code your first smart contract programs. Salana programs.
Sorry, I'm used with smart contract.
All right. Uh just let me check one thing.
What a huge criteria. So I just showcase you the judge criteria itself. Um I mean that depends on on the track. Um wait t but I will talk about all this thing on Friday. So I don't want to bother you right now with all the things. So you can see for example for this track qualification requirement are there simply same thing uh qualification here.
You also have ID that you you can use to get started. uh this ID are directly provided by the core team. So more you have that better is it I guess um and you can see eligible pass integration all these things. So just navigate to token prices there there.
Okay. So, so, so um yes. So, yes, I just showcase the track.
Um maybe the D5 one and robotics one are more advanced. Uh to be honest, robotics um has nothing specific related to Solana, but uh it's more like if someone to to raise their awareness.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
Oh, no. No drawing, please.
So, if if um if someone uh wants just to build a robot on their side, uh they can. It's more like a frontier track external one that people can can build on like can build on it, I mean. Okay.
Uh so I just showcase that.
Um and so to go deeper into the academ side um I will provide a session on Thursday um for providing all the best tips like all the tips you need to know to make uh this uh smooth smooth like for you. um like going through judging criteria all the things um how to pitch blah blah blah uh review submission process all these kind of things. So let me just share with you this link uh if you want to attend the session of course.
Yes I will I will give the slide.
Yes. No he was not using real um soul.
he was re using the faucet. So during the process he found uh his wallet through the faucet.
All right. So okay. So right now we are going through those who want to build for real like those I mean I I really think my Okay. I really think my um my session started right now. Um so build for real uh it's when you want to experiment something having feedback um but also like thinking long term like you want to push this idea this products uh on the long-term perspective on your side. So well uh I will take question first.
Um okay no question. So I can start.
Wait.
Hello. So in term of context um this is something you have to keep in mind is that whatever the project you will build it can be disrupt at any moment just because uh innovation cycle are moving fast um like since like especially since since this year um everything can be disrupt with AI um so I will I will show you what's meter a lot um to make sure if you are building something you can make it strong or like just having experience around about it. So um you have to understand that having an idea is just a thing. Um but the most important thing is who is building that finally like are you the right people building the right thing? Um it's a question that you have to to ask you in fact um because today like I always say to everyone we bet on people first and not on product um because experience values um like you you um as a human will I mean your your experience etc will follow you all all your life while a product can be disrupt uh can this can disappear or whatever. So actually I mean investors uh even partners or the things even myself I will bet on you first and not on your products. Um so it's something that you have to keep in mind um that you as a human um you have to do like to to create your own things, your own experience um to make sure your your profile will be never um will be never disrupt itself. Um your experience you have your past experience and then this one will follow you all your life. It's what I want to say. So actually for the aaton uh if you want to build something um like um meaningful there is four strategies um uh I mean four strategies more like four four advice of which angle to take um and then after I will scope um scope things but just just I want to showcase that first. So um actually there is uh a lot of um use cases. I think that you can um like you can create markets especially around AI but because as I mentioned I really think that AI agents will be um more use like than like AI will will use more crypto than human um depending on where you you are living of course but just um it's an angle that you can take is like oh you can create a market um thanks to crypto The other one is about more okay um there's a specific application so let's take a again and how we can make sure um that like to bring this one on chain like um on the blockchain like using crypto itself um so it's the second strategy the third strategy is about um let's say uh you have experience into I don't know real estates uh finance um all these things. So you can probably use that um to create a product that's um you you know you will have enough influence to make it successful. Um so having prayer experience is very important um for credibility itself and the uh four things is about yes like um how to like solve pro like yeah just building something that will solve uh your own problem itself because uh you will be the only one that um how to say that um like if you are believing of what you are building, you will push it very fast and very far too. Um, and if you are not believing into what you are building, you will be nowhere like you will go nowhere. So I want to um to today do a specific session around that like how to scope and be got finally the right idea when you want to build something longterm. So I just checking uh okay so I will go through the details after um actually Mariana it's not it's I mean it's it's it's not complicated at all nor is um uh I will showcase it after but I will also showcase it during the on Friday during the koff Okay. So, auto scope and pick up the right ids. So, as I mentioned at the beginning, having a project ID is just a thing. But what will matter a lot will be the three things. Um so values and experience at which point you can um you have experiences around something and also you are believing to this thing. I agency is more about execution itself of an idea and network it's what will save you of your life. So um I will deep dive into this three things uh just to um provide an overview of okay building something is cool uh having an idea is cool but your idea should come from that because otherwise uh it's going to be complicated to push it forward. Um so that's I mean for the sation I I started with um those who just want to build for fun and right now I I'm I'm doing that for those who really want to build something um meaningful. Um so okay let's say if if like two teams are building the same projects so what make them different? Um it's the question you have to to ask to yourself like what's finally um your infer advantage. So um that come from values and experience uh and your infer can come to like oh wait I can can come to different things. So I would suggest you to create a board uh about two things. So the first thing is about uh what you have but people don't have and the other things about what people have but you don't have. Um because like this you can you can maybe got better your idea. It can be for example you are better like you have an expertise into um AI into machine learning or these things. So you know how to design that but maybe uh someone else doesn't have this experience um so you have an advantage of this. It can be as well uh you are coming from I don't know I would say uh Brazil let's say Brazil so you are coming from Brazil you have all the ecosystem local ecosystem insights uh you also know how people acting like um you also know the language all the things um can be very useful for designing something that can impact directly the right people including you, not only um people on the large perspective. We always say that if if your pe you know if your if your project is for everyone it's for no one like no one will use it because it's not proper proper properly targets. So on your side as you are coming from everywhere you all have a specific I don't know expertise local one like it's one of the thing of course but you also have other thing that can complain that can be your personal experience let's say maybe um on my side I have a lot of experience um into managing communities especially for women so Um like if if someone else want to do that of course um but like has I will I I've been traveling a lot uh everywhere around the world is like I'm connecting to a lot of local communities so it's game changer um so you have to think about what's your inf advantage um so in which area finally you can have a real influence on Um so yes just I I will really suggest you to do this board. It can be I don't know you have some experience into hospitality uh all these things I don't know like it's it's really depending on you um but just try to do that um because I really think today everyone like especially in tech um every every profile um has to create their own experience uh outside of software engineering etc and the probably a startup um because it's it's very instable uh as um like to depend on on the current on on companies or this things. So I really think uh our generation will create a lot of startup.
So try to really scope on your side like what's what you want to do in your life.
Um like what's your infantage really? Uh any question around that? Um okay so um indeed some builder has talent um but not building the right thing. When I say they are talent is that I know some builders are very good at execution. Um but they just don't have idea but they are really good um at being uh I agency I building in public or these things but they just need to know um what they have to build to make it you know. So um nor is like everyone has a talent but just it's about how to discover it and I really think that I will provide a few tips after uh on how you can unlock that.
So um yeah if you are not your first users your your project will just fail. uh you have to be your first user be obsessed about it um about your project. It's what happened um for the most successful um startup for example comb uh Brian Armstrong is still very very um um active on the products p perspective and just because he's obsessed about that.
So um I I want to to tell you for example it's this thing can be uh infer advantage like this two application are using a matching system so it's like the same the same take itself but each founders don't have the same um experience don't have the same not address the same market. So just who what I want to say to you is that actually when you will go through all projects um that are existing like ideas etc that you can find um according to the what I sent to you uh at the beginning um you can say okay um maybe it's like technically it's very really good but it's will it will probably not inspire you in term of market in term of ID but there is something to maybe do uh because uh you have experience into a specific area that can be uh especially using to like using the same tech itself um and so some business has been creating thanks to this kind of um reflection so just wanted to to highlight that that is not because um there's a big player uh that is taking um as the market um um like uh with the tech that you can cannot use this tech to uh like to fix another problem. All right.
Um okay.
Okay. No question for now. Um I told you it's a tech talk.
Um so right now I just want to to give you an anecdote about why combinator. So if you don't know what is that is literally the the best um incubator um especially for young people I would say um that want to create startup they they they come like I mean they apply it's very very very very selective they apply with their ID but what's matter a lot is like a 80% they will just do a background check they don't care about the ID on the application process I mean not not really. Um and so uh actually at the beginning of the court when everyone is there there's a specification about ideation and so what happened is that almost like 40 no no no no no this um okay uh what happened is that um almost like 40% um give up their ID because um the speaker said okay so right now you have to be obsessed by your uh ID um and finally there is some who are not obsessed by that they just want money but you can scale anything uh without um without believing into what you are building so 40% of them just like start from scratch like with a white page to build something else, but they have um something called agency that hollows them uh to take advantage of that um execute fast uh find um ideas that m for them etc etc. So agency is more about um people who are proactive uh constant and execute fast. So what is proactivity is just that you are not waiting that someone saying okay you have to go there to do that uh etc etc. It's someone that's really um that is really great uh seeing opportunities. Um no no no no no no.
Um at seeing opportunities um and I don't wait for instruction.
Another thing is about constancy.
Consistency. So uh constance is more about showing up like you are showing up um that if you are building something uh you show up um with some feedback uh with some just um future updates or these things uh and also show up as you as a human um because as I mentioned at the beginning your project is something and you it's something else like you um don't just show up your product like show up you as as a person because it's like this that you can build your own network and fast execution is about fast execution. I will not say something else. So um like think about at which point uh you can be great achieving projects um on on a specific area. So actually the role of the algorithm um like for beginners like for people who are starting of course is to um start making um like learning learning itself and so with time you will be able to be at this stage um and people will trust you when you will um create a project or the things because maybe you you won uh something um in the past or the things.
So yeah, just be be conscientious on that about that and um also you will you will really rarely do the same thing all your life especially us uh as young people like uh it's complicated to see uh ourself um like in two three years basically. Um so it's you if you are building something maybe you will shut down that you will u just pivot um and it's all about becoming resilient. So when you are resilient when you are someone resilient who who is thinking on the long-term perspective you can do really good thing uh into your life. Um actually for example Instagram um it was not Instagram first it was just like you you were taking um no just uh I think it's like notifying people where uh where where is located a specific restaurant or all the things it was that the app but in reality the only um real future people were using was to take photo so basically they just u shut down their first project and created Instagram um by just using this future as the main main things. Um, Slack too. Slack it was just a collaborate collaborative game.
And so finally uh they found an opportunity in just like people were just using um um the game to chat and so they transformed this thing into into um a collaborative messagy just for um for company basically for business. So be behind all um all projects there is a failure but this failure um came like it's I mean um this is an opportunity like they learn about their markets etc etc. So um yeah don't don't worry um pivoting is super common even my friend like I have a friend uh three days ago who just announced that uh she raised one million like 1.5 million uh while she was just shifting six months ago like totally pivoting at 100% like by doing she was first of all doing um courses in AI uh for business and right now she's doing something related to compliance and so as she also has a background into compliance at the beginning it's like super useful uh for her to just um leverage all the network she has even her boyfriend um is is working with the best lawyers from um like the gaffa Google Amazon Facebook etc so I mean meta so it's it's all about um uh networking.
So right now the last things I want to talk No it's not the last thing but the last um components um let's check uh touch they check yes uh the last component uh beyond beyond the project like after values and experience I agency uh right now there is network this if you have this three things golden for you really you can do anything in your life. So network um it m a lot to be honest because it's it's where you will go from zero to 100 every time.
Um like instead of staying alone at home um instead of not connecting with people just ask for help. Um just ask for specific contact about something can can be can be about basic things but uh your network is your network um and you this one will follow you all your life. So make sure you are you are using uh this one um and I don't know um building trust because building a network is very very complicated. Um it's all about trust. So if you are doing some [ __ ] with someone one day they will you can never go back to them.
So just make sure um to add the right thing at the right moment. Um and so really uh it's where you will go from zero to 100. Um you can connect with people on LinkedIn. You can um follow each others on on X all the things your network will start uh if you were starting from um like no specific network. um today with the Agaden um it's you you will start your network here you know so yeah um it's it's the best way to to reach distribution so when I we said distribution is like um having users itself it's the painful things are the most painful thing a lot of great projects fail because they don't have distribution but the reality is that these people who have the distribution but not the ID. So they will copy your ID and then will they will just like eliminate you. So um just um take care of your network really. Um yes I put Facebook for example. Facebook just started um at the university. Uh and so to to to start to gig off thing to uh beta test um beta test the application they basically uh just use the uh network of the school and do things and then later they say oh it was working pretty well. So um they they started to extend to others universities and then right now it's like worldwide. So basically having a distribution and network um can be useful to test things um and making sure to ensure that you can validate your ID and this one is good is good enough so you can scale it you know. Um so my last topic uh is how you can like because it's is good what I said but right now it's more like how you can build uh your experience and your and your network uh to make sure uh your product your project can be su successful itself. Um just checking if there's any question.
Okay. All right. Um so uh I would suggest you as I mentioned your network maybe just start right now.
So um if you are into a specific cities um like we have around 50 of worldwide to act together. So don't think about coming uh for the academ just for winning is a very bad idea. Um especially when you are starting like just think about connection first. Uh really um like connection and opportunities that can come after. Um so you have that ask for help on telegram um with the mentors with the actors. Um and um it's today today we we we saw a lot of people building alone. But to be honest, you will rarely go far if you are building um totally alone. I know.
Um so the best teams uh always ask three people like if you can build alone is because you already have the all the experience or the network uh all the things and and then after you can bring people but when you start um from basically uh the start like the nothing you can build alone you will you will you will not go far. Um, so like everyone really care about the team before before the the project itself. So I I know I know it's I know some people really want to build alone because they prefer that etc. But uh collaboration is what will save you in your life. So just it's an advice let's say. Okay. And so during the I will I will talk about it uh on Thursday too but building in public. Wait okay. Um no it's okay. Um built in public that mean for example um on X say that you are participating to theaton. uh just showcase a bit your project like under construction and then after um after the acon publish something like we will we will really care about that. Um so it's also a way for you to to showcase that um you are learning things uh people will follow you by the way like you you will not know this people but uh they will be participants mainly so they will follow you basically it's hosting starting like creating network effects um integrate the community uh it's also a critical point to create your first network. So basically today we are you are part of a community just by participating into the academy I mean there is a community behind that. So um just um try to check if you are interested into a specific topic um like there is a lot of community that you can join um and it's free usually to to join a community uh and find people where um they have the same interest you will be never judge all the things that matter a lot. So after the academy event right now um what I can suggest you is also if you are part of one of this country there's also Sana Venezuela Sana Costa Rica um all the things but you can basically um connect uh with super team like the super team of your country um so yes I mean that depends where you are um but otherwise I'm really happy like to to help anyway So just uh at the end of the um on our side for theaton we are working with around 10 10 of them. So uh it's also a way for them to see to track local talent on their side and then push them further. So um it's not just only about winning prizes, it's also about winning connection uh winning credibility um and probably something else after. So yeah um it's it's about the Solana network.
It's called Super.
So actually some of you are there.
There's also a couple of you are there.
Um but contributor not too much. So how you can uh become contributor? So no no no no no no no no no no no no.
Uh um okay. So or you can become contributor. You can after the contribute to open source and there is even a fellowship program related to Solana and opensource um for best contributor. So it's basically where you can find all the um I mean all the repo that you can contribute to and to be honest uh Solana is one of the best opensource community.
So you can basically contribute into that. Um it can also help you in your career because GitHub if you are not active on GitHub um is going to be complicated to make it into into the space. So um just make sure to yes participate into aon uh and also um go through this kind of season and contribute.
So I will put the link there there. Um okay okay okay okay I almost finished the session no worries.
Uh contribute to open source uh contribute to the ecosystem and earn rewards. So sometimes they are putting bunties uh and so yeah it's like context contest challenge so you can participate into it and to be honest I saw u uh some um woman uh like we were taking part of the challenge uh recently and and then won.
So it's very very cool uh really open to everyone. So just please uh go go through it. Um there's like often they they put often bunties like depending also of where where is located but sometimes it's open to everyone. So yeah um basically if you are also into design there's a lot of things related to design development etc. So yes, just super team up. I will just send that.
Um okay and and and and join local global events. There is plenty of events every time. Um like locally with super team but also globally. For example, there is one in Miami actually. Um and they are even bringing uh Louis uh so which is super fun. Um so actually there is really flagship events um hosted by Solana that you can you can go locally or globally join residency. So Solana is hosting something as well like in Thailand in Brazil this year. It's where like in fact I really like popup city because it's during a month you are locked with a lot of people not a lot but um people who are who sharing the same interest and it's where you can create also friendships to be honest. So um when it's come to friendship sometimes it's come to collaborate together on project or the things. So really a good opportunity whenever you you see a popup city not just about Salona but um uh in general uh please um try to take advantage of that it's very good very very good and you will you will like some some life can change through this way so right now the last thing I want to show you Sorry.
Okay. Um All right. So, let me just uh continue. Um so, it's my last slide or my two two last slide I guess. Um it's about the pack opportunity. So, what happened after the we have couple of program every time. Um but basically we are still uh an accelerator so especially for uh supporting underrepresented talents. Um so which is very good like if you want to you you are you are someone uh new into the space but uh if you are someone that I found um I agency like you know how to execute it. I know you have talent, you know, but sometimes you just um don't know how to push things further, etc. Um this accelerator is very beg beginner friendly and designed for that. Um so actually the best three teams per country we enter will be fasttrack into into this one and then um and then after otherwise people can apply but we have a a selection process. So it will happen um in June. So I I still have to define the specific that um but it's where you can unlock um a lot of benefits but uh we'll talk about that at the closing ceremony like on Sunday.
So here's me. I didn't present myself at first. Um so as I mentioned I've been into the space since six years right now. Um so I have some experience with the ecos or it's working um um yes everything in um like I know people etc. I started with a student blockchain club on my side so I really care about students um like joining German community uh clearly changed my life to be honest. So I really want to offer this opportunity to others too. Um I'm also yes base camp based ambassador in the same way. Uh I'm doing a lot of things like education as devil and yes my my experiences have been is I I've been doing a lot of not not like a lot but um uh I started doing an academy in France and then after uh I got the opportunity to go abroad for the first time thanks to um my experience uh with Agatan in France. So yes um at the moment I decided to to create to co-und yes to uh co yes like to create a startup with uh four other co-ounders um and so we raised 1 million for that um to make happen. I've done my internship at leger. Um so when when I when in fact I was at the student blockchain club um my like I how to say that um someone from major reach out to me uh to say I want you in my team um and so uh he got the opportunity between uh taking some someone full-time or taking me as an intern. um he finally like wanted to take me and it's all because I was part of a a blockchain club like a networks that um have like reputation but but also because I was very very active. Um maybe I was one of the most active in France at the beginning. So yeah, I mean it's all about creating your experience. Um my my real experience started um after doing my first. So, I hope it's going to be the same for you. Yeah. So, voila. It's all about me.
Um, any question from now?
Uh, to to my Twitter. Wait, my Twitter. Um so actually I will do something more beginner friendly on um on Thursday uh for those who are doing their first aaton itself. So no worries about that like um all good all good all good. Um and like this you will have all the tips you need.
So yeah Dennis >> hi salon GM GM how you doing?
Could you please send like um I don't know like a guidance or something for the judges or I don't know maybe any ducks or something if it's possible.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Sure. For you. Yes. Because you will be judging Costa Rica. Yes, of course. I will send you something. Um actually we are finalizing the um judge dashboard. Um so I think like in two days I will um I will give you I will give you access to the platform so you will have all the all the >> Okay. Nice.
>> Yep.
>> Amazing. Thank you. Byebye. And also for um just to let you know. So actually we will have a lot of projects and so first of all the AI will filter and make recommendation like rank projects and then after um like we will have local judge like you that will review um make an additional review um comments maybe um for more providing local context.
>> Okay. Nice. Amazing. Thank you.
>> All right. some um up you learn things um and um let's say tomorrow um yes I have to um to accept people uh yes it's on my end uh so tomorrow we have a session about voding your first app on Solana so we will use we will use uh wait let me just share my Okay. Uh no.
Um Okay. So tomorrow we will have um a session um to launch like adopting minutes. Yeah. um like vip code your your your app on Solana um faster and also we will provide you um credits 5 million credits um for uh making sure you can you can build using that. So basically uh wait I think it's here. So basically everyone will got uh t tax.
Uh no uh you will have the startup plan but wait oh so it didn't showcase it but uh you will have the start plans which is like $10 normally. So everyone will get will get it for free to be able to build an app using that. All right.
Okay. Okay. Okay.
Uh so send my LinkedIn profile. Ah yes I can send you. Wait wait wait wait.
Uh I will put the slides somewhere too.
Uh so that's me on LinkedIn. Um and um and yeah all good for today.
Um so see you see you tomorrow same hour to Bye.
