My JJK GorillaTag Fangame Is Wishlistable Now?!

[00:00:10]For the past month, me and my dev team have worked on a JJK VR game using Gorilla Tag's locomotion, and I'm proud to announce that we are opening wish list.

[00:00:22]Honestly, when I started setting up the wish list page, it kind of hit me how real this project was becoming. This game started as just some random ideas and small tests, and now it's slowly turning into something that I've genuinely wanted to do for a long time. And seeing everything finally come together on an actual store page feels kind of crazy.

[00:00:49]Now I just got to make sure the game itself lives up to it.

[00:00:52]Right now, the game is still pretty early in development. The main focus has been making everything feel smooth before trying to overload the game of content. A lot of games rush straight into adding flashy abilities and huge updates, but I've been trying to focus more on the actual gameplay. Things like movement, combat, effects, optimization, all of that matters way more than people think. Because honestly, even the coolest abilities stop being fun if the game feels laggy or clunky to play.

[00:01:20]We've been testing different combat systems, reworking animations, improving effects, and trying to make everything feel more active overall. And trust me, some of this stuff takes way longer than it probably should. Uh whatever this is.

[00:01:33]But seeing the game slowly improve over time honestly makes it all worth it. I'm also trying really hard to make this feel like an actual polished experience instead of just another copy and paste fan game. There's still a ton I want to add later on. Stuff like better progression, more techniques, bosses, rank systems, events, and way more detailed effects. But right now, I'm mainly focused on building a strong foundation first. I've started projects before that never really went anywhere.

[00:02:04]Genuinely seeing all the support the game has this early into development, it helps me more than you guys probably think it does. Even something small like wish-listing the game genuinely helps push the game forward. This project has honestly been a blast so far, and I just want to say I genuinely appreciate everyone who's been here. Supporting everything early on. It's still got a long way to go, but seeing people excited for the game makes me want to keep improving it.
