This analysis provides a necessary, data-driven deconstruction of judicial inequality that refuses to prioritize the feelings of the biased over the harm they cause. It effectively highlights how systemic racism remains a structural reality regardless of individual behavior or justification.

Myron Gaines Exposed For Being Racist & Supporting Chud The BuilderAdded:
Myin is Myin said a lot backlash right now for seemingly defending and sticking up for Chud. Myron said a lot that pissed off a lot of people. Now, one of the things that Myron said that really had people upset and pissed was that Myron centered the feelings of white racist in a conversation about black people being victimized.
>> I ain't going to lie though, Myin has been uh antilack self-hate person for a long time. You know what I'm saying? So, I'm not really surprised at whatever he's about to say. I don't know, but I'm not really surprised.
>> Builder is saying and doing what a lot of people in America wish they can.
THAT'S TOUGH. I GET IT. SOME OF YOU like to hear that. Some of you guys are mad about that. But there's a reason why he's had a meteor over the past year.
People are tired of >> Do I got to be THE ONE? WE'RE TIRED OF you orangutang.
We're tired of y'all, man. No one wants to live around y'all. No one wants to go to Atlanta. No one wants to get on Spirit Airlines. No one wants to get on any budget airline and deal with. NOBODY WANTS TO GO into a station where they say we accept EBTS Snap. Nobody wants to date black women cuz they're fat and loud. The average black woman's 187 like do I GOT ABOUT YOU DUMB ASS? You kid ABC 123? Nobody wants to be around you monkeys. Sorry. And honestly, if you GOT OFFENDED TOO BAD, YOU'RE PROBABLY the >> This is a Why you don't talk about how average white women are 171 pounds? Why you don't talk about how most of the most of the school shooters are white people? Most of the rapists are white people. Most of serial killers are white. So, we not tired of the white people. We just tired of the black people for all the bad that they do. But see, he one of them type of dudes that he he like he like a house slave, folk.
He he like he like he like one of them house slaves. He he he he he pandered to massa. Do I Now don't get me wrong. Are [ __ ] out of control? Yeah. But I don't like how people like him only try to make it seem like black people the only ones out of control. We the only ones in the in the whole United States of America. We the only ones doing something crazy. We the only ones doing something ghetto. Black people are not the only ones ghetto. You don't believe me? Go to a Walmart in the suburbs of any city in the world and just sit there for 3 hours and see what color what race a kid is rolling around in paint is throwing toys playing with toys and leaving toys everywhere. See what race see you think that the black folks or is them the white folks? Like I don't like how [ __ ] be especially bro you black bro at the end of the day. So that's why I lost respect for my a long time ago.
But it's like you know like why why do it have to only be about black people?
why he can't why he can't go around and and and be mad at white people for being school shooters and be mad at white people for being serial killers.
So what he did was cool because some [ __ ] be tripping.
I'm be honest with you, bro. Most black people are real cool people. The people you talking about is the hood. The hood doesn't make up most of the black people in this country, bro.
You talking about people in the hood.
But I guarantee you this, white people got hoods, too. They call them trailer parks.
So if if I if if I if if I look at all white people in the world and I only look at them and describe them by their worst scenarios, then we can do that for we can do that for everybody. Then I know you're enjoying the video. But by the time I was 23, I made a million dollars off of YouTube.

Even a toddler can follow them steps and get get a million dollars off of it. So, what the are you waiting for?
>> Weird. Honestly, if you GOT OFFENDED INTO YOU'RE PROBABLY the >> This is a conversation about a racist white man going up to random black people in public calling them the n-word unprovoked. Unprovoked for no reason whatsoever outside of he wanted to hurt black people.
>> Exactly. in a conversation about somebody looking to hurt black people.
We're not discussing how black people feel about this, how traumatic this could be towards black people, how traumatic the experience was for that woman and her little kids in the grocery store when Ch was calling them chips.
>> We don't discuss the feelings of black people and how we feel. But the conversation quickly pivot to how black people should make cultural concessions and plate to racist white people in hopes to soo out their resentment against us so they don't call us the n-word in public. And I'm saying that's out of line. These people didn't just start hating us and calling us the nword in 2026. They was calling us the n-word in the 40s, homie. When our family structure was intact, when our marriage race was close to 70%. What was the excuse then? When did racist people need a reason to hate black people? They've never had a reason to. They've done it regardless.
>> It's never been a reason.
>> Now, again, I'm disagreeing respectfully and hopefully me and Mari can have this conversation in person or over the internet. But yo, like was black folks too rowdy in the 40s when they told us we couldn't sit >> exactly, >> you know, in the front of the bus? Was our culture too rowdy when they told us we couldn't go to the same schools as them?
>> Exactly.
>> Was our culture just too violent?
>> Was our Was our culture too violent when we was over here? Because we we black people ain't just come from Africa. We black people was here on this earth on on this land on the United States soil.
We was here before. Like all that [ __ ] is cap. If you think they br five 10 million black people from Africa, you a damn fool. We was already here. Okay.
So, how come when y'all came over here [ __ ] with us, was we too rowdy and too ghetto and too gangster and too savage and too crazy then? It ain't never been no reason for no these racist people to be racist, bro. Cuz we ain't never really We ain't never did nothing to them. It ain't like we made them slaves first and then they made us. That ain't the history. It ain't like we killed all they babies, so they came and killed that. That's not what happened, bro. Y'all came over here [ __ ] with us from the very from the very beginning. And and and that's just what it is, bro. Because we couldn't drink at the same water fountain as them. When did they ever need a reason to dislike us and hate us? As far as I know, bro.
like Chud, Nick Fuentes, and and the other racist using the actions of very few black people, the overwhelming minority of black people to discriminate against the entire group, >> right? That's not a good reason.
>> Overwhelming minority. So, let's talk about the few pe the few black people that kill people, rob people, and are ghetto and this that the third. Let's talk about those few people and let those few people represent a whole race of people worldwide, right?
[ __ ] are we talking about?
>> Can understand if Myron was covering a story where black people were the antagonist and he was telling black people, "Hey, stop picking up." But he's covering a story where a guy walked up to random black people minding their business.
>> But but but for remember, but he's white though. So this is not ghetto. It's not ghetto for him to do it. He's cuz he's white. So when he does it, it's cool.
When we do it, it's ghetto. So for him it's cool because if if we was outside doing it, y'all would call us monkeys.
And so why he's not a monkey? If I for He's outside antagonizing and being racist on purpose to giving to and making a excuse in his head to give him a reason to shoot somebody just because of the race of their skin. Not because they was acting ghetto. Not because of this that the third. No. Because of the color of their skin. That's the only only reason he had. So why he not a monkey?
Oh, so when we because black I don't know if you ever noticed, bro. Black people don't do that. We don't walk around and antagonize people for no reason.
Black people commit crimes for sure. But usually they crimes got make some type of sense. We ain't serial killers just outside killing girls because our girlfriend left us last week. [ __ ] that usually ain't what that ain't the black code. That ain't the black people memo. Usually is up gangbanger gang banger slide ops driveby.
Y'all the ones who do all that extra [ __ ] but but remember they're not monkeys when they do it. When they do the same thing that we do or usually even worse when they commit crimes is usually way worse than anything a black [ __ ] has ever done. So when they do it, they not monkeys. They just traumatized and mentally unstable and insane and they need to and called them the n work with the hard R. So in this situation, in that scenario, how could have those people behave better, right, for Chud not to call them the n-word?
What? Like like should they have not came outside that day? Should they have I don't know see Ch walking towards them and walked in traffic to avoid like what could those innocent black people have done >> for Ch not to call them the N word with the hard R.
>> Cuz I'll tell you this, the black people that are intelligent aren't going to be offended by what I'm saying. They know what I'm saying is true. There's a reason why dark Dominican sit there and say I'm no black Bobby. There's a reason why dark I know black Bobby. There's a reason why I know black. YOU GUYS HAVE A BAD REPUTATION. You guys have bad >> We have a bad reputation because you too if and maybe you're too stupid to realize we have a bad reputation because we don't own the media outlets. The media outlets are usually owned by racist people like him. So they're only going to show the world what the worst of us. That's why we have a bad reputation. It's not because more than 50% of us are not intelligent, not hardworking, not married with kids and and and stay out of trouble. No, it's because of the media outlets are owned by people that color. So they only they only push out the worst images of us.
That's why you think what you think. if maybe you're not smart enough >> stereotypes that follow you and unfortunately a lot of you adhere to the stereotypes whether it's waka flocka tripping out over um Jake Paul agreeing that there's a problem or he wants to be able to do blackface because drewki can openly do white white face >> the next thing that people were really pissed off admiring for don't have much to do with what he said per se but what he platformed now he brought on this defense attorney to tell us how innocent shut is and how chuck can be which is fine he's an attorney he's a lawyer that's his All right. But he starts off the conversation with black folks name.
Now, he starts off by trying to make this comparison between bonds that black dudes get and Chud's bond as if like black people get some type of preferential treatment from the justice system and Chud got it tough. If you're starting off an argument for Chud by making a premise that black people are treated fairly or even privileged by the justice system, you're out of your mind.
And that's there's nothing but empirical data and evidence to prove that black people are not given privileges by the justice system. That black people are unfairly persecuted disproportionately.
>> So he got a $1.25 million bail. Um I know he has a GoFundMe. I think he has enough to probably post the bail because I think he's got to post 10% or whatever.
>> I doubt >> Well, sorry.
>> No, it's it's going to be it it'll be it'll be more than So a normal bail, you're right, it's 10%. But when when it's when the exposure for the bail bondsman is this high, >> they want 10% as their fee. Yeah.
>> And then they want collateral for the rest.
>> Right.
>> Gotcha. Put up a house.
>> They won't take your house, but they'll right. They'll ask you to put up your house, right?
>> Gotcha. Um, so, okay. So, we want >> I mean, this is not an insane I mean, it's a very high bond. It I've seen it before in murder cases, attempted murder cases. I I I know one of the gripe that's in the community is that they see black suspects commit worse crimes, not attempted murder, but literally murder, literally assassination, and get like a $200,000 bail. That that's one of the legitimate grievances I talked about at the start of our our show today. This is a real concern. This should not be happening.
>> This conversation is rooted in racism.
It just is. is the comfortability of being a part of the oppressor class that when you see somebody who look like yourself being treated fairly or the same as the oppressed, you get uncomfortable cuz no, he's white. What he meant to say is he's white. What business they have treating him like how they treat black people >> because black people bills and bonds on average are $14,000 higher than white defendants for the same charges. Black felons, right, are 25% more likely to be held during pre-trial.
>> Bro, that was just some that was just a bunch of stupid ass [ __ ] he just said.
Come on, bro. So, we going to talk about the few times where black people got arrested for murder and got $300,000 bond.
This is that this is that stupid ass [ __ ] I be talking about. Like, so you going to only talk about the one time, the one thing that proves your point?
This just is straight up racist.
Straight up racist, folks. Just straight up racist. Straight up racist. So we going to sit here and really really pretend like black people get less for they bond >> and white defenders for the same crimes.
So black people under no circumstances are receiving privileges by justice system. That's just a lie.
>> Right. like like the most bold racist don't got the audacity and the courage to say that out loud cuz cuz it's just not true. It's false.
>> But they're presenting this argument to somehow make Chud like the victim. I think I even heard Myra say that Chud being arrested is like a political arrest, right? That Chud being arrested is them trying to send a message. Yo, Chuck got arrested cuz he committed a crime. Simple as that. You got arrested because he shot an innocent black man for absolutely no reason. But because you got to be some type of bootlicking uh Oh yeah, massa. Yeah, massa. Uhhuh.
Yeah, ma. Do you whip them slaves, masa?
Like you the black person. You the black dude that go outside and whip the slaves. That's That's you, folk. That's you. We would have got your ass up out of there already for I ain't gonna lie to you. You That's you.
You know you still a [ __ ] right? You You know that, right, Myra? You know that when the if you do something or whatever happen or you get pulled over or anything like that, you're still a [ __ ] The they're not going to pull up none of these videos. If you ever get arrested for anything, you going to get look you gonna be a [ __ ] You pull your wallet out on the traffic stop, they gonna shoot you like they shoot every You still a [ __ ] bro. All this talking, all this all this white man, racist man defending [ __ ] It's not What's the What you think that's going to get you, gang?
What Jay-Z say?
OJ, I'm not black. I'm OJ. Yeah. Okay.
House [ __ ] field [ __ ] rich [ __ ] broke [ __ ] steal [ __ ] You still a [ __ ] So while you doing all this meat riding, all this meat sucking, I want you to know that when when something bad goes, when something bad happens, if a race war happens, whatever, you're still going to be a [ __ ] in the eyes of a racist [ __ ] like that.
Controversial streamer that's known for calling black people, okay? He just recently got arrested for not paying a tab. He got interviewed by the FBI, right? As you guys know, the FBI had some questions for him about um the Goyam Defense League and asking him questions about handsome truth and whatever. Took his devices, whatever.
But the bottom line is this. The district attorney's office there and the county sheriff's office doesn't want to deal with the backlash if they don't make an arrest based on who this guy is.
So, you guys best believe, I hate to say this, it is a it is a politically charged arrest. There's an enormous amount of pressure on them to arrest him and then push it to a grand jury.
>> This nigga's an idiot >> because everyone wants to be able to say we tried. And you guys also need to understand probable cause is not a high standard. Probable cause when it comes to the state and the county is very low.
Okay? We're not talking about a federal case here. We're talking about a state case. And we're talking about a state case with a individual, right, that's nationally known, is provocative, and he's provocative on one of the most divisive topics in America, which is race race relations. So, I'll be honest with y'all. I kind of knew he was going to get arrested from the RIP. I was like, ain't no way they're not going to arrest him. You're gonna have a hard time convincing anybody that police officers in Montgomery County in Tennessee wanted to do black folks a favor.
>> Exactly like that. Y'all you y'all That's exactly what I was about to say.
Flaco. This is why [ __ ] we like Shaq and Kobe. Do your homework because that's exactly what I was about to say.
So you trying to tell me that some some some oh the the the government of Montgomery County, Tennessee, wanted to do black folks a favor and they care so much about black people's security that they made made sure that they shut the [ __ ] up, bro.
>> That's a that's like a non-starter for most people. Like that's not even a possibility. Now, what did happen is I think the police officers, they watch the footage and they see somebody who essentially premeditated this.
>> Exactly.
>> Somebody who strategically antagonized a conflict, antagonize a situation after saying on social media that the grand finale and his goal was to kill a black person and leave him dead on the pavement and get away with it. Somebody strategically created an environment >> to shoot and kill somebody, right? but his aim was just bad and he hit them but didn't kill him >> right >> so and the video showed that the video showed man Ch was already ready to kill somebody >> right at the very conception of this like disagreement or this argument >> I'm on set initial bond at 1.25 25 million. So, >> we just got a hold of an arrest either that reveals >> I can't believe they're actually holding me accountable. I thought that I could just be racist and because this guy's a white man. I thought he >> details including the name of the man that he got into an altercation with and is alleged to have shot that he's facing this very serious charge of attempted murder. He uh that other man has been identified by by Montgomery County officials as Joshua Fox. We also got a narrative here within the affidavit.
They gave a lot more details into what happened outside of that Montgomery County courthouse on Wednesday. Um, officers noted that they watched surveillance video and in that video they saw that this started out as a verbal fight that Etherly turned toward Fox and then reached for his firearm and then a physical fight ensued. Etherly, according to this affidavit, then shot Fox multiple times. Fox was then airlifted over to Vanderbell Hospital where he underwent emergency surgery.
Now, >> obviously y'all already know this because I told y'all what was on the video, right? Because again, I got eyewitnesses who was there, who watched everything and told me, right? As well as footage, right? So, y'all already know this, but this is new information to people who don't watch this channel.
Chud told the police officers, you know, and in the audio that he was walking away, that he walked up to them, said, "Hey, how's your day going?" They told him off. He was walking away. And then Joshua Fox told him, "Hey, hey, don't be doing all that chimping stuff. I got PTSD." And then he didn't say nothing back. He just kept walking. And Joshua Fox ran over to him and beat him up.
>> Right.
>> That was Ch's statement to the police officers. told you from day one that was a lie because I already seen the footage and I got people who was there who witnessed everything from their window.
>> Right.
>> What took place as you guys just heard in more context. Ch seen two black guys minding their business.
He walked up to the black guys minding their business.
Start hurling slurs at them. They told Chud, "Hey man, I got PTSD. Don't be doing that.
Ch turn turned and then turn said or what?
Or what? Pulled out his gun, pointed his gun at Joshua Fox.
>> That's a crime in the >> That's where self-defense goes out the window.
You pull out your gun. Well, now you're brandishing, >> right?
>> That's a crime already.
>> So far, Joshua Fox has not hit you.
>> Exactly. Now you are when you pull out your gun >> after calling someone the EMP. Now you're brandishing, >> right?
>> You can't claim self-defense. You already assault him. You are brandishing Adam. Now Joshua Fox hitting you after you pull out your gun.
>> He felt like his life was in danger, >> right? That's self-defense.
>> He got a self-defense case, >> right?
>> SO THAT'S WHY EVERYBODY TALKING ABOUT, "OH, SELF." NO, it's not self-defense at all. He antagonized the conflict. walked over to him, pulled out his gun, and brandished it. And this man, who felt like his his his freaking life was at risk, did what he had to do. He hit Chad and then reach for the gun. But but it does happen. I mean, George Zimmerman had a multi-million dollar bond. Kyle Writtenhouse had a multi-million dollar bond. It's And is it because they're white guys? Uh maybe because it's a a politically charged event in Zimmerman's case, a racially charged event. Yeah. Is that right? No. No, it's not right. But they're allowed to do this. I mean, I frankly I would expect I think maybe so this is a two-stage process right now for Chud. So right now what he's got is bond. There's bond and there's bail. So bail is often a kind of technical process where like uh reports are filed like is >> I love when people expose themselves.
Yo, this dude is a professional and he's filled with microaggressions. Yo, employ him at your own risk if you're black.
Yo, employ this racist as your own risk if you're black. Okay, employ him.
>> Char was out on multiple active bonds.
He was in the middle of multiple active cases, >> but that don't matter cuz he's, >> you know, he caught an attempted murder charge. What do you think was going to happen?
>> What are we talking about?
>> What did you think was going to happen?
>> Somebody who came on social media and said he pl he planned on doing this. You think the judge was gonna deem Ch not a flight risk, not a danger to society >> when he known for streaming?
>> Y'all let me know in the comment section what he known for walking around on stream antagonizing people and getting into it with people. That's all he been doing for weeks in in the city.
