Most people view obstacles as reasons to stop. The application was rejected. The relationship failed. The business didn't work. The door is closed. The Stoic mind does something different. It looks at the obstacle and asks, "What is this obstacle teaching me? How can I use this? What does this obstacle itself show me about the way forward?"
