ONDO PULLBACK WARNING!🚨 (ONDO Price Prediction 2026)

[00:00:03]Good morning everybody. Welcome back to Solanax scripts. So, hope you're all doing great and welcome to this new video right here.

[00:00:08]On Ondo, uh an Ondo bull run update, very fortunately.

[00:00:13]Finally, we have uh seen some bullish momentum. It was to be expected. I mean, I must say that my expectations have been um beat even on on Ondo. Like, I covered this on Monday Monday morning.

[00:00:25]Um and and then I said, "Okay, well, the key level that we need to break is 29 and 1/2 cents." We had already broken that by then, but I said, "Okay, as long as we hold that," which at the moment it looks most likely we'll hold that.

[00:00:37]We'll rally into that gap here into the upside at 32 and 1/2 cents. There I expect from some resistance, and then maybe later we can rally into like the gap here higher at 36 and 1/2 and 37 cents. That's those purple areas, right? So, so those are liquidity gaps.

[00:00:52]And we continued rallying, or at least we held steady for for a while right here.

[00:00:57]>> [snorts] >> Um but then Thursday we we continued rallying while the markets were relatively Well, not necessarily weak, but they were relatively weak at least.

[00:01:04]Um and Ondo at the moment has been incredibly strong. So, I just wanted us to do an an update on the current situation, look at the order flow, look at the critical levels right here, what is possible. Um a lot is possible. I'll tell you that.

[00:01:17]And then based on that, I talk about what to expect and and what to look out for. Um it it's quite difficult at the moment for Ondo, right? I mean, we we you're not early anymore.

[00:01:27]Um we're at a strong resistance level right here at 36, 38, 40 cents. You can see structurally it is an important level. Um we have the 200 EMA there.

[00:01:36]It's a psychological level. So, my key targets, and that's not what I want. My key target right now for Ondo is 40 cents.

[00:01:44]I do think it's likely that we're like we're closer to a local top right here.

[00:01:50]A local top, right? I mean, maybe after that we can rally up higher. That's a possibility, right? I mean, you should would fade strength. Whenever a coin is very strong, um especially a coin with solid fundamentals, although the token doesn't always benefit from those fundamentals with with Ondo, but especially when the fundamentals behind the project are still good. Um you should never expect momentum to all of a sudden turn around. Um but I do think that there's a couple of reasons to expect that for Ondo. Right? So, I do at the moment I'm still bullish. On the 4-hour [snorts] timeframe, you can also see we've been able to break above the previous quarter value area high right here.

[00:02:23]After the liquidation spike, we had a liquidation spike. We're now testing those highs again.

[00:02:28]That's very strong as well. Very often you can also see a liquidation spike and then an immediate reversal down lower.

[00:02:34]We haven't done that. We've been able to hold the previous quarter value area high, so that's all great. Right? It's all great. The structure right here, as expected by the way, >> [snorts] >> is great as well.

[00:02:44]Uh but the thing is is that right now, if you look at the lower timeframes for Ondo, you can see some bearish divergences starting to slip in. The momentum Like the momentum that we had yesterday was amazing. Was also in to certain extent higher than the momentum that we had on Monday, the first breakout.

[00:02:59]But the momentum that we have with this move is weaker, right? And we still like yesterday after the liquidation spike, we had a lot of shorts coming in or a lot of spot being bought, so funding rates got very negative.

[00:03:12]It looks more like this move is hunting those shorts out and testing those highs and that we are going to test those highs. Very often we overshoot that. That's why I say, "Okay, 40 cents." Um but given the general situation in the markets right now, which have become a little bit weaker, we have some news coming out today. It's a Friday, which generally is a time of the markets where you see a bit of a pullback or positions closing.

[00:03:36]And I bet you there's a lot of spots and long positions on Ondo right now.

[00:03:39]I'd say it's most likely that okay, we'll we'll test those highs when we will get a little bit higher um into 40 cents potentially. But then from there, I do expect some sort of a bearish divergence and a local top. And then after that local top, it's going to be the question, okay, can we actually hold the the the previous quarter value area high at 35 cents? If the answer is yes, then we'll just consolidate here. We'll hold that and then we'll rally up higher afterwards. If we cannot hold that, we might have to pull back a little bit lower. Right? So, to summarize, right? So, to make this a little bit easier to understand perhaps because we spoke about a lot.

[00:04:12]I think it's most likely we'll rally up higher. I think we'll top out between 38 and 40 cents. And from there, we're going to pull back.

[00:04:19]And if we're going to be able to hold cents, that's great news. Then we can actually rally into our next target, which is most likely going to be this high right here that we created um around 45 cents, which is also structural. So, then we can rally into 45 cents. Let me draw it again. Move into the upside, pull back, hold 35 cents, and we can rally into 45 cents still in May.

[00:04:42]Uh if we're not able to hold for 35 cents, we'll drop down into this level right here at 30 32 cents, and then it becomes significantly more likely that this was just the top and that we'll start a trend back down towards 30 cents, which is the previous quarter VWAP and therefore a very relevant level.

[00:04:58]Those are my thoughts on what what to expect here short-term, what the different possibilities are. Hopefully, it helps a little bit, but that's it for now. Thank you for watching, everybody.
