I told Walmart staff and they wouldn't get anyone to help me or the child. The [snorts] mom abandoned her cuz she didn't want to get caught having her toddler would out in front of my basket. I don't know why that wouldn't be child endangerment or um What do they call it? That neglect or whatever tell it letting your child run in front of a basket and then abandon her. Walmart let her do it.

[00:11:43]I had to leave the child so the mother would they get the mother cuz she wouldn't come back. She didn't want accountability for abandoning her toddler and letting her run in front of my basket.
