Clarity Act: Elite Distraction or Market Stabilizer!

[00:00:00]Uh, legend. Uh, the signing of the Clarity Act is a distraction by the elites, question mark.

[00:00:05]Uh, the CFTC, the SEC, and the OCC are passing individual laws in parallel. Not really laws, it's just guidance around this asset class. Uh, starting in 2025, the reverse carry trade happened. Uh, will happen before the FIFA Cup? Or is it better to do it during the FIFA uh, and use it as a distraction? I I mean, like I said, the OCC can come out at any point before July 18th and regulate stable coins, and I think that's what we're waiting on for them to be able to unwind the reverse carry trade so that um, we can see, you know, uh, or have the ability to stabilize the bond market. We have to be able to issue stable coins at scale here domestically in the US in order to be able to absorb the treasuries that are going to flow onto the market uh, during that period of time.

[00:00:50]So, you know, again, uh, I tend to feel like likely prior to those dates, we're going to see it. Uh, but again, could be wrong. It's hard to time anything in this market.
