This video argues that DEI initiatives, while often perceived as primarily benefiting minority groups, actually benefit white women the most, with only 3-4% of benefits going to Black people, challenging the common narrative about who gains from diversity and inclusion programs.

DEI: The Shocking Truth About Who Benefits MOSTAdded:
The reason for DEI is that okay, look, this is your talent pool, right? This is the talent pool. We're only looking at this part of the talent pool. We're not looking at everyone else. So, what DEI is saying, "Listen, in order to fill certain job requirements, you have to at least look at other parts of the people who are qualified." How they've switched it up and made it seem like that we were pulling minorities and black people in filling them with jobs and careers that they weren't qualified for. If that was the case, I'd be a doctor right now. I didn't know black people can get roles that they weren't qualified for.
Let me know what CEO jobs there is so I can go and apply since black people are getting roles that they're not qualified for. Charlie Kirk, when he said when if there was a black pilot, he would he would have some concerns about a black pilot. Another racist racist trope. The FAA has a certain amount of quali- qualifying hours that everyone has a flight log, no matter who you are, it doesn't matter what private airline and and their and what they want to hire. If you don't follow the FAA's uh protocols, the private airline can't even hire you. I mean, what percentage of DEI helped black people? What percentage of the entire DEI initiatives? I want you to give a give a percentage.
>> What percentage of the entire DEI 3 4%?
That's right on right right on. You get three That was actually right there. Did you see that before somewhere? Swear to God I didn't. Bro, dude, [laughter] I said a random number. But see, so black people only uh uh only benefited from DEI at a rate of 3 and 4%. It was white women that actually benefited the most out of everybody. But in order for it to be taken off the table, you have to make it seem like black people actually actually the ones who are getting leaps and bounds. Early in in in Trump's second term, when there were when a lot of these plane crashes, the first thing he did was blame DEI. When DEI had nothing to do with it.
