Despite significant double-digit percentage increases in fertilizer prices, grain prices (corn, beans, wheat) have remained relatively stable, meaning farmers are bearing the economic burden of rising input costs without corresponding increases in crop prices, creating financial pressure on agricultural producers.

Josh Linville: Farmers Are Getting Squeezed #Farmers #Fertilizer #FoodInflation #WealthionAñadido:
It it's in the fertilizer prices. And really this is something that's being digested more on the farm side. Because when you look at things like corn and beans and wheat, and you look at where the price was the day before the strike shut down, and you look at where the prices are today, there's not a massive differential. I try to get into the pattern where every Friday on Twitter, I do a price comparison of all the major fertilizers today versus what it was at the start of the deal. And I also look at like corn and beans and wheat to put that into perspective. And you're seeing a lot of double-digit percentage changes on all the fertilizer.
Grains have done very little. So, that's the unfortunate part of it. Now, are grocery stores moving their price up?
Yes, I think it's just a natural trend of those pricing.
It's the farmer, in my sense, that's really bearing the weight of everything going on around the world.
