The truth is most of us are so deprived of endorphin we got to take whatever little dopamine and endorphin hits we can get in life. Gym can be crucial in that aspect because guys there is a very real link between physical and mental strength. I mean it is true that like 90% of men who go to gym are doing it out of butt hurt rejection but hurt. Most men at the gyms are there because they got [ __ ] up by life. Mediocrel looking men who are there just trying to compensate. There is a misleading stereotype created by normies. They use the term fit to imply facial attractiveness because it is more socially acceptable, right? It gives the perception that attractiveness is a choice, is something that can be achieved. That stuff is true. Most rotors are in the gym due to the devastating rejections they got from women. They are there because they were not getting any attention. But despite that, despite this fact, gym is still one of the better sub five corpses. Not only it is a great cop, great hobby to do as a single man. You don't need someone else. If anything, it is even better if you do it alone. But also because there's a link between mental and physical strength. So it ain't going to give you a great edge attractiveness wise, but it also means it doesn't require much investment. I mean, let me put it this way, guys. I have rarely seen depressed community members who were actively gym selling but I have seen plenty plenty of depressed dudes who are not doing any type of physical activity any type of most of us are so deprived dopamine deprived there are only few few good things that happen in our lives in young men's lives so few bro that is why so many young men today try to get their fix their dopamine fix from junk food and sugary products fats. That is how fat people get fat. Not because they wanted to be fat. Not because they genuinely think being fat is being healthy, but because their lives suck.
It sucks so bad they resort to comforting food. Comforting food which gives them consistent dopamine hits.
That is what it is, bro. Easy, cheap, effortless source of dopamine of which they are so deprived of. And another point is most young men can't be on that strict raw meat diet. Especially people who watch those channels on YouTube.
Those people, those viewers either live with their parents or stay at a dormatory. They got to eat from mena.
Like bro, the reality on the ground for those guys is that kind of life. They are poor. They are young. They are poor.
So they resort to junk food. getting their endorphin hits from junk food just to feel, you know, a moment of relief, a moment of comfort, which actually worsened their looks, their situations.
Jim kind of helps offset that calorie surplus.

They're not making 50k a month by selling face ratings, bro.

Chronic cortisol stemming from stress is what is bad for you. That is going to destroy you. I mean, yeah, excessive gym rotting, going dumb hard, pushing the limits while using billions of supplements can make you age faster, but that is why you got to keep it moderate and not make lifting weights your entire life. The reason why bodybuilders look old is because they are often on steroids, bro, or other types of performance-enhancing drugs. Of course, that is going to be taxing on your body.
Or you can also notice that when people lose weight way too fast, way too hard.
Being too underweight can give you that ghoul looking face, you can lose your hairline, which is also very common unfortunately. But the cause of looking old itself is not just doing pull-ups and squats three times a week. But besides those health benefits, forget about health. I know there is not much point worrying about your health when you are young, but that is going to help depressed men mentally with mental sharpness. It actually does the opposite of aging for your brain. It protects your cognitive problems and natural anti-depressant. It is more helpful than going to a therapist who has never been in your shoes, giving you just cookie cutter answers.

Like a while ago, there was some black guy who contacted me. He was like, "Rehab, look at these pictures." He sent me a bunch of unsolicited pictures of him with, you know, pictures with different white girls. And then was like, "Oh, where's the BP? You would have raided me a sub five. Where's the BP?" First, he asked for a face rating.
And when I refused, he straight up sent me pictures of him with different white chicks. So he was trying to set me up in a vicious and vile manner. He was going to get his face raated subwife. Then to have a gotcha moment was going to send me his pictures with white girls. Oh wait, Reab, did you say subwife? Okay, now look at these pictures. Where's the beep? You [ __ ] piece of [ __ ] Guys, the thing is he was really muscular as a black man. Yes, it matters more because there's a specific group of women who are really into muscular black men.
There's a market for that. So, you can get away with a sub five face. The ones that struggle with women and can't get away with that are nerdy anime watching guys. I mean, there's a pattern with black comedy members that I got to know.
Bro, I got to be honest here. Women don't care if you are learning Japanese, if you are sophisticated. Oh yeah, you know, I am learning Japanese. I can do this, do that. But as a black man, you are better off being masculine. And a muscular body is going to help you with that, with that perception. At least with the perception. Okay. The reason why Michael B. Jordan is getting fluffed up so much, why he's seen as sexy is not because of his face, bro. He's mediocre face, but because of his body. His face is not all that. His face is like five 5.5 high tier normie at best. But the reason reason why some women are into his overall package is because of his body. And to be honest with you guys, the same kind of extends to other atent men as well. You just can't afford to pay two different taxes on your assembly. You just can't. You can't be overweight, bro. You get hooked on your only source of endorphin. You get more muscled. You feel better about yourself.
You know, your tea levels increase. You compare yourself to other gym rotors and lose track of what women are actually attracted to. I know a community member who told me this. I was talking to my dad about Lucism the other day. He was encouraging me to gym cell stay in the classic or girls don't care about face only body. When I was gym selling, I would easily sacrifice a point of my face for an extra inch of bicep width or ab definition. This part isn't spoken about as often, but gym selling literally destroys your ability to rate your own others looks. This is very real. It really does cloud your judgment. People who say they enjoy it are not lying about that. The source of delusion gym maxers have is this dopamine addiction.
That is the source. But overall, it is still something I advocate for especially for sub five men because it is still going to beat a sedentary life doing nothing but watching manosphere videos. Guys, I have spent my late teens and early 20s trying to be a so-called well-rounded person. I didn't even know about this stuff when I was only 21, 22.
I was busy getting a degree, jobs, traveling, you know, late night gym sessions, taking boxing classes. And truth be told, I'm kind of glad that I did all those things cuz even though it didn't get me girls, it got me plenty of rejections. Without those, my life would be objectively worse today if I spent all those years doing nothing at all. I wouldn't even have the same insight to be able to make these videos for you.
Instead, I would have whatifs. I would still be blaming myself. You know, it would be a lot easier for me to cope and fall for the schemes of the scammers.
Scammers that prey on you. Oh, I just didn't give myself a chance when I was in my prime. If I tried a little bit harder, if I tried to be a fit dude with interesting hobbies, life could have turned out differently. It would have been a lot easier for me to think like that. Something as basic as a nice cup of coffee, hitting the gym, playing a video game, you know, you can go to a shooting range, take some classes there, learn to handle different types of guns.
