This analysis incisively deconstructs how American soft power weaponizes identity politics to flatten global cultural diversity into a manageable, homogenized monolith. It reveals the "melting pot" not as a sanctuary of inclusion, but as a sophisticated engine for systemic heritage erasure.

Woke is American Imperialism
Added:Hey Void.
Let's start with a freaky conspiracy theory. I asked ChatGPT this question.
Were there American presidents and other members of the American government who were in favor of immigration into Europe from other parts of the world and have spoken about it? And if so, can you provide quotes and citations? As you can see, I'm not being conspirative here, quite the contrary. I'm saying if that is true, don't just tell me, give me proper citations so I can look into them myself. And what is ChatGPT's response?
It won't talk about it because it's against their policies.
Now, that's a bit odd, don't you think?
Why would that topic be against their policies?
But maybe it's a bug, right? All right, so a few days later, I heard someone saying that Reagan and Bush senior were in favor of immigration into Europe and I thought, well, that doesn't sound right to me. So, I asked ChatGPT, give me examples of Reagan and Bush senior talking about immigration into Europe in a positive way. And guess what? Nope.
That's against their policies. Like, what? Why?
Well, let's see if we can figure it out.
People talk a lot about Nolan's Odyssey these days and the discussion is usually brought down to the usual woke discussion. This the casting is woke, the movie is woke, it's all woke.
And that's a very handy distraction from what is truly going on. To understand what is truly going on though, you don't need to look at the casting. Yeah, it's part of it, but it's not the main part.
But to really understand, you need to ask yourself, where are the gods? Why are the gods not part of the film? They play a pretty big part in the original piece. Why aren't they in the film?
To make sure everybody understand how weird it is, let me put it in a way that all groups can understand, okay? What Nolan did in this film is like a film about the New Testament where you just take Jesus out of everything completely.
It's a film about the life of Moses and God is not part of it. The miracles, the plague of Egypt, they are all replaced with either politics or magic powers that specific characters have. It's like making a film about the scientific revolution and removing all the scientists. There's no Galileo, there's no Newton, no Einstein. Instead, it shows people just becoming more rational and finding the scientific principles on their own.
It's like making a film about the birth of America and removing George and Washington from it, or Adams, or Hamilton, or all the rest of them. And you only leave Ben Franklin, but he he is depicted as Benita Franklin and she's a sorceress and helps the American rebels with their magic powers. And you call it America: The Definitive History.
Then and people wouldn't even understand what the hell is going on. Like, is it satire? Is it like a porn movie? It's like Actually, that sounds like a pretty good idea for a porn movie. But anyway, that's the point. It's It's taking someone else's culture, someone else's history, someone else's identity and completely changing it, raping it into something different than what it is, something that looks more like you.
And that is what American productions have done for decades now. There's absolutely no respect towards the source material or other cultures. Everything is being made in America's image. And that is what Nolan has done. He took something that is not his and disfigured it to look like him. And I know that Nolan is a Brit, but he's been working and living in the US and has completely assimilated into US culture. And also, the Brits are the OG [ __ ] your culture empire, so you know, I imagine he feels at home. The point is to reshape everyone in America's image throughout the world. That is the point. What the world has has come to think of as American values are not really American values. None of them were invented in America. Democracy? Nope. Not invented in America, and I don't even mean ancient Greece either. I mean modern democracy. The party system, these things evolved in the UK and France.
Human rights? Nope, same thing. Freedom of speech? Also not invented in in America, but a European concept.
Capitalism? Eh, wrong. Not American.
That was invented in the UK as well. The only true American value is the melting pot.
That is the only original thing that America brought to the table. And what is the melting pot? On the surface, it sounds like a continuation of liberal doctrines. It sounds really noble and positive. We are all humans and we all live together in one society. It sounds like pluralism. We are not just Jews and Italians and British or whatever. We are all one nation. American.
But in truth, it comes with a very high price to pay. The erasure of identities.
The melting pot is actually a very accurate metaphor for it. Your identity will be melted, will be destroyed, and new identity is going to be born. A multicultural identity. It's not just that all people are welcome to join. Is it's that there is a price if you join.
You need to lose yourself in order to join. Your culture, your values, they don't matter. Everything must be stripped from you and repurposed. Remade into something that is not really you or not really your ancestry at least.
And of course, these things take time.
Generations have to be born into into the situation. At first the groups in America did hold on to their cultures, to their identities. The Italians spoke Italian. They had their original food that they brought to from the mother country. The music, their attitudes. The Jews were the same. Most Jews who migrated to America came from Eastern Europe, which is why American Jews spoke Yiddish alongside Hebrew for prayers and you know, reading the Hebrew Bible and of course English.
>> [snorts] >> Latinos in America spoke Spanish. They also had their own food and culture. But now, if you talk to the younger generations, they don't know the original languages. Food has become something completely different. American Italian food is not Italian food. It shifted into something unique for America. Latin food is the same. You go into a Mexican restaurant in America, that's not a Mexican food.
Jewish food in America is also different. In some cases, they use things like bacon or they make cheese sandwiches in a bagel that was made with grease or oil from animals. It's not Jewish food anymore. It's American Jewish.
The American melting pot strips you of your identity and remakes you in its own image. Something that is loosely based on your identity, but in the end contains elements from all other cultures.
And the process continues throughout the generations until you get this one equal paste and everybody is just one culture, American culture.
Now, if America was just that and it stayed a a limited cultural phenomenon, then there would be nothing wrong with it and it would have been a very interesting societal experiment. The problem is that America became the world's current empire. And yeah, I know people are like, "No, not an empire.
They're superpower." Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, very different.
Yeah, sure. Not an empire, just the only the one culture that everyone is force-fed throughout the globe. Yeah, totally not an empire, but somehow they are the only country in the world with military bases in other countries.
Totally not a not an empire, but the world economy is tied to their currency, even though it's not the strongest currency. Sure, sure, sure, not not not an an empire, but we all speak their language. Oh, and of course, of course, of course, not an empire, but the UN, the organization created to control the world under their rule, is somehow located in New York of all places.
[ __ ] off, okay? Every Every age has an empire. Sometimes more than one. And in our age, it's America.
They are the empire. And as such, they do what empires always do. They conquer and expand. But the main way to conquer and expand for every empire is to make everyone be like you.
That has been the truth since the dawn of civilization. The Egyptians did it, the Babylonians did it, the Hellenistic empires did it, Rome did it, France did it, Britain did it, and now America does it. It's like the story about Napoleon.
I I don't know if it's a true one, but it's possible that that it is. Napoleon demanded that the Mona Lisa would be displayed in the Louvre in Paris. And he said, "All great French work of art should be presented in France." And when he was reminded that Leonardo da da Vinci wasn't French, he said, "All great artists are French, regardless if they happen to be born outside of France."
That is the attitude of all empires.
When the Babylonians took over Israel and Judea, they didn't commit genocide or try to eradicate the entire population. That brilliant idea wouldn't come until the Nazis.
But what they did do was to take all the artisans or the thinkers or the people of quality and force them to move into Babylon and make them work for the empire. The empire always tries to assimilate other cultures to add their knowledge and talents to themselves.
America is doing just that right now. It takes other cultures and it makes them its own. It reshapes them to match its own culture and by doing so it's claiming them. Which brings me back to the thing that Jet GPT is not allowed to talk about for some reason.
Think about how involved America is in immigration into Europe. And no, it's not just the the left. Both Reagan and Bush senior praised America's immigration policy as in you can live in Germany, but you cannot become a German.
Only in America you can come from anywhere and become American. That is from a Reagan speech. The value of immigration and the melting pot was pushed by both the right and the left in the US. George W. Bush even said more.
He said nativism or fear of foreigners affects your soul. I don't think you can prosper if you're fearful of somebody else. Definitely in Europe it creates this kind of divided fearful societies.
He actually spoke directly about European identities as a bad thing.
That's not a woke idea. That's an American idea. Then then it escalated even further with Obama praising Merkel for her open door policy towards immigrants from the Middle East. And Germany had a very close relations with the US. In fact, one would say maybe a dependency.
It's not hard to imagine the need to not get into a serious disagreement about it might be something that influenced Germany's and Europe's um general immigration policies.
And ask yourself, why would American presidents even care about immigration into Europe?
How does that influence them? What What do they gain from it? You never hear like the Japanese Prime Minister going like, "Yeah, immigration in Europe should actually be Like if you actually ask him about it, I believe he would say, "I don't know. I'm not European. It's not none of my business." Why is it America's business?
The answer is America wants to reshape the world in its own image. Not the people themselves, of course. I'm not talking about, you know, John and James Smith who just live their life in America. They do not wake up one morning and thinking, "Oh, [ __ ] Germany should have more Middle Eastern people in it."
But it is a cultural truth and a political goal for the elite. A cultural truth because pretty much every American is raised to believe that their country is the greatest country in the world regardless of the facts, that their values are the correct values, and that all other identities are somehow primitive or backwards. And the melting pot, like I said, is the is pretty much the only original thing America has brought to the table. So, that is being pushed as the ultimate American superior value.
Americans are programmed to think that immigration is good. Even the right-wingers are like, "No, it's okay if it's done legally." The arguments between right and left in America are all distractions. The core attitude is the same one from both the right and the left. We are better, our culture is better, it should be spread around and imposed. The right these days wants it done more legally and orderly. The woke crowd are much more idiotically vocal about it. See, the woke people are the low IQ people. Those are the people who are unable to form a thought, definitely not a subtle one.
>> [clears throat] >> So, for them, the push for the melting pot just translated in their stupid brains into white culture bad, everything else good. They are both adorably and annoyingly stupid.
But, the end result is still the same.
The vision is still the same.
In a dystopian future where Europe has become an American style melting pot, the next thing would be Arab culture and African culture and all the the rest of the cultures. It would be a different generation and the slogans will change.
Yes, but the aim will remain the same, reshaping the entire world in America's image. And to do so, everyone needs to lose their identity.
That is why the left is so anti-Israel, by the way. They they want to tear identities apart. That's that's the point of their identity um philosophy, ironically enough, because the moment you just say that everyone can identify by anything and to be anything, then no identity has a meaning anymore. And that is the point. Tomorrow, you put on a branch on in your hair, you're a tree.
No identity has any meaning, any value anymore.
That's the point. Zionism is a Jewish nationalist movement, a movement for Jewish self-determination. Jewish identity is core to Zionism. Therefore, it's it's in contrast to American culture, which is why it is exactly what is being attacked directly in Jewish communities in the US. Jewish kids are have have been told for decades that they are not Jewish. They are American Jewish. American Jew- Judaism is supposed to be different from proper Judaism. They don't need Zionism because they are not proper Jews. They are American Jews. They don't need self-determination. No group in America needs self-determination. Scottish independence is a hotly debated issue in the UK and after Brexit has become even more popular among Scots. But most Americans of Scottish heritage simply don't really give a [ __ ] one way or the other. They view it as having very little to do with them.
That's the melting pot. You are not Jewish anymore. You are not Scottish anymore. You are not British anymore.
You are American. And the other identities, your ancestors identities, can all be forgotten and should be.
America wants a world where everyone is shaped in their image. The world would be easier to maintain, easier to control, easier to spread into. And that is what stands behind everything that people see as woke today. It's an empire imposing its own image and values on other cultures. The Witcher is a Polish creation designed after Poland and Central Europe during the Middle Ages, right? Well, [ __ ] you. Everybody look like it's modern-day New York. The Lord of the Rings written by a Brit basing it basing it on Nordic and Anglo-Saxon legends and myths, right? Well, [ __ ] you. It's actually modern-day New York.
The Odyssey is a Greek masterpiece from the Bronze Age. Well, [ __ ] you. It's modern-day New York. And it's not just the casting. They change the outfits.
They change the stories. They change the characters. Everyone is American in those productions. Ciri in The Witcher behaves like an American child. So does Galadriel in in Rings of Power. Odysseus in Nolan's film behaves like this American dramatic self-loathing, self-blaming character. Very modern, but it's American [clears throat] modern.
All right? Other cultures have different types of men, of modern men. The point is is nothing like he is in the original piece. The gods are cut out of it because gods are not part of the American culture. They are massively important in the original piece, but the original piece doesn't matter. This is not Homer's Odyssey. This is American Odyssey.
Woke is a distraction. Left and right are a distraction. The only thing that we are seeing here is an empire taking over the world through both strength and culture. The empire has divided the world into good guys and bad guys. If you do not support American values, including the loss of your identity, you are one of the bad guys. It's as simple as that. The real fight against woke, or indeed against Americanization of the world, is if people start readapting and and guarding their own identities. And that goes for both the people of America and the people of the world. Because I, unlike the empire, believe that our diversity is important for human progress, that our differences, our different identities, different beliefs, and even different values make us smarter and allow us to evolve mentally to evolve. You cannot evolve if you live in a place where everybody thinks the same and no one challenges your beliefs and your ideas.
What we're seeing here is an is assimilation on a global scale. The US is basically the Borg at this point and it's telling us resistance is futile, but it's not.
In a dystopian future where America has assimilated everyone, everybody speak the same way, all ideas are monitored, no value can be challenged. Freedom of speech, which is not an American value, would be gone.
I've seen it happening already. When I lived in the UK, I've seen people use the threat of losing your job as a way to silence you. Cancel culture is an American creation. Controlling what people think and say is essential for an empire. True, it was in recent years pushed by the so-called left, but let's not forget that in decades before that, it was pushed by by the right. Ask people like Frank Zappa or Ice-T or Eminem, which side of the political map wanted them silenced. This is just another illusion. Freedom of speech is not an American value, never was.
It's just more gaslighting. And if America spreads across the world, ideas that do not match the empire will not be allowed. And like today, it will not be enforced by the government itself, because that breaks the illusion. No, it will be enforced by the people with ideas that are placed in their minds through mainstream media and social media, as well as TV and movies. America is enforcing things that don't go with the proclaimed values through its culture, not the government. That's the brilliant part. It makes every citizen its own police officer for that purpose alone.
Not because the Americans are bad, by the way. They're not. As far as empires go, I'd call them one of the best ones.
But an empire will empire. That's just what they do. You can't escape it. An empire desires to remain and to be stable. So, it has no other path but to suppress ideas and opinions because of ideas and opinions, by their very nature, cause instability, and instability is bad for the empire, but it's good for the human creature because instability is a requirement of evolution.
So, we really have two sides here. One side believes that America is the ultimate truth and should spread around and everything should freeze. All of it.
Ideas, opinions, everything should freeze. We already have the truth. There it is. It's American. Done.
The other side believes that instability is not necessarily a bad thing, that mental evolution is a never-ending process and that cultures and different identities have value in themselves because they are important for that mental evolution.
So, whose side are you on?
