[00:05:20]Cops hate being recorded. Something about recording them performing their duties triggers them. Some will try to intimidate you to get you to stop, even though it's a constitutional right. This is under the first amendment and the plain view doctrine per the supreme court. If you can see it from public space, you can record it. No officer, public official or individual has the expectation of privacy in public.

I'll slide it under the door and tomorrow morning they'll get it and they will contact you at the number you provide. And what they'll do is they'll start their investigation. And even if you can't come up with a badge number for this particular female, um I'm sure that they will do their best to get the pretty good physical description of her and then they will talk to you about it and figure out the scenario that what took place and everything.
