ARA-290 is a tier 2 peptide derivative of EPO (erythropoietin) that was developed specifically for diabetic neuropathy and chronic pain, particularly effective for disc pain and nerve pain where BPC-157 and TB-500 may not work; it offers a self-regulating mechanism that avoids the negative side effects associated with blood doping, with recommended dosing starting at 1mg and human trials going up to 4mg over 30 days, and can be administered subcutaneously or directly into pain areas.

ARA-290 vs Everything Else for Nerve Damage #peptides #comparisonAdded:
Hey everybody, got some lovely weather here today, so I figured on my walk, I would knock out some questions. The first one today kind of set the theme, at least for me, this year is for 2026 to basically improve the information about tier two peptides.
Meaning that there's a lot of tier two peptides that not a lot of people know about that I think people would get really good results with. So the first one I talk want to talk about today is a peptide called ARA290 and what it actually is is a similar derivative of the peptide or I guess it's a peptide known as EPO, which is actually what Lance Armstrong got in trouble for using back in the Tour de France. Lance Armstrong amongst the other people, I think he was the one that got in trouble, but everyone was using it was called blood doping, but ARA290 is a derivative of EPO that is not meant to have the bad side effects that blood doping has and I think the body, if I'm quoting off of memory, kind of has like a self-regulating mechanism that keeps it from having those bad side effects. But anyway, ARA290 was developed for diabetic neuropathy and chronic pain.
And so it's really useful for people that have neuropathy issues for people that have chronic pain. I've seen this one help a lot of people that have like disc pain or nerve pain in their back where in BPC and TB 500 won't really do anything. I think you could use like ARA290 and Cortex, especially for people with those disc issues. Not saying it's going to heal it, but it does really well.
Dosing wise, I would start with 1 mg and human trials actually took it up to 4 mg, I think over a 30-day period. So if you do have pretty severe pain, pretty severe neuropathy, you should be totally fine to go up to 4 mg, but I love ARA290. It's a really good peptide. Uh again, I think the use case would be neuropathy or chronic pain, especially some of that disc pain that BPC and TB-500 don't really do anything for.
Then also, too, does seem to have a little bit of a performance enhancement benefit, which would make sense cuz it's kind of a derivative of of EPO, but if you just check it out, that's something you struggle with, uh check out ARA 290.
It's not super popular.
Most research places sell it, and it's really easy to use.
And then you could, you know, inject it subq or inject it into the areas that you have pain, but I have seen it help a lot of people with the rapid issues, and also some of those chronic pain issues. Hope you guys are having amazing day wherever you're at, and check those out. Don't forget to text me your questions.
I think that little text link is there on the Instagram. Text those to me. I'll respond, and then hopefully get to it in these videos. See you.
