Neutral particles are atoms and molecules with balanced electrical charges that become charged when they lose outer electrons through collisions or sunlight excitation; once charged, they can be guided by electric and magnetic fields and can recombine to become neutral again by gaining electrons through collisions, radiation, or sunlight, though this recombination is less likely in space due to the vast distances between particles.

The Difference In Charged And Neutral ParticlesAdded:
Bam Bam asks um could you please expand on non charged particles their origins how they get their charge can they lose their charge or change it thanks in advance which is a great question and put simply neutral particles are atoms and molecules whose charges are balanced they actually become charged whenever they lose an outer electron usually to things like collisions with other particles or the sunlight exciting them but the point that I was making in the video is that once they become charged they can actually be guided and controlled by electric and magnetic fields they can also recombine and become neutral again by gaining electrons through collisions or radiation or again sunlight exciting the particles but that's usually less likely in space just because there's a lot more space for those particles to be moving around in and so it makes collisions with other particles less likely to happen
