Well, before we go into UBA, because I There is a There is a lesson I want you to learn through the turn around of what happened in UBA. So, you can see how bad news becomes good news. So, you need to know how to take advantage of things like this, because if you are serious with this business, you're going to see a lot in the future.

You know I already share that it will be difficult for you to see a banking share that will do full bid for more than 2 days. It is very very difficult. No matter how juicy the the information is or the news is, it will take. But, other sector, you can get 5 days full bid. Yes, you can get 5 days, even 2 weeks.

[00:03:27]So, even I say you should sell at bullish in a bull market, I'm not saying you should go now and close your portfolio.

[00:03:39]Now, I'll share something by the time we look at UBA. Maybe we'll come back to this. Let me quickly jump to UBA.

[00:03:48]So, when UBA dropped that news that they are not paying dividends, I said they are going to receive some cane.

[00:03:53]You understand? That is what I said. I said they are going to receive some cane.

[00:03:58]From a price of 55, after hitting this target, I I I put this target when I was having a brief conversation with the SSS community.

[00:04:09]That was when I put this target here that we'll get rejection from this area, 55.

[00:04:14]If you entered around 36, because it came down to 35 36 then. So, they are like, "Okay, what target can we looking at?" I said, "Let's look at 55." And that is a good return if you take profit from here.

[00:04:35]For me, I'm the 100% guy. That's why sometimes I see some stocks and I just ignore, because I'm the 100% guy.

[00:04:51]So, if if you are the 100% guy, there are some Just like when I I I gave Aradel. When I gave Aradel, that is going to do 2,000. Aradel was I cannot tell you the exact price, but I know Aradel was around This is This is Wednesday. This is Aradel was around this area here.

[00:05:14]So, if I'm that guy that that move for smaller smaller things like that, I will come and take position, and I will get my 20%.

[00:05:26]But, because the minimum I always look at is 50%. 50% 100%. If I show you my portfolio, you'll be seeing 100% 200% return. They are still there. They are still growing.

[00:05:48]That is what I do. So, let's jump back to UBA, and let's do the brief math, because sometimes good news can mean bad news, and bad news can mean good news.

[00:05:57]There are times a company will drop good report, and the share price will will nose dive.

[00:06:02]And you'll be wondering about your analysis, but you miss a certain analysis there, which is sentiment. Sentiment analysis is what you miss in that regards.

[00:06:10]Now, I said I love it when it comes below 40.

[00:06:19]And I said you can start going in here because of this support.

[00:06:26]We've had first support here, second support here. So, I said, "Okay, this area will sustain."

[00:06:31]And guess what? When market opened yesterday, it weeked down to this point.

[00:06:35]It was selling for 41, and I'm like, "This is a buy opportunity."

[00:06:41]This is a buy opportunity.

[00:06:45]And in a short the market turn around, and we had a a bounce back almost to 46. Let's see if we'll be able to see that. Okay, this is the little green here.

[00:06:58]It moved back to 46, and we got an insider trading alert of a buy order. Though, I think not much, maybe 22,000 or something like that.

[00:07:07]So, you can see what happened here.

[00:07:10]So, the company They are trying to manage the damage by bringing out some information that they are still going to pay dividends. Of course, they will pay dividends by the end of this uh this quarter that we are in, that is second quarter. They were going to pay dividends. That is the interim dividend they will pay. So, I'm not sure if they are paying dividends for 2025. No, they are paying interim dividends, because they need to pay for this year. Except they don't Except they don't like their share price.

[00:07:38]And I'm very very sure they like it. So, if [snorts] you understand how this thing works, first day full bid, second day full bid, and third day, guess what happened?

[00:07:49]It looks as if it will be full bid, and a lot of people look at it that this is juicy. For something that has gotten to 55, and it's currently selling at 41, this is juicy. And as they start picking up from that 41, guess what? Other person will say, "Ah, let me get it higher."

[00:08:07]Let me get it higher. And guess what?

[00:08:09]They will put at 41.10.

[00:08:11]Another person will say, "Oh, you want to come and buy before me."

[00:08:15]41.20.

[00:08:17]It's not a new bid. Oh, it's that that same person that that that put 41 that looked at it, "Ah, somebody is stopping my bid. No, no, no, I have to be number one." Just like if you are like me in the market. I don't like going in the market. Some people they they can queue.

[00:08:29]They will queue, and they will be number 20. If I'm not number one, two, three, forget it. I will leave that stock.

[00:08:37]If I'm not number one, two, three, I leave that stock.

[00:08:40]Because I cannot queue for a stock where the difference is just sometime one naira, sometime 50 kobo, sometime 20 kobo, 10 kobo.

[00:08:52]So, that is 34% Those that bought at 41, when UBA will return back to 55, and probably break that resistant, they are going to be making some good money, maybe 50% again.

[00:09:09]So, the lesson I want you to learn is most times most of the times I stand to be corrected. You cannot see more than 2 days full bid in the banking sector. Because the first day full bid is what?

[00:09:25]Is opportunity, that's 10%. Second day, that's 20%. You don't know that 20% is huge because of the money you are using to trade. And I want you to magnify your trading capital.

[00:09:36]If you are trading with 10 million naira, don't look at it that you are trading with 10 million. Look at it that you are trading with 100 million.

[00:09:43]So that when you are up 10%, you will know that you are up 10 million.

[00:09:48]Then you will take your profit. Because there is a way you gain, and you think it is too small, and you just allow it slide until the market take it from you. That is when you realize that ah because compounding is key.

[00:10:02]I think last two weekend I was having a conversation with the SSS community and I did something about the particular stock if we decide to compound it.

[00:10:12]For you to see the gains. So, when you are compounding, all this up and down movement is for your own good.

[00:10:18]So, the same way full offer which we experienced here, there was a full offer around here and you see, it pulled back full offer.

[00:10:29]And it continues like that. You can see the second day full offer. Then the third day, you can see it week down.

[00:10:36]Then the bull we are able to push it to this point, which are bargain hunters.

[00:10:40]They are everywhere in the market, bargain hunters. And I want to employ you, don't join them.

[00:10:53]So, somehow somehow somehow this stock is supposed to pull back here and take this demand before it continues up.

Some some companies will post bad reports and a lot of people after seeing that bad report at the end of the day, they will some company will post bad report and because you are holding that shares, they are posting bad report, you will rush and you go and sell thinking you are throwing away garbage or thinking you are throwing away what you don't want.

[00:11:25]You get the point. And in two days time, it will bounce back.

[00:11:28]So, the best thing to do when you are in the earning season like this is to do nothing.

[00:11:34]Is to do nothing.

[00:11:36]It's like you are in a area where there is crisis or chaos. You have to be calm so that you will know your escape route, so that you know what to do. But if you join and you are shouting, you won't know when you go to the wrong direction. But when you are calm, calculated, you say okay, it's happening here, it's happening here. I think this area.

[00:11:53]Sometimes you might be in a safe zone.

[00:11:55]But because of the fear, you leave the safe zone and go to a zone that is dangerous.

[00:12:01]So, the best thing is imagine you have UBA and now and you can see how the market has dumped and you relax. When I saw 92 million shares on full offer, that is when I know people that understand this market are not much. And this is the time to take advantage of it.

[00:12:20]Because time is coming, there will be a lot of expert in the market because I know many people are taking my courses.

[00:12:25]And anytime I see people subscribing to my courses, which is the stock for tomorrow, I always say wow because I am literally giving them everything I know in that course.

[00:12:35]Therefore, I'm replicating investor to every of them. So, the way I trade, my pattern and how I understand the market is what I put. I didn't gatekeep any.

[00:12:53]You think you'll be seeing No.

[00:12:55]Because everybody is now wise.

[00:12:57]When there is full when there is full offer, who are those buying? Because you will still see transaction.

[00:13:04]So, I just let me share light with let me share some information using a UBA as case study. As you can see, the reversal has started. Today's market we will see if they are able to sustain it or if it will eat around 3970 before resuming back uh the upward trend or if we'll see a green around this period. There are several stocks that are actually um um bounced back because they actually followed the route of of UBA. But now they are actually you can see you can see this one came down to to 18.

[00:13:39]It came down to 1810. Then it came around here 1955. You can see it closed at 20. So, who knows if this will be giving us like 20%? That is 2224.

[00:13:51]So, that will be around this area here.

[00:13:54]That will be around this area here. But we just keep our finger crossed. And another one again that was actually struggling because this is just a clear case. Let's say we did not know what happened and you are looking at this chart. What this chart will be telling you is what? There is a breakout and there is a pullback and the pullback was massive and investors could not hold it.

[00:14:12]Then it dumped to the middle of the rectangle that I drew. You look at it here. Then there is a sharp bounce back.

[00:14:20]And the next day, you are to 22. 22 is around this area. This area here. Then you say it's back above the trend line. Then we are looking at upward and trend. The same thing happening to Access also because of the news. And you know, investors is we are we are all the same in the market. You understand? It's the same money moving from one place to another.

[00:14:40]Then what happened to Access? Access came down to 25 and now it's 26.

[00:14:46]Everything is now going back up because investors we always forget. And like I always say, now that we are in the earning season, if you don't know how to trade earnings, you'll just be jumping from one place to another. You will say a stock that they've not released their result yet and go and queue with another stock that they've released result. And before you know, that one you will buy at the top. When people are dumping, you buy from them. Then when the market settle, that one will now pull back. You will now say ah, you will now be asking question in all the group. Why is this stock dumping? Why is this stock dumping? Why is this stock dumping? You you will not tell yourself the truth that you bought at the top.

[00:15:23]And some people are like but in my portfolio this thing is not dumping now.

[00:15:27]Why is this person saying why it is dumping? Then the one you sold will now release result.

[00:15:32]Other people now will now move. You will now say ah, and I have sold this stock.

[00:15:36]You will now say this market self one cannot understand it. It is you that don't understand it. And if you did not humble yourself, if you did not if you are not patient enough, you will not understand the market.

[00:15:46]Because the market will expose all your characters to you. You think you are a calm person, the market will let you know. You think you are gentle. You think you are not greedy. You think you are not selfish. You think you don't have uh you don't envy anybody. You envy because by the time you you saw that stock that did full bid three days, the one that you have, you started looking at that one that I'm not sure this one will take me to where I'm going. It's like it is that one.

[00:16:11]So, this is not for me to come and do any chart. I just want you to learn lesson from all this because if you are new, good that you are getting this now, it will help you build your portfolio.

[00:16:21]But if you are up to a year or two and you still don't know this thing, maybe it is after five years that you will learn this lesson. But I will be happy if you learn it fast because there is so much. I must say that the president is sharing money using the stock market.

[00:16:37]Don't go one place and say the government is bad. It can be bad in other area. But in this area that the the president is sharing money, come and collect your share.

[00:16:53]When you hear stock market gain when I hear stock market gain uh 1 trillion, yeah, I try to go and look the percentage of my own gain in the portfolio and say okay, inside this millions millions, this is the only percentage I can take.

[00:17:09]And I'm saying how will I do to increase this percentage? So, that is what you do we do. Don't come and look and there's your children will tell you daddy, they said there is one time the stock market boom from 2023 to 2031.

[00:17:26]Each time I'm leaving a stock, that is when the stock will go down. Each time I'm I think it is not for me, I just face my business.
