[00:00:00]Yeah, I was going to, but go ahead and I'll Yeah, followed up on it with a more recent study. This guy Moseley did another study on total or on knee arthroscopies. And a knee arthroscopy is where you stick a little scope inside the knee to clean out some of the cartilage in there. And nowadays it's a videoscope, so they can look on a big monitor as they're doing it. Yep. Yeah, exactly. Yeah, pretty small yeah, little camera you stick in there to go in and clean things out. And in half the patients they said hey or half of the patients were the you know, all of these patients were made aware of what's going on in the study.

[00:00:35]>> they were in the study. They agreed to possibly not have the surgery. Yeah, exactly.

[00:00:40]Uh so in half the surgeries they actually went in, cleaned up their knee, and removed any scar tissue, that kind of thing. And the other half they just made an incision, but didn't actually do anything in the surgery per se. They didn't actually stick any little scopes in there to clean it out or you know, flush it out or anything.

[00:00:59]And the results were more or less identical, which means that those patients that didn't have anything done, yeah, had the exact same amount of pain relief as those people who the surgeon actually went in there and removed scar tissue.
