[00:00:00]I see directors just spinning their wheels. I can't get my staff to submit the newsletter on time. I've talked to them about this and that over and over and over again. It's not [music] their job to convince the staff to do their job. It's your job to train and to coach and [music] then yes, to step back to that compassionate leadership to empower your team. That's what makes the great culture [music] is you're empowering your team to learn the tools to solve their own problems. [music] What we're doing is we're trying to give people the resources, tools, the independence and empowerment [music] they need to do the job on their own. And that's part of our job as a coach. You want to >> [music] >> help someone, you don't want to enable someone. Growing problem solvers, growing people who can work independently with less supervision [music] is really what you're you're working towards. It's also checking with someone to say, are you on track? Are you off track? You need a little bit of support in this? And then when things [music] aren't going well, it's coaching people on what we could have done differently by saying, This is what we set out to do.
