[00:00:05]Market Stats Monday. Simply stating that we're starting to see a very minor shift. Most people won't even notice it because we were so extreme on one end.

We're going to get through the end of summer, we're going to hit another winter, and that next winter is when we're going to really see a notable shift. We will come out of the next winter into a different market than we're in today. That's my prediction. We'll see if we were right.
