We have triparty agreements with our lenders, and they provide a lot of assurances and benefits, and Which is cool. Cuz they cuz they don't really want the asset, do they? They they want their money income, right? Like that's the whole point. They want the private credit that's a hard money loan basically for them. The interest rate on it right now is somewhere between 10 and 15%, but I I think as we see the appreciation and people are able to underwrite the risk, you'll get a higher LTV with a lower interest rate.
