I Got Served a Protection Order

[00:00:00]Everybody loves updates. So, let's consider this a Hurricane Heather update because I have been served with a protection order.

[00:00:45]Let's start at the beginning from how this all started and how it has played out to the point of me getting a freaking protection order. I guess I met Heather Russell on Facebook dating and she was traveling around like a nomad with her six-year-old, a bunch of dogs and a couple cats for coming to my property. She was previously in Arizona, then went to Florida for a few months and then came back to Arizona. and she was supposed to stay on BLM land, but I didn't really like that idea since I had 37 acres. I didn't see it as that big of a deal. And for those of you wondering, BLM land is Bureau of Land Management.

[00:01:23]And like I had said before, things went good in the beginning and she was nice.

[00:01:29]We all seem to get along, but things deteriorated very fast. And I believe that it was mostly caused by jealousy because I have a woman that lives on my property, a friend of mine. Hurricane Heather became very jealous anytime Michelle would come around. If she would stay in the house too long, she would complain that she was hanging out. And granted, there were a lot of other little issues like lying about a dog and lying to a bunch of people in the area and making stuff up and just not being a good person in general. That was extra stuff. The main core that was her whole problem was my friend. And then finally, after having already been through an argument about Michelle and being told that everything was water under the bridge, Heather couldn't contain herself and started another problem. One day, Michelle came in and sat on the couch for too long, according to Heather.

[00:02:31]Heather completely shut down. She was sitting here doing arts and crafts, and as soon as Michelle was there for more than 5 minutes, she put everything away and laid down. Michelle sensed the tension in the room and left. When she did, I asked Heather what her problem was or if there was something wrong. And she immediately started to berate me about my friend being in my house for too long and that she was hanging out and that she doesn't want another woman around and rehashing all the stuff that we have already talked about. So, I had had enough and I told her that she needed to start packing. But that was after she told me that I needed to give my friend 30 days to get off my property or else Heather was going to leave. So I told Heather to start packing. Now I believe this started on a Sunday or a Monday. We argued back and forth with me trying to get her to leave my property peaceibly. This attempting to make her leave lasted all the way until Thursday.

[00:03:34]On Thursday, I got a call from my boss and my boss told me that her credit card had been used at a hotel and to get pizza and I had the credit card and I didn't get a hotel or pizza. So, I immediately text Heather and we essentially discovered that Heather committed credit card fraud, stole the credit card information and made illegal purchases without authorization. And I believe that was Thursday. And that's when I really lost my shit and told her that you need to go. I started calling her names. I threatened to have her shit towed off my property. I threatened to turn her into the police. All kinds of stuff. Anything that I could think of that was legal to get her to leave. And this little drama played out on my property from Thursday till Saturday night. On that Saturday, my neighbors were having a birthday party. Not for children, but for adults. There were children there, but Heather thought that it was important to make sure her attendance was checked off at this birthday party instead of packing her stuff up and leaving. Now, keep in mind during this time frame after Thursday, I had parked my expedition in front of her travel trailer. Because after discovering unauthorized credit card use, I definitely positioned my truck to secure my property and my animals to make sure there was no other thefts that happened here. It's all about protecting my stuff during a chaotic situation like that. And I told her once she had her slides into her trailer, little pop out slide, that I would move my truck so she could hook up. And it's going to take her a little bit to hook up. And while she's doing that, I'm going to call my cats. I'm going to make sure that none of my shit looks like it's missing. Then she's going to go on about her way. But she went to a party that lasted until in nighttime, 8 9:00. And I was already in here laying down and me and Michelle were watching TV. So, let's go over the series of texts that happened during her time of leaving and when she actually called the police on me and tried to get me swatted. At 7:50, she said she's on her way now, that she doesn't want to talk to me and she will be packing up everything and leaving tonight at 7:50 p.m. And then at 8:59, she's asking me for Yeti ice blocks, my cactus, telling me there's a gas can under her trailer.

[00:06:03]She doesn't want to touch it. Blue Eddie power bank and solar. She already has her jackary. I tell her, I'll come out and talk to her once you have your slides in and you're ready to hitch up and leave.

[00:06:14]At 9:15, she responds, "What is there to talk about? I want my belongings, please. I've given you all your belongings." And she got all of them.

[00:06:23]Then I told her, "Like I said, when you have your slides in, I'll come talk to you when you're ready to hitch up and go before I back my truck up and look for what you claim I have in my truck."

[00:06:32]She's asking me for a sleeping bag and a solar panel. Says she doesn't want to talk to me. I want my belongings and I want to leave. That you have your belongings. You're not even ready to leave yet. Your slides aren't in. One of three slides are in. I don't have enough power. So, I went and turned the generator on. She says, "Thank you for generator. You got 15 minutes to get them slides in and all the rest of that junk around your trailer packed into your trailer." She said, "Stop giving me time frames. I have till midnight, end of day. Technically, I have 22 23 days, but I don't play stupid games, so I'm leaving tonight. Doesn't play stupid games, but took a week to get out of here. I told her, "You've done nothing but play stupid games since fucking Tuesday, you thief. Please put the rest of my belongings near my front door of my trailer. I don't want to be here any longer, and I don't want to talk to you." Told her I'm not doing anything special with my generator. It's running.

[00:07:28]You better figure it out. You've been told that you need to be gone by end of day or you're going to be reported for credit card fraud. If you're not going to be able to make that happen because you decided to hang out at my fucking neighbor's house because you're too stupid to realize how serious the situation is, that's not my problem.

[00:07:45]You're not in a position to be negotiating with me or telling me anything. You should be leaving as fast as you can so you can make sure that you're there for your son in the morning and you don't get arrested. And I sent that one at 9:30. She said, "Nobody is getting arrested. I just want my belongings." I said, "Are you willing to bet your freedom and your son going into state custody on that?" She said, "Stop threatening me. Just give me my shit back." Uh, that's not a threat. Nobody's threatening you, criminal. This is just how the world works when you break the law. If you're texting me, that means you're not putting your slides in. You need to work on getting the fuck out of here. You've been told. I sent that one at 9:35. And she sends me a list of stuff. Yeti ice packs in my freezer.

[00:08:29]Blah. And then says, "I have two hours 25 minutes."

[00:08:33]I said, "Tick tock." And then at 9:37, I said, "The little games and manipulative shit you've tried to pull is not going to work. You may have gotten away with this with other people, but it's not going to happen here." Tik Tok bitch, those boots were made for walking, and I suggest you get on a walking. She says, "You should be a poet. Bring me my belongings." I told her, "I'm a parallegal. I'm a modern-day poet. So, thank you. And I sent that one at 9:37.

[00:09:02]And then 9:58 she said, "Oh, my tampons from the bathroom. You can put them in the bag with the rest of my belongings."

[00:09:13]And I believe I did set a bag outside with tampons at and in and it around 10:00. Came in here, laid down on my bed, watched TV with Michelle, and passed the fuck out. and she started texting me again at 10:31.

[00:09:28]All my slides are in. Bring me all of my belongings. And then at 10:34, she says, "Move your truck."

[00:09:35]And then at 10:39, she says, "Please bring the rest of my belongings and move your truck." 10:44, she says, "Please bring the rest of my property and move your truck." 10:44 again she says, "Oh, I need my spare truck key, too, that's hanging up." 11:02 Four question marks.

[00:09:56]11:04 Dane, you have till 11:15 or I'm moving your truck for you. Bring me the rest of my property. 11:07, my spare truck key as well. 11:08. Bring everything and move your truck so I can get the fuck out of here. 11:14 Have it your way. 11:117 Bring my belongings and move your truck.

[00:10:18]11:21 I just heard you come out and turn the generator off. Bring my shit and move your truck. 11:34 Bring my shit and move your truck, Dane. 12:01. Since you and your girlfriend are hanging out, I will physically move your fucking truck with my truck.

[00:10:39]12:02. Bring the rest of my property and move your truck now. 12:14. So happy for you and Michelle. get to have a happy life ever after. And then the next time I responded to her was at 5:37 in the morning. And I said, "Well, you're not here. Your trailer door is open and your dogs are running around in the neighborhood. So, it looks like you're going to get reported for credit card fraud this morning, and I'm going to have a tow truck move your shit. I feel sorry for your dogs." See, but during the in between time from the morning when I text her and said that her dogs were running around to the last text that I got from her, she apparently called 911 and had the Apache County Sheriff's respond out here for some kind of unlawful imprisonment or kidnapping claim. And I actually called the sheriff's and they confirmed that nobody was being kidnapped or unlawfully restrained or any of that kind of stuff.

Yeah. And that's what Michelle was saying. And we uh >> like whoever's the ditch dispatch right now is being very tur with me for no reason. I'm trying to call and figure out what the hell's going on, get these dogs taken care of.

We didn't know if there's a civil agreement or if she's paying rent or you like we literally have no knowledge of the trailer, who owns it, nothing. So, she we're just getting the information from her that she couldn't couldn't leave and couldn't take her trailer. So, we went out there, make sure she can safely leave, which she did, and that was it.

[00:13:33]This need she needs to be you need to write a criminal complaint up for false reports. I'm not keeping her from leaving. She literally text me the Arizona Revised Statute about kidnapping when I mean, you know who I am. I've been to prison for fucking kidnapping.

[00:13:47]Uh, and I'm not kidnapping her. She's completely able to leave. This is my property. I can park my truck wherever I want. And I told her last night, I'm it's it's like 10:00 at night. I told her, "You need to hurry up and get your shit packed. I'm getting tired." And then I fell asleep.

I I messaged her on Facebook an hour ago and told her, "Come get your stuff. I will leave if you if I need to.

[00:14:26]I don't need to talk to you. I don't I don't need anything." Like, and she's just playing this, "No, I can't come there legally. I got to go to court and get a judge's order." Like, no, you don't. There's no judge that can that's going to keep you off of my property.

[00:14:38]No, I haven't trespassed her. She's I haven't trespassed her. I haven't told her she can't get her shit. There's nothing blocking her tra her her trailer.

[00:14:46]>> That's where the communication and this kind of misunderstanding has has kind of gone and that's why I'm just calling you to get it figured out. There is no misunderstanding cuz the deputy that called Michelle said that she gave you all of our text messages. And if that's true, then you would see the ones from last night where I told her once you have everything packed up, let me know and I'll come out there. So, it's not a miscommunication. There's lies that are happening here. There's false reporting that's happening here. I mean, you guys want to see my text messages? Send a deputy to my property right now and I'll show them everything.

[00:16:12]Reported her card, cancelled the card and is going to be calling I'm assuming the Phoenix Police Department. She lives in Phoenix. So, she's going to be calling the Phoenix Police Department.

[00:16:20]And the Phoenix Police Department, I'm assuming, is going to contact the Sheriff's Department about credit card fraud.

Sunday of the 28th she takes her trailer and leaves. The 29th she gets up on YouTube and starts uh talking about me and making stuff up. But she very clearly states that I never threatened her. never did anything to her son and she sent me messages on Facebook saying the same thing.

Their main objective was to get me and my son out because Chris had blocked in my travel trailer with like where the gooseeneck is with his expedition and he blocked in my truck with the charger and I didn't I was at a neighbor's house during the day and they said you need to call the cops. They were pushing me call the cops. This is bullshit. He's keeping you there. He's um you know instilling fear. And that's what exactly he was doing. He was. Now, I will say this, he's never threatened to hurt me. He's never threatened to do what he said that he would do to his ex.

[00:23:30]He's never done that. I will go on the record and say that he's never threatened my life. Um, but he has uh thrown out some some fun words and you know, you can play around with those words. Um, you know, like see see what's going to happen, you stupid bitch. Huh?

So, they will those will be public record. um as well as um what's going to be happening in the next couple days. Like I said, I don't have a cell phone right now, so I'm actually on an old phone on subway Wi-Fi.

But anyways, >> but that didn't stop her from lying to a court to get a protective order claiming that I was threatening her. Apparently, on the first of the following month, she went to Apache County Courthouse and got a protection order against me and claimed that I was threatening her.

[00:25:41]which doesn't really make sense when there's contradictory evidence out there. A few weeks after she got this protection order, I had the Apache County Sheriff come out and serve it to me in person right here in my room.

People from Heather's past have reached out to me with their own experiences. I've recorded phone calls with some of them, as you've seen, and they all describe patterns of manipulation and using her son and different relationships, changing his name, having financial issues, and other things that line up with what I personally went through.
