[00:04:28]If the experiences you get through your senses move you more and more towards Paramadvaita, then your knowledge you gain through your senses becomes sadhana.

[00:05:04]So, you should know clearly not to brush everything aside or try to discard everything you get through the senses because by your very nature, first and foremost pramana in your life is pratyaksha pramana.
