[00:00:11]When you buy some land up here, y'all, just because it's for sale don't mean you should buy it.

[00:00:19]So, it ain't about can you get a deal on the land, it's about can you get a permit to build on this land, you know? So, don't get excited just cuz somebody gave you a price that you believe you can afford.

[00:00:35]And that's why I always say we always go after these jobs that look appealing. Like, I want to be mayor.

[00:00:42]Well, shoot, we need more people in city planning, in the planning department, to approve these permits so we can come up here and build in neighborhoods that they don't necessarily want us in.
