[00:00:00]How do we get out into that consciousness? I mean, you said meditation didn't work for you, but it works for some. Daydreaming, plant medicines. How are ways that people can get out there?

[00:00:09]>> Well, these these these these are all different different [clears throat] different ways. But, you know, um I I'll I'll tell you what, for me, um the most powerful um way of disconnecting is it's to reassess your self-identity.

[00:00:33]Um They want you to perceive the I as the human labels.

[00:00:46]They want you to perceive the I as I am a I am a's, I call them. I am a man, I am a woman, I'm whatever I choose to be sexually. Uh I am a this race, I am a this religion, I am a this income bracket.

[00:01:01]I am this nation nationhood.

[00:01:04]These are all labels of body-centric self-identity.

[00:01:12]They have to keep us there.

[00:01:14]Cuz that holds us in the thrall of AI astral AI mind.

[00:01:21]And if you look, um look at the the ways that we're divided and ruled. Never more so than now. It's got It's It's merciless the way we're divided and ruled or or or tried to be.

[00:01:36]We're divided and ruled by race.

[00:01:40]Divided and ruled by income bracket.

[00:01:42]Divided and ruled by culture.

[00:01:45]Divided and ruled by a sense of nation.

[00:01:48]All these things. We're divided and ruled by young and old. All these different things.

[00:01:54]What do they all have in common, every single one of them.

[00:01:57]They're all dependent on body self-identity.

[00:02:03]Cuz if you didn't have body self-identity, those divide and rule lines fault lines would not be possible.

[00:02:11]So, when you um reassess your self-identity, when you stop seeing yourself as your human labels, and you realize they are merely a set of experiences, which the the the the true I consciousness is having, then everything changes.

[00:02:37]When you start to self-identify as being consciousness, a expression, a point of attention within an infinite infinite state of consciousness, some people call God, the name doesn't matter.

[00:02:52]Um and you start living that, then by that self-identity changing from I am ours body labels to I am all that is, has been, and ever can be, that self-identity automatically expands you into those realms that you truly are.

[00:03:22]Why? Because you're now identifying that as who you are. So, you automatically tap into those realms.

[00:03:35]If you believe that you are what you are are the labels of a human life, the opposite happens.

[00:03:45]You contract into myopia.

[00:03:49]And little me, and I have no power.

[00:03:54]And that's the difference between I am Ethel on the checkout or Bill driving the bus or I am infinite awareness having a brief brief illusory dream experience as Ethel on the checkout and Bill on the bus.

[00:04:15]It's a completely different way of looking at things.

[00:04:18]And and that's the that's the that's the process that I've been on.

[00:04:24]So, I'm not I'm not theorizing it and and I'm I'm saying this is what happened to me. And as a result of what happened to me, suddenly I'm I'm getting insights into things that that would never get cuz that's not meant to have them.
