This policy reminds us that for naturalized citizens, the "American Dream" is a revocable contract rather than a permanent right. It effectively creates a two-tiered system where one's legal identity remains permanently vulnerable to government scrutiny.

Citizenship being REVOKED from Criminal Foreigners!Added:
Major dennaturalization proceedings now underway. CBS News calling this unprecedented because they don't want anybody to get denaturalized. But the DOJ is saying we're going after 17 new people. There have been a handful of others that have had this process started against them. And 17's a good start. Should probably be closer to like 1.7 million maybe give or take. But now we got a launch. And the DOJ posted this. were filing dennaturalization actions in various US district courts against 17 individuals accused of serious offenses. Todd Blanch making the announcement with a couple of posts here and these are some bad ombres and mueres no question about it. We've got abuse of a minor, conspiracy to commit healthc care fraud, committing wire bank fraud and more. We'll go through the charges, but CBS as usual having a five alarm fire over this and they say this is unprecedented. dnaturalization that's happening. And I really don't understand why there should be a benefit of committing fraud in immigration, but you get to keep the benefits of your fraud as long as it's in immigration. If you commit financial fraud, you lose that.
If you lie to become a doctor and commit license fraud, you lose that. Same thing with lawyers. Same thing with many other institutions and entities and credentiing agencies. But for some reason when it comes to immigration, you can just say, "No, I'm not a communist.
Let me be a citizen." Like, "Okay, great. Welcome to America." And you become the mayor of New York. No. Oh, no. I love America. I definitely am not here to siphon off money and send it back to my country in Somalia. Great.
You can come and become a congressperson. Have a nice life. So, they're having a meltdown about it. They exclusively reported on it. They say this represents the largest ever effort by the US government to use its denaturalization powers. and it's 17 because they never do this. And when we first started talking about this, it started to make people nervous like, well, how could you strip somebody says cuz they lied about it in their forms.
They lied about their criminal history.
They lied about their capability of being a good steward in America. And they just ignore all of the requirements. And as long as they get in, it's like, you can't ever take that away from them. Why should they get the benefit of the fraud? They shouldn't. So they call this a blitz. Between 1990, look how insane this is, and 2017, the DOJ filed an average of just 11 complaints per year. Per year. That's all that means. How many citizens are we just like waving in, "Oh, you're a citizen. Oh, you're a citizen. Here you go. Here you go." 11 11 people. Give me a break. They're not even checking. So, federal law has long allowed the government to try to denaturalize these people. They're foreignb born. if they committed fraud on the way in, if they concealed information, if they concealed their criminal conduct, then they need to go. But this has been a long complicated process and nobody ever does it. So, we're happy that at least somebody's now checking. And 17 is like unprecedented. So, if we add in, you know, six or seven zeros to that number, then it'll be really unprecedented. In 2025, the DOJ brought in the categories.
Last month, officials announced a dozen denaturalization cases, and some of the 17 citizens now are charged with some of the most heinous crimes that you could possibly commit. Federal complaints have been filed. They're also going after people's good moral character. And it's going after a bunch of people, the Haitians, the Yugoslavians, the Colombians, the Mexicans, a Catholic priest, oh my gosh, a Filipinoborn man, and more. And Catholic priest or not, a fuea, time to go. So, American citizenship is a privilege. Mark Wayne Mullen came out and he said that exactly. He said, "Hey, you know, this is a privilege and it must be earned honestly. If you come here to break our laws and lie in your immigration proceedings, you forfeit that privilege and now homeland will not stand idly by while Americans are harmed by criminals including sex offenders, perpetrators of fraud and drug traffickers who've exploited our generosity and gamed our immigration system. We will continue to use every lawful avenue to denaturalize and remove aliens and deport immediately." So, here's the full press release and we got some bad individuals over here, but a quick overview of this.
This one is Delmas Garcia. She comes from Kuba. She now is getting an order or they're seeking an order trying to revoke her status and her citizenship.
Look at this garbage, man. She operated 30 physical therapy clinics in Florida and build commercial insurance provider for $36 million for physical therapy services.
they're by citizens. 36 million.
During her naturalization interview, she said under penalty of perjury, "No, I didn't commit any crimes at all." And lied. Neither of those things were true.
This other person, Jean Claude Alfred, not Vanam, says, "This person comes from Haiti, became naturalized in 1994, but one month before filing his naturalization application, he was abusing his minor daughter, and he was abusing her during his pending naturalization proceedings." Okay, so this guy's a PDF file who's abusing his own daughter. He's sitting there with an immigration person and saying, "No, no, I don't commit any crimes. I'm from Haiti. I'm here for a better life."
They're like, "Oh, that sounds great.
Welcome. Here, have an American flag pin. Here you go." So was abusing his daughter. Then it comes out. She grows up. She reports him. In 1996, a Florida jury convicted him of attempted battery on a child and began when she was under the age of 16, saying he illegally procured his citizenship. He we asked, "Are you abusing minors?" He said, "No, definitely not." No. You mean like in the last three hours? No. Not in the last three hours, though. No. So, we're good. Answer. No. Next person. Andrea, daughter of a major Colombian drug trafficker. She obtained permanent residence concealing her bigamous marriage to a US citizen and then laundered her dad's drug money into the United States. They brought four claims against her seeking her denaturalization, including claims she knowingly lied to immigration authorities. Okay, just look at the size and the scope of these types of bad ombres and mues. Think about it for the people who were not as much on the radar. Like these are like nuclear cases. You got convicted of molesting your daughter. Okay, so we discovered that now that's a big one. But what if you don't do anything? You just come, you lie. You're like, "No, no, you know, whatever." And you never get caught.
Think about how many of these people have come in. Maria Lordes Mononttoya, she comes from Mexico. She's 63. She lied about her husband's identity. said she was the spouse of a US citizen, but she never married Gilberto. She took Galberto's name and ran with it. He died decades earlier, just like California voters. Instead, Mononttoya was married to Ernesto Vermont, a Mexican national who had stolen Galberto's identity. So, she knew he was dead. She knew that her husband was living as a dead man's name and lied about it. To hear Lage, 43, from Yugoslavia, lied under oath, said he never committed a crime. Actually, he did. Two counts of abusing a child under the age of 15. Welcome to America.
Victim was 10 years old. We have our own PDF files in America that we need to take care of with haste. We don't need to import more of them. Another one.
Talaman Harris, age 49, from Jamaica.
Wow. Yeah. So, this person came in, conspired to manipulate the price of stock in publicly traded companies, caused $39 million in losses. Jury found him guilty in 2016. And so, time for him to go. We've got Armando Mendoza, Mexico said, "I've never been convicted of a crime at all, but he did. He was actually convicted of doing other things involving moral turpitude and lied about all of that." Narrage Sharma, she's 50 years old, comes from India. She had a staffing company. She filed 11 fraudulent H1B visas applications.
Perfect. So, comes in, gets citizenship here. Welcome to America. Comes in, commits massive fraud to import more Indians. Each petition included false representations that they would be employed. She said under penalty of perjury they're going to come in here and do a great job. Lied about it all.
So denaturalized. This person also wow Fred Rico from the Dominican Republic conspired to distribute $1.7 million in prescription drugs. Altered drug packaging so it looked like prescription drugs. Then sold it toarmacies. Jury convicted him of selling drugs without a license. And time for him to go. This other person Abdi Kakabar Ali Kadier from Somalia. Oh, Ilhan. Rough day for her. This person sought admission also claiming that she was married with no children. Then an immigration judge denied his application. Submitted a second identity and a second application under a fake ID. Got admitted, got citizenship. Time to go. China has a person Victor San Quac took in a false identity under Jing Cheng Guo.
Immigration judge denied his immigration application. Then he failed to disclose his prior benefits and there is no record that Quac departed the United States as ordered by an immigration judge. So it just goes on. You see the full list here. This other person Louise Hunkporty 1995 falsified identity.
Ferdinando Cristiano smearing the name of the good Catholic Church. He was an ordained Roman Catholic priest. Uh how could you? Entered the United States as a religious worker and then abused minors. Great. Time to go. and he can burn in hell for that. Ronnie Price from Trinidad and Tobago. Intercourse with a female under 16. Roger George Gerdon.
Conspiracy to steal medical products from military hospitals operated by the DoD. 100 kg of substance containing marijuana. This guy from the Philippines. Jarl, 15year-old daughter abusing his own daughter. Welcome to the country. Torres, 40 from Cuba. False credit vouchers. And you get the whole gist of it. So, as we've seen here before, these are how these things work.
This is the woman who was stealing $30 million from Blue Cross Blue Shield. The reason all of our health insurance prices are insane. Thank you. Obama says here, "US versus Garcia." Ladies Garcia saying, "We're now going to be here to revoke your citizenship. Time for you to go." This is based on criminal conduct prior to naturalizing. She was charged and convicted after naturalizing for it.
She became a citizen and she concealed all of this criminal activity from immigration. In fact, she fraudulently build Blue Cross Blue Shield for $25 million in false claims. During naturalization, said, "No, I have no idea what you're talking about. I'm a good person, just here to, you know, work the crop fields." So, the court has jurisdiction over this. They say in November 22, she was charged by indictment for healthcare fraud. In the indictment, they said that she had co-conspirators who were defrauding Blue Cross Blue Shield. She organized a healthcare fraud conspiracy. They created physical therapy clinics that would fraudulently bill the insurance companies for services not provided.
During the conspiracy period, 30 physical therapy clinics build $36 million while Garcia and her co-conspirators established and managed the clinics. They got kickbacks to recruiters in furtherance of the scheme.
Just like the Somalians, Delmas Garcia and her co-conspirators caused them to pay out 8.6 million. She was involved with 21 of the fraudulent clinics.
Another 5.8 million paid out. She got $1.5 million for her participation in this. She took a guilty plea and as a result of her conviction, she got 68 months in prison, which should be way higher than that. Amy Bach got 41 years for her fraud. It should be easily close to that. That's not long. 3 years of supervised release, ordered to pay $4.2 million, and ordered to forfeit 1.6 million. And now her citizenship should be stripped. And hopefully this judge flies this through. on her naturalization application question.
Garcia, have you ever ever bold capitalized capitalized bold, have you ever assisted in committing a crime? And she said, "No, I wasn't." "Have you ever given misleading info to a government officer?" "No, I haven't." She signed it under penalty of perjury. We did an interview with her. At the beginning of the interview, she was under oath. Asked her the same questions. She verbally confirmed, "No, no, I've never done anything. Liar lying through her teeth."
Wow. at the end of the interview again.
So all of the answers you gave us are truthful and honest. You swear? Yes, I swear. Definitely. So not allowed to do that. No individual has a right to naturalization unless you meet the requirements. There must be strict compliance with these requirements.
Although Congress has not specifically defined what constitutes good moral character. This is that she committed a crime involving moral turpitude and is lacking in good character. She lied and gave false testimony. And so therefore, it's time for her to go.
Denaturalization means we can apply this to anybody who illegally procured their citizenship either by concealment of material fact or by willful misrepresentation. Both applicable here.
And so that's what she did. She was required to be a person of good moral character. She's not. She's a liar and a thief. She generated $36 million in false claims. Was charged with one count of conspiracy and actually took a guilty plea for that. And because she committed a CINT, a crime involving moral turpitude, it bars her from showing that she has the good character necessary to be a continual citizen here. Count two, same type of stuff. Count three, illegal procurement of naturalization. And so, because she was ineligible to naturalize, we must revoke her citizenship. She committed willful misrepresentations. And so what we want now court is a declaration that she illegally procured her citizenship, did it by concealment and willful misrepresentation. We want her naturalization revoked. We want her certificate cancelled relating back to January 19, 2019. And we want to restrain and prevent and enjoin her from ever getting any advantages. We want the judge to require her to surrender all copies of all of her documents, including passports, driver's licenses, and more, respectfully submitted to the court from Jonabel M. Aquino. And that's one of 17.
