Why people are moving?

That [music] is a real powerful reason for why people are moving up to Brisbane, but now it's a real powerful reason for why people are moving away from Brisbane, being like, "Uh-uh. Yeah, it's not more affordable. It's not more affordable. It's expensive. It's the most unaffordable it's been in 50 years." That's what people are thinking there. They're being like, "What? I don't want to live here. An apartment in our cost the same like it costs more to have an apartment here than in Melbourne because apartments have been flying here for the last four, five years, and in Melbourne they've done jackety-do.
