While we are in the eye removing the cataract, replacing it with the lens, we can also do different things inside of the eyes to help enhance the fluid to flow out of the eye. So, we call that micro invasive glaucoma surgery or MIGS. We can do MIGS alone or we can do it combined with cataract surgery. And so, you have a two-for-one where we're in the eye removing the cataract and we're doing a treatment for the glaucoma to give you more of a two-in-one. It's it's a really nice uh procedure and that helps to reduce the pressure.
