[00:00:00]So, as a disempowered [music] girl, I put on a mask of confidence, right? To go to LA to follow your dreams. I modeled in Europe. I modeled all over the world. But, inside I was [music] covering up a lot of trauma and making fear-based decisions every [music] single day. My life was based in shame, and I was carrying around a lot of baggage as many women do, and trying to just bury it down. [music] And I was a hustler, tried to stay busy. In 20 2002, God finally was like, "No, we're going to stop all this." You know the saying, "God will give you kind of like a flick up the ear, a 2 by 4 over the head until you get it." And [music] I almost OD'd on a bathroom floor in West Hollywood. I was partying a lot, and I was starting to [music] use not just recreational drugs, but just to get through the day-to-day. I could go and do the TV shows and do my modeling. I don't know how I did the modeling jobs and all of that.
