[00:05:36]Uh, and my mind is a little bit of a blur. So much so that I don't even know what I said to you the other day. I don't know if I explained about the wine license and our sort of predicament on do we just move forward as a family in good faith that it's not going to be a problem to get this wine license? Did I even tell you about the wine license? I don't know. So, let's assume that I didn't. Uh but first, I got to put my seatelt on. All right. So, uh let's assume that I've told you nothing and I have applied I have all the paperwork for uh a a license to sell wine in our community.

[00:06:25]And okay, well, I got to get past where Hang on, Junior. I'm going to So, here's the predicament again. We're just going to assume that I I didn't say anything the other day. I have all the paperwork for a license to sell wine and I feel very strongly about being able to offer wine by the glass, not by the bottle, not functioning as a bar, uh just being able to offer that as part of the experience of being in my shop. I am personally aside from up from opening this shop, I am studying to be a sillier. Uh wine education is very important to me. I love wine and I am totally like against the uh you know rosé all day like that sort of girly overconumption wine culture. I'm not down with that. I'm down with really good wine and drinking it appropriately, knowing what you're drinking, understanding wine and wine is an integral part to French culture and the store is going to be like oh so French and so uh I am applying to for a wine license and I don't quite have a grasp on if it's a a situation where they only hand out so many of this particular style of license in my community, but the day that we would need to open this shop because our season is so short here and the administering of the license don't really line up. So, as a family, we're trying to we've been told it's going to be no problem to get this license. So, we're trying to determine, do we just move forward in good faith because time is of the essence. We literally need to open my gosh, like 20 days from when I'm filming. And this all came about uh less than a week ago. So, I have my mom and her husband that have offered to come and help us do further cleanup. So, you saw yesterday the kids and I went over and we just started an initial interior cleanup. It's really overgrown. It's really dirty inside because it's been empty for a handful of years and so I can't turn down help at all. So, uh, we're on our way over and we're going to do a cleanup day outside cuz it's pretty rough. There's a lot of thorn bushes and all that to say I I can't turn down, you know, 4 hours of of help. So, we're sort of dropping everything today and we're going to go over and clean her up.
