[00:00:00]I was in the middle of a bodybuilding competition showing off everything I worked for when suddenly my biceps cramped up hard. I couldn't move, not even an inch. Next thing I know, the medical team is around me checking everything. One of them asks me when I last drank water. I told him I hadn't had any since yesterday. I wanted my muscles as dry and defined as possible for the stage. He looked at me and said straight up, my body was completely drained of sodium and electrolytes. Then he asked if I was taking anything. I hesitated, but I told him the truth.
