Accutane (isotretinoin) is a powerful oral medication that can effectively treat severe cystic acne, though it requires careful medical supervision due to potential side effects like dryness, increased anxiety, and alcohol intolerance, as well as serious precautions including mandatory contraception and regular monitoring; the treatment typically involves starting at 20mg daily and gradually increasing to 60mg based on body weight, with a common initial 'purging' phase where skin temporarily worsens before improving, and post-treatment maintenance requires continued use of benzoyl peroxide products for at least a year to prevent relapse, combined with gentle skincare practices including oil cleansing, vitamin C serums for hyperpigmentation, and mild exfoliants to prevent scarring.

HOW I CLEARED MY ACNE | my experience on Accutane | current skincare routineAjouté :
Hey girls, welcome back to my YouTube channel. I hope everybody is having a really good day.
Today we're going to be talking about skincare, which is actually my favorite topic on the planet. I feel like I could talk about skincare for hours, which is funny because I literally never do talk about it on social media. But if you know me in real life, you'll definitely know that I have gone through the pits of hell with my skin. I've gone from literally hating my skin so much that I want to rip it off my face to it now being my favorite feature. I went on Accutane in October 2024 and I came off Accutane in April 2025. So, it's been over a year since I've been off it now.
And thankfully, my acne has not come back and I pray that it never does. But today, I just wanted to give you my entire acne story. I'm going to tell you everything that helped, everything that didn't help, my Accutane journey, and then everything that I've done post Accutane to help with scarring and prevent my acne from coming back. I'm excited. Grab a snack. This might be a little bit of a long one, but I feel like this is going to be good. I also have my laptop cuz I literally have the memory of a goldfish and I can't remember anything that I decided that I want to say. Let's just get straight into the video. I'm going to start off by telling you like the timeline of my skin because I feel like that's just going to give you some background. So, I first started getting acne when I was like 13 or 14. And this was literally so unfortunate because my sister and my mom both have completely clear skin. And so, my acne, I think, must have come from my dad. But I am a child of divorce. So, I didn't have any knowledge on acne. I was just with my mom and my sister. So, it used to be really difficult for me to deal with when I especially cuz I just started high school. Like I was just like hitting puberty and it's obviously going to be awkward face. Kind of everyone gets acne, but like I used to hate it. I started getting spots on my forehead when I was like 13. And then when I was like 14, it got pretty bad and I went to the doctors. This is my biggest piece of advice. If you're in the UK and you have bad skin, just go to the doctors, okay? It will sort you out so much faster probably than experimenting with skincare and spending loads of money on skincare because you just don't know what's going to work and what's not going to work. So, I went to the doctors and they prescribed me, of course, with Epuo. They changed the packaging on this recently. I have been using Epuo for eight years. That's insane. I'm 22 now. I started when I was 14. Um, and when I first started using this, it used to burn the [ __ ] out of my skin and I was in so much pain, but it actually did work. So, it's benzyl peroxide. And little tip before I get into everything else, I'll be talking about this more later. You can get the same ingredient over the counter in a product called Acne Side. I think this is the same as what's it called in America? It's got a different name in America. I can't remember what the name is. I'll write on the screen if I can remember. But this was amazing for me at first. A lot of people have mixed opinions on this because it does make your skin very sensitive. But I, as I say, I've been using it for eight years and it really does help me. So, I started using this when I was 14 and my skin got used to it pretty quickly and at first it worked. It completely cleared my skin for the next couple of years. I'd had the odd spot here and there, but my skin was pretty much clear. And then when it got to co time, I started to break out again. And I remember I've got pictures. I'll try to put them on the screen, but I had acne around here now. Only little spots still similar to the ones on my forehead, but it was no longer on my forehead. It traveled down my face. And this is something that I've noticed with age, I don't know if this is like a thing or if this was just me, but when I had acne, the whole cuz obviously this band over about 7 years. So the whole time that I had acne, it would just gradually move down my face with age. It started on my forehead and it ended up on my jawline, which I don't really understand, but that did happen. So when I was about 16, I was having some issues with like my periods and stuff. I feel like every woman goes through this, but I went to the doctors and they put me on the pill, but it was a weird pill. It's called Utovalin or something like that, and you're not really meant to take it for extended periods of time. I was taking it on prescription monthly, which was obviously not very good for my skin. And it ended up giving me my second wave of acne. So, I went back to the doctors and they put me on lime, which is like a default antibiotic that they give you when you've got acne or any sort of problem with your skin. I feel like my mum's been on it before. Like, I know a lot of people that have tried it. And again, it kind of worked. I was on it for 9 months at first and then eventually I was on it for like 3 years by the end of it and I don't really know if it worked or not. I'm not going to lie. I my skin would clear and then it would break out and then it would clear and then it would break out again. So I honestly don't know if it had anything to do with the lemcyc whatsoever. But I was taking less. Then I had a bit of a clear phase when I was like 18 when I was like 17 18. And then I got to uni and in my second year of uni it started to get bad again. And as I was going through it I was obviously documenting the whole process and sending it to my mom. So I do have pictures. So, I'll put pictures in. At the time, I thought it was a lifestyle thing because I was eating like [ __ ] and drinking all the time and just treating my body awfully.
Um, but looking back now, I do think that it was hormonal, which is really annoying because hormonal acne is so much harder to treat than any other form of acne because it's not like something that you're doing. It's coming from within your body, which is really hard to deal with. Towards the end of second year, it started to get quite bad. So, I went back to the doctors again and they put me on another antibiotic, which I cannot remember the name of it for the life of me. I was on that for about 3 months. my skin was just getting progressively worse. And then I went on holiday and my skin looked as though it had cleared up and I was like, "Oh, great." And then over the course of the next two weeks while I was on holiday, I got little bumps all over my face. And I do have a picture of this, so I'll put a picture in as well. And I'd never had this before. Every time I'd had acne before, it was always like big spots.
And this was little under the skin bumps, which I didn't know what to do.
Like I didn't know what to do about. So I came home from my holiday and I called the doctor again. And at this point, I think he was just sick of hearing me complain about my skin. So he referred me to a dermatologist at the NHS. Now, if you live in the UK, I don't even need to tell you this, but the NHS waiting list for pretty much everything is appallingly long. So, it was a six-month wait just to get seen about Accutane, not even to get prescribed it. And during this time, my skin was getting worse and worse and worse. It was almost as if every little bump under my skin was over time turning into big cystic spots. And by the end of the month, honestly, I had a full face of cystic acne. And I did not know what to do with it because every time I'd had acne before, it had been like sporadic like across my face in different areas and it had never really been my entire face at one go. And it was bad and it was painful and it was like it was sore, it was painful, it was inflamed, it was red, it was awful. My mom felt so bad for me because I used to call her crying every single day from uni. This was in third year now. And I just had absolutely no confidence whatsoever.
Like genuinely, my self-esteem was on the floor. I used to cry about how I looked every single day. Makeup wouldn't cover it. I spent loads of money on makeup, loads of money on skincare.
Nothing was working. I was also on another this time. Did absolutely nothing. So, at this point, I was feeling pretty hopeless and I knew that my only option was probably going to be Accutane. My mom being an absolute angel and feeling really bad for me because I literally was like becoming depressed.
Not even exaggerating. Like, it really takes a toll on your mental health. If you've ever dealt with acne or you are dealing with acne, my heart really does go out to you because it's really hard.
Like mentally, it is so difficult to feel any sort of self-esteem when your skin is that bad. And people will tell you it's not that bad or that other people don't notice it, but it's literally all you see when you look at yourself. So, my mom felt really bad for me and she ended up booking me a private appointment at a dermatologist and I got seen within 2 weeks. I think he immediately prescribed me with Accutane and said that I had really severe acne.
Shocker, we all knew that. Um, and it was very expensive. I had two appointments with him that I think were like £250 each and thank god my mom paid for it. queen. Um because I obviously was a broke uni student and could not afford £250 for a dermatology appointment. So after the two months of being on Accutane, I eventually got seen by the NHS. So it happened a bit quicker than I thought. I think 3 months I was waiting and then the NHS saw me. So I transferred from the private doctor to the NHS and then I started obviously getting seen every single month. And now I'm going to talk about some products that helped before I went on Accutane and some products that absolutely did nothing or made my skin worse before I was on Accutane. 47 Skin. This is an absolute scam. Okay, I don't know a single person that this has worked for.
My mom bought me this telling me that it was going to be amazing and that it was going to fix my skin. And all of the before and afters looked amazing online.
I was like, "Oh, this is it. I'm sorted." It did nothing. Didn't make my skin worse, but it did absolutely nothing. Don't waste your money. Paul's Choice. Now, this one is controversial.
A lot of people love this. This made my skin so much worse. I used to use it when I was like 16 and I loved it and I tried it again when I had bad skin and honestly, so much worse. Wouldn't do it.
Wouldn't recommend. Pimple patches. Now, this is controversial. I actually do use pimple patches now when I have a little spot here and there. But I don't use it to get rid of the spot. I just use it to cover it. But they actually aren't good for your skin. And if you've got really bad skin, I think that they make the scarring worse. It's kind of the equivalent of popping a spot. Like you're pulling the spot out of your skin. And I just feel like it made my scarring worse. This one makes me sad as well. Larash Pose. I'd heard so many incredible things about this, but it just doesn't work with my skin. I don't know why. My skin just doesn't like it.
And then nioinamide. Every single time I use nyosinomide, my skin breaks out. And this just shows that everyone's skin is different. And what works for one person might be the worst thing in the world for you because so many people rave about nyinomide and say how good it is for acne and for oily skin and all of that. But every single time I've tried it cuz I've tried it multiple times over the years. Every single time it's broken me out. So I hated nyinomide and I always avoid that ingredient. Stuff that did help preacutane. Now you're probably not going to be surprised. It's all very simple stuff and it didn't help drastically cuz obviously I ended up on Accutane anyway. But in the years before I got genuine cystic acne, this did help. Cetaphil foaming oily skin cleanser. I'm not sure if that's what it's called. I'll put a picture of it.
This is the best cleanser ever. If you have acne, in my opinion, I really like foaming cleansers because I find them to clean my skin a lot better. Especially when I used to have really oily skin, it really helps. I like Cetaphil because it's very gentle and I feel like if you're aggravating your skin when you've got spots, it's going to make it so much worse. So, gentle is always the way to go. Throw moisturizer. I have been using this for probably like six years. Best probably Yeah, probably about six years since lockdown. Best moisturizer ever. I will never stop using it. It's just the most nonerritating moisturizer ever. It really moisturizes your skin, but it doesn't make you feel greasy afterwards.
It's my favorite of all time. And I love this moisturizer, and it's pretty cheap, too. Acne side cleanser. This is what I mentioned earlier. This has the same ingredient as my benzo peroxide, which is what the doctor prescribed to me. And if you don't want to go to the doctor and your skin isn't too bad, I do think that acne side will help a lot. A lot of my friends at uni used to rave about acne side, and it is really good. And again, you can just buy it in boots or I think you can even get it in some supermarkets. So, I would really recommend giving that a go if you're struggling with spot. And then the final thing that I used to use a lot was pseudoc. And pseudoc honestly doesn't really get rid of your spots, but I feel like it just helps with the soreness and the redness and kind of brings it down a little bit. Um, and I really appreciated that. Obviously, when my skin was just constantly sore all the time, I feel like I just needed something to ease the redness and ease like the inflammation and just like calm my skin down a bit.
And that's what Sseud did for me. It also has like the same effect as the pimple patches in the sense that it covers your spot. So, I feel like it makes you feel a bit more confident. One of the most inconvenient things about my whole acne story as well is [snorts] that when my skin got really really bad for the first time, I had literally just started seeing my boyfriend. Like I kid you not, maybe a month beforehand we'd started seeing each other. And obviously the last thing you want to do when you have no confidence and a face full of acne is sleep over at a boy's house and not wear makeup and wake up in the morning and just like feel ugly. And bless him, he must love me for my personality because it didn't put him off. But yeah, that was pretty awful.
Also, I used to use Sudicrome a lot when I'd stay over at his house to just like cover up my spot. And it obviously it didn't irritate my skin and make it worse. So, if that is something that you're concerned about, feel like people don't speak about that. Sudic is a great way to cover your acne when you're at home and you don't want to wear makeup.
Now, I'm going to talk about my actual experience on Accutane. Again, I'm going to need the laptop for this one because this was quite a journey. I feel like everybody starts on 20 milligrams from what I've heard. Maybe some people start at 10, but I started on 20, which is just one tablet a day. I was on this for two months, I want to say. They try to ease you in with Accutane because if you go in too high of a dose off the bat, it can make the purging really, really bad.
So, [snorts] I feel like the question everybody wants to know when it comes to Accutane is how bad was the purging for me. Looking back, I definitely did purge. At the time, I just thought that the Accutane hadn't kicked in yet because my skin was already so bad.
Having a few extra spots was normal for me. Like, waking up with a new spot every day was normal for me. So, I just kind of thought, "Oh, it's just not started working yet." But, it was purging. So honestly, if you've had bad skin for however many months, couple more months of it is really not going to do that much damage. And do not let that put you off going on because it's so worth it cuz it clears up so much faster than it gets bad. It starts to get bad and then before you know it, bang, you just wake up one day and you have clear skin. It's crazy. So yeah, after a couple of months, I moved up to 40 milligs and this is where my skin actually started to clear visibly. Like I'd wake up and my skin would be like I'd still be getting new spots here and there, which is why I knew I was still purging, but my skin was getting visibly so much better. I obviously had a lot of marks and scars, but in terms of like painful bumps, like I remember I would wash my face and it wouldn't hurt anymore or I wouldn't feel the texture anymore and I'd literally just be like, "Wow." Like when it's been so bad for so long, you just really start to appreciate the little things like of washing your face and not being in pain.
Like it's just so nice. And I remember I started to feel like that about 2 or 3 months in. I was eventually put up to 60 milligrams a day. And basically the way that they do it is I think it's like one milligram per kilo of body weight. I weigh about 60 kilos. The maximum that I could have gone on in a safe way was 60 milligrams a day, but I think if you're heavier, you can go on a little bit more. I was on the same in total for 8 months. It's normally 6 months. I was on for eight. And yeah, that's what happened. My side effects really weren't that bad. And I had been prepared for the worst. I feel like there are so many horror stories on social media about [snorts] Accutane and like it making you depressed and making your hair fall out or making you like collapse in the street. All of that happened to me. I was fine. My lips were very dry. I've always had a bit of anxiety and I I would say that it made my anxiety a little bit worse and then absolutely zero alcohol tolerance. I became like the biggest lightweight in the world because you're not really supposed to drink on Accutane. Um so whenever I would drink cuz obviously I was at uni, I was still going to go out with my friends. Anytime I would drink I would literally be on the floor after like a glass of wine. So yeah, that was probably and the hangovers were really really bad. So that was probably like my worst side effect. But honestly, it was so worth it. Everything else was completely fine. The nicest thing was not having to wash my hair. My hair was literally so like my hair never got oily, never got greasy. I literally it was amazing. I loved it cuz I've always been like quite an oily hair girl. It's so annoying. I wash my hair every 3 days, but by the second I have to take it back, hence today. Um, so that was really nice and I do actually miss that.
Yeah, that was honestly pretty much it.
Like it was a pretty smooth journey for me. I had a really good experience on Accutane and I would go on it 100 times over to be where I am today with my skin because I've never had such a positive relationship with myself and how I view myself as I have since my skin's been clear. So, I'm going to talk about some products that I used while I was on Accutane to help with the side effects.
So, Eucerin lip balm is going to be your best friend if you're in America. It's Aquafor. I'm pretty sure it's the same thing. The best lip balm of all time. I literally probably went through like 20 of these. It is a little bit expensive.
I think it's like£6 from Boots, maybe eight. But it's so so so good. I used the Cetaphil hydrating foaming cleanser.
Again, as I say, I've always liked foaming cleansers a lot more because I feel like they really do clean my skin.
I don't find that hydrating cleansers that are like more of a cream. I don't think that my skin feels clean afterwards, especially cuz I wear makeup. So, I love the hydrating firming cleanser from from Cetville.
Unfragrance, very good for sensitive skin, very calming, but then also like it feels like it really cleans your skin. So, I'd really recommend that. And honestly, I still use that sometimes.
It's a really good cleanser. Caravee moisturizer, of course, and then SPF because your skin is going to be super sensitive to the sun, especially if you live in a warmer country than me.
Obviously, I live in England. There's literally no sun in this country. But if you live in a country where there is sun, definitely wear SPF because it can be really bad for you. Do not take creatine. Do not get pregnant.
Um, try not to drink too much, don't get tattoos, and don't lay out in the sun.
When you go on Accutane, you literally have to sign a 600page form, and it can be quite scary because there are loads of things that can happen on Accutane.
You can't get pregnant. Google an Accutane baby, and you'll see why. So, you do have to be on contraception. I already had the coil, so that was fine by me. But, if you're not on contraception, they will make you go on contraception if you want to take Accutane. And then on top of that, you'd have to do a pregnancy test every single month and a blood test every single month just because if you get pregnant, your baby will be deformed. I don't know why, but it's a thing. And you need to check that everything's fine with every other part of your body because it is it is a very strong drug. Like I talk about it lightly because I had a good experience on it. But it is a strong drug and you do need to be careful and you need to make sure that you are drinking lots of water, not overexerting yourself, like eating properly throughout it. You need to be eating a lot of healthy fat otherwise bad things can happen. Accutane genuinely for me was the best decision I have ever made without a doubt. I would not in a million years feel the confidence that I feel today. I never ever thought that my skin would be my favorite feature, but it genuinely is now. And I don't really wear makeup on a day-to-day basis. I just wear bronzer. Um, and if you'd have told me that a couple years ago, I literally would have laughed in your face because I used to do a full beat every single day because my skin was so bad. So, I am just so incredibly grateful that I was able to go on it.
And although there are so many scary stories online, there are also so many good ones. I know quite a few people that have been on Accutane. I have never met anybody that's genuinely had a bad experience on it. And if you do feel anything like the way that I used to feel where you just feel kind of depressed, no confidence, no self-esteem, I think it's worth it. I would do it 100 times over to get to where I am today. If you have bad skin, you've had bad skin for a while and nothing's helping, I really would recommend giving Accutane a go. The last thing I'm going to be talking about is my current skincare routine to get rid of scarring and prevent my acne from coming back because a lot of people do struggle with scarring after Accutane.
Mine thankfully wasn't too bad. I definitely had scars and I still have a few, but they're not too deep because I didn't pop my spots. So, don't pop your spots. You need to stick to your very sensitive and basic skincare routine for a couple of months after you come [ __ ] but then after that, you can kind of do what you want with it. So, this is my skincare routine that I've been using for the past year or so now. I've been adding to it and changing things to prevent scarring and just make the most out of having clear skin because I've wanted it for so long and I want my skin to be great. So, let's get into it. I love skincare. I have a lot of skincare.
I didn't realize quite how much skin care that I had until I went to my cupboard today to get everything out for this video. So, I do definitely use a lot of skincare. I only do this when I'm wearing like a full beat. So, if I'm wearing like foundation, I'll do this.
But, I use the Dermalogica pre-clanse.
This is a really good oil cleanser. You can basically use any oil cleanser, but this one's my favorite cuz I feel like it washes off the best. So, sometimes with oil cleansers, I feel like you rinse it off and it just like stays on your face. This one actually rinses off nicely. So, I use this and then after this or if I have an oil cleanse because I don't oil cleanse every day, I will use this cleanser. This is the Round Lab 1025 Doco cleanser. I want to say this is really cheap. I got this from Sainsburries yesterday, but this is my second bottle of it. It was only £7. So good. It's so hydrating. It makes your skin feel so nice. Anything Korean, I will use it. I love Korean skincare.
It's like my favorite topic ever. So, this is really good. Would really recommend. In the mornings, I use these Biodance collagen toner pads. I only introduced these a few months ago. This is my second pack because I love them.
They just give you glass skin. Like I've never known a product like it. Like as soon as you put it on, it just looks like you've just done a sheet mask and then you'll go through the whole day just gleaming and glowing. Then after that, sorry, my skincare routine is a little bit excessive now. I'm going to show you more of the evening one in a minute, which is more of like the necessary things I actually need. This is just because I love to have glassy skin and I like to do my skincare and I really enjoy it. I use the Sarah B vitamin C serum. I actually would recommend this one. This one's really, really good. I feel like it's really helped brighten up my skin because I had a lot of dark spots after Accutane and this has really helped get rid of them.
This is like my my third bottle of this now. So, this is the vitamin C renewing serum from Caravee. Then I use the beauty of Josian I think it's called glow deep serum. I've actually finished this. I need to buy another bottle again. Just gives you that glassy skin look, but it's not really necessary. I just like how it makes my skin look.
Then some days I use this. I don't use this every day, but I got this sent to me and I do really like it. I'm not sure if I'd buy it again just because I'm not really sure what difference it makes, but I do use it, so I thought I would include it. And it is the Dermalogica Pro Collagen Banking Water Cream. It feels really nice. It smells really nice. Feel like it gives my skin like a plump look, but I don't think it's 100% necessary. So, I don't always use this.
If I'm not using this, I just use Caravee, my favorite. I do use eye cream because my eyes get really dry in the morning. I was starting to get like fine lines like set under this eye. So, I bought this one from the Korean skincare shop, obviously, and it's the CLA's Fundamental Eye Awakening Gel. I've only ever tried this eye cream, I'm going to be honest, so I don't know if it's the best, but it feels nice and it definitely hydrates my eyes nicely, better than just moisturizer. So, I use this. And then the final thing, this this is the [ __ ] Okay, if you want to have that glassy skin look, you can lowkey forget everything I've just said because this will do it. Just this product. This is the Purita Soul Mighty Bamboo Panthanol Cream. My boyfriend got me a Korean skincare box for like Valentine's Day or something and this was in it. This is my second bottle.
This is the best moisturizer ever. I don't like necessarily how deeply it moisturizes my skin, which is why I use the therapy one beforehand because I feel like that like actually like goes deep into my skin and moisturizes it.
But this makes your skin literally reflective, but not in an oily way, in like a glossy, gorgeous, glowy way. If I have a spot, I did mention earlier I do use pimple patches, but not to get rid of my spots, just to cover them up when I'm going to the gym and stuff. So, I'll use one of these True AC point spot cover patches. Again, I just got them from the Korean skincare shop. Um, I just think they're cute. I think that you can use any pimple patch you want. I just think these ones are cute. They don't really do anything. They just cover my spots. So, I use these. This is where it actually kind of does matter.
This is where I feel like it's really helped to get rid of my scarring. So, these Medicube zero pore pads. I genuinely could not recommend these enough. I feel like it's a similar sort of vibe to the Poreless Choice, but it's just a lot milder and it doesn't upset my skin at all. This has prevented me from getting any sort of blackheads post Accutane because I used to get really bad blackheads on my nose. Never get any anymore thanks to these. And they also really help with my scarring because obviously it's like a mild exfoliator.
This is my third part of these now. I use them every single day. They're amazing. I couldn't re I couldn't recommend anything more. So obviously that's after cleansing my face. So I'll cleanse my face with my normal cleanser.
Make sure I've not got any makeup on or any sort of dirt on my face and then I'll go in with the medic to fully cleanse, exfoliate, and get rid of my scar. Then I still use Epiduo every day which is kind of crazy but when I came off Accutane my dermatologist told me I needed to use this for at least a year afterwards because it can prevent relapse as he called it because apparently one in four people do get acne again after going on Accutane and apparently that tenth is higher for women of course. So yeah he told me to use this for a year afterwards. It's been over a year now but I am way too paranoid to stop using it. So, I still use this every day. And then I just moisturize with my Sarah every time. I try to do a sheet mask once a week. The Bioance ones are my favorite. I love just any sort of collagen. Again, Korean face masks are my favorite. Um, but any sheet mask, I just think it just helps my skin to glow and be a bit brighter and look a bit better. I actually did one last night, so if you think I look glowy, maybe that's why. But yeah, I actually do I used to think that sheet masks were a gimmick or they're just like a fun thing to do, but I genuinely have seen a difference since using them consistently. So, no more than once a week. Try to do it once a week if you can. And yeah, that is my entire excessively long skincare routine that I do every day. Um, so yeah, that's it for my skin care journey. I really hope this was helpful for anybody that's thinking of going on Accutane. And if you are dealing with acne, just remember, nobody notices it as bad as you do. I have pictures in my phone and I've showed it to my friends and family and they will look at it and genuinely say, I do not remember it being that bad. Nobody that you're around notices your skin the way that you do. They just see you. And you've probably heard everybody say this a million times and people would say this to me over and over again and it just didn't matter because the way that I saw myself was awful. My heart does go out to you. I really understand how it feels. My biggest piece of advice is just to try and get through it. Do what you can to feel more confident. Whether that be going to the gym, eating a bit healthier, getting your hair done, whatever it can be. And then if you do get the opportunity to go on Accutane, I would recommend it. But do whatever is right for you. Stay safe, stay healthy, make informed decisions, and do your research before you go on such a strong drug because obviously it is a strong drug. I did a lot of research before I went on it and ended up figuring out that it was for me, but it's not for everyone. So, if it's not for you, then that's fine, too. I hope this makes anybody who's dealing with acne feel a bit less alone. And I hope this can also serve as a reminder that it does get better because it got to a point where I genuinely didn't think it would. I thought that I would have horrible skin and no confidence for the rest of my life. But look at me now. I'm making an English video about it. So, it really does get better. I'm going to go now because I do need to get to the gym and make some lunch. So, I hope you girls have a really lovely rest of your day.
Thank you so much for watching my video.
Please don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe because it really does motivate me to keep going. Um, and let me know if you want to see any more skincare related videos. Also, if you have any questions, obviously comment them and I will be super happy to answer them. But yeah, thank you so much for watching. Love you lots. Bye.
