[00:00:38]Coming into uh got to be open-minded, especially if you've already have experience in residential, you're not going to know as much as you think you know. uh you know unless you're doing like so I was doing multif family so there is like garage work and pipe work and you run MC you set boxes and stuff but mostly I was dealing with drywall the one thing I I hated at first about commercial was the drop tile ceilings >> I hated the drop tile ceilings >> you don't like the >> Now I love them okay >> I don't have to cut a hole in the ceiling I can just push it up go in there find a problem fix it and put it back it's great >> you know, I just felt like they got dirty so much and they were flimsy. But after you start, you know, pushing along with it that the companies do take that seriously, messing them up. So, you don't want to get those dirty. Wash your hands, >> right?

So, let's add another circuit, another home run, and we're going to add another receptacle beside this. This is going to be the dedicated AC >> receptacle. You want to replace this breaker, replace this guy because this has been seeing all kinds of trouble.

[00:19:11]That's about as good as you can do. And hopefully you haven't done permanent insulation damage to to your to your insulation.

And he happened to live like 10 minutes from me, so maybe 20. And uh so we got to talking and then I invited him over so I could vet him before I recommended him anywhere. And the dude's never on his phone. He helped me out with a lot of the remodel. Uh I don't know if I'd be alive or have my sanity uh without this guy and he continues to help me out and Yeah. So I got him I don't know two jobs now, right?
