Fertility support requires addressing the whole body as an interconnected system rather than focusing on isolated reproductive issues; key factors include blood sugar regulation (avoiding constant snacking and ultra-processed foods), thyroid function (checking for symptoms like fatigue, hair loss, and cold intolerance), essential nutrient status (iron, B12, folate, vitamin D, zinc, magnesium), and sleep quality, as these foundational health factors directly impact hormone regulation, ovulation, and overall reproductive potential.

Fertility Support: What to Check When You’re Trying to ConceiveAdded:
If you do exactly as I tell you in this video, you will get pregnant.
God, I wish I could make a video like that, but it doesn't exist. I can help you improve your health. I can help you improve your hormones. I can help you improve your ovulation, blood sugar regulation, inflammation, your nutrients, egg quality, sperm quality. I can help you with your nervous system and just overall fertility potential, but I cannot promise you pregnancy. That part is completely out of my hands because I'm not God. Also not Jesus, can't walk over water. It's very important to understand that our reproductive system doesn't work in isolation. Your body is one interconnected system. You can't just fix fertility while the rest of your body is struggling. That's like trying to lose weight only on your stomach. I mean, that would be great, wouldn't it?
But that's not how our bodies work. But there are basics that can improve your fertility. So, let's talk about them.
First up is blood sugar control. And here, let's use common sense. Your body is actually designed to handle some blood sugar spikes. You're not broken because your glucose rises after eating a banana. That's really not the issue.
But the issue is when the body never gets a break. If you're coming from a standard Western diet with constant snacking, ultra-processed foods, maybe as well liquid calories, and then probably eventually insulin resistance, then yes, stabilizing blood sugar becomes an incredible tool and an incredible important tool for your fertility. Second is your thyroid. If you have symptoms like fatigue, hair loss, constipation, you have constantly cold hands and feet, low body temperature, your cycles are regular, heavy periods, anxiety, yeah, and infertility, then get your thyroid checked properly. And yes, chances are high you have to pay for that thing because if you're living in Australia or in America, they won't give it to you for free. And while you're on it and spending money, then also get nutrients checked. Iodine, selenium, zinc, copper, ceruloplasmin, iron. Get a full iron panel. B12, folate, B6, magnesium, omega-3, vitamin D. They all matter for your fertility because your body cannot build hormones, regulate your ovulation, or support a pregnancy without raw materials. And if your vitamin D levels are low, then get out into the sun and don't just rely on a supplement. You need that from up top and not just in a pill form. Because it's not just about vitamin D, but also about your nervous system and circadian rhythm, and that matters for your fertility, too. And if you don't know where to start, then start with sleep. Because when you don't sleep well, your blood sugar regulation worsens and then your cravings increase, cortisol rises, hunger gets really bad, you crave quick energy because your body is absolutely exhausted. Sleep deprivation alone can wreck metabolic health over time. And if you need help, have no idea where to start, go and join my fertility circle and let me help you.
