Is all the scrotal swelling is dangerous or should be treated surgically? So, today we will discuss about these things that when we have to wait and when we have to go to the doctor for consultation to know about these swellings. So, most commonly in newborns, they face with [music] a problem like hernia or hydrocele or some other congenital problems. So, in case of hydrocele, so we will [music] focus on the hydrocele. Hydrocele is very common problem in the newborn. This happens due to a patent processus vaginalis where the body peritoneal fluid gets collected into the scrotum.

In this case, we can wait or observe for at least 1 year, or if it is growing very progressively, then only we need surgery, otherwise, it can resolve [music] itself also. Thank you.
