[00:00:00]I've been secretly working inside of a company who just hit 1 million. And here's what we're going to be doing to get to 5 million plus in the next 12 months. First, every single person on the team needs to be bought to the vision. Everyone needs to understand what their lane is, what they're looking to build, and they have to run with it.
